Patricia has dedicated the past 19 years to working with children, and her passion for early childhood education continues to grow every day. She thrives in collaborative environments, working closely with teachers to provide the best in both curriculum development and behavior management. Her commitment to education is matched by her drive to continuously expand her knowledge in the field. At The Learning Experience in South Windsor, Patricia takes joy in planning center-wide events that bring families together and create lasting memories. Capturing those special moments—bright smiles, shared laughter, and meaningful milestones—is one of her favorite parts of the job. She aims to leave a lasting, positive impression on every child and family she meets. Outside of work, Patricia is a proud mother of two. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, going on vacations, cheering on her favorite football teams in the fall, and relaxing at the beach in the summer. Family is the heart of everything she does, and she brings those same values into the warm, nurturing environment she helps foster every day at TLE.

In May 2022, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Infant/Toddler Mental Health from Central Connecticut State University. With over seven years of hands-on experience working with children, I have developed a deep understanding of early learning and development across a variety of educational settings—including early childhood centers and, most recently, within a public school system. Each role has strengthened my ability to support children’s academic, emotional, and social growth in meaningful and developmentally appropriate ways. In August 2023, my husband and I became licensed foster parents, a step that has profoundly enriched my perspective on the diverse needs of children and families. This personal journey has further fueled my dedication to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments where all children can feel valued and empowered. I am deeply passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with families and believe that meaningful collaboration between educators and caregivers is essential to a child’s success. My goal is to foster nurturing, engaging learning spaces that honor each child’s individuality and lay the foundation for lifelong growth and resilience.

Ms. Kay has been a valued part of the TLE South Windsor team for over a year, beginning as a dedicated Pre-K teacher and now serving in a leadership role. In her current position, she oversees the implementation of our exceptional curriculum, ensuring that each classroom provides a nurturing, engaging, and enriching learning environment for all children.

Ms. Taylor has been an invaluable member of the TLE South Windsor family since we first opened our doors in 2021. From the very beginning, she has brought a sense of warmth, compassion, and unwavering dedication to everything she does. Over the years, she has made a lasting impact in both our infant and toddler classrooms, forming meaningful connections with children and families alike. Her passion for early childhood education is evident in every interaction—whether she’s gently guiding an infant through a new developmental milestone or offering a comforting presence during a tough day. Teaching infants is more than just a job for Ms. Taylor—it’s truly her calling. Her nurturing nature, patience, and genuine love for what she does create a safe, loving, and enriching environment where our youngest learners can grow and thrive. Ms. Taylor’s steady presence, strong work ethic, and heartfelt commitment make her a treasured part of our team, and we are so fortunate to have her as part of the TLE South Windsor community.

Azaiah is a dedicated, passionate leader who proudly embodies the spirit and values of TLE every single day. His enthusiasm for early childhood education is unmistakable, and it shines through in the way he connects with his students, inspires curiosity, and creates a classroom environment full of joy and discovery. Whether he’s teaching math concepts with Two Plus Toucan or building literacy skills alongside Phoebe Phonics, Azaiah brings creativity, patience, and energy to every lesson. His students thrive in the engaging, nurturing space he creates—where learning is always hands-on, meaningful, and fun. In addition to being a strong role model in the classroom, Azaiah is also committed to his own growth. He is preparing to begin his own educational journey soon, eager to expand his knowledge and refine his skills as an educator. His drive to keep learning and evolving makes him a standout member of our team and a shining example for the children he teaches. Ms. Monica has been a valued member of the TLE team for nearly a year, and in that short time, she has made a lasting impact on both her students and our school community. Her dedication to early childhood education, especially in preparing her Pre-K students for the transition to kindergarten, is truly inspiring. With a calm and caring presence, she fosters a learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and confident in their abilities. Most recently, Ms. Monica—alongside Mr. Azaiah—helped lead her class through a heartfelt and joyful graduation celebration. The event was filled with music, laughter, and meaningful moments that captured the spirit of the students’ growth and achievements. It was a beautiful reflection of the love and effort she pours into her classroom every day. Beyond her role as a teacher, Ms. Monica is a devoted family person who enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. Whether they’re exploring new places or simply enjoying each other’s company, she values the adventures and memories they create together. We’re so grateful to have Ms. Monica as part of our TLE family—her passion, kindness, and commitment continue to enrich the lives of everyone around her.
