In May 2022, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Infant/Toddler Mental Health from Central Connecticut State University. With over seven years of hands-on experience working with children, I have developed a deep understanding of early learning and development across a variety of educational settings—including early childhood centers and, most recently, within a public school system. Each role has strengthened my ability to support children’s academic, emotional, and social growth in meaningful and developmentally appropriate ways. In August 2023, my husband and I became licensed foster parents, a step that has profoundly enriched my perspective on the diverse needs of children and families. This personal journey has further fueled my dedication to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments where all children can feel valued and empowered. I am deeply passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with families and believe that meaningful collaboration between educators and caregivers is essential to a child’s success. My goal is to foster nurturing, engaging learning spaces that honor each child’s individuality and lay the foundation for lifelong growth and resilience.

Ms. Kay has been a valued part of the TLE South Windsor team for over a year, beginning as a dedicated Pre-K teacher and now serving in a leadership role. In her current position, she oversees the implementation of our exceptional curriculum, ensuring that each classroom provides a nurturing, engaging, and enriching learning environment for all children.

Hi! I’m Suham (Sue) Caraballo. I am originally from Puerto Rico and have been living in Connecticut since 2016. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and have been working in childcare for over nine years. I currently serve as a Center Director at The Learning Experience, where I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments for children, supporting teachers, and building strong partnerships with families. I truly love what I do and feel grateful to be part of children’s growth and learning every day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my three amazing children and being with my family.

I am an esthetician with a passion for skincare and helping others feel confident in their own skin. Alongside my work in the beauty industry, I also work here at TLE, where I enjoy caring for children and being part of their growth and development. Balancing both roles has taught me patience, creativity and the importance of making others feel valued and cared for.

I am an infant teacher here at The Learning Experience. I am originally from Puerto Rico, a place that shaped my love for family, culture and community. I'm proud to bring that same warmth, care and nurturing spirit into my classroom every day. I'm passionate about supporting infants as they grow, learn and reach their earliest milestones. From first smiles to first steps, I feel honored to guide and celebrate these precious moments alongside families. Creating a safe, loving and engaging environment where babies feel secure and happy is always my top priority. being a teacher at TLE allows me to live my passion every day- I love connecting with children, supporting their development and partnering with families throughout their journey.

I am a preschool teacher here at The Learning Experience. I love helping others and take great pride in supporting children as they learn, explore and grow. Watching my students reach new milestones- big or small- is on the most rewarding parts of my job. Teaching children is where my heart belongs and being part of their growth journey brings me joy every day. I bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity into the classroom and I love creating meaningful learning moments filled with laughter, movement and curiosity.

Ms. Monica has been a valued member of the TLE team for nearly a year, and in that short time, she has made a lasting impact on both her students and our school community. Her dedication to early childhood education, especially in preparing her Pre-K students for the transition to kindergarten, is truly inspiring. With a calm and caring presence, she fosters a learning environment where every child feels supported, encouraged, and confident in their abilities. Most recently, Ms. Monica—alongside Mr. Azaiah—helped lead her class through a heartfelt and joyful graduation celebration. The event was filled with music, laughter, and meaningful moments that captured the spirit of the students’ growth and achievements. It was a beautiful reflection of the love and effort she pours into her classroom every day. Beyond her role as a teacher, Ms. Monica is a devoted family person who enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. Whether they’re exploring new places or simply enjoying each other’s company, she values the adventures and memories they create together. We’re so grateful to have Ms. Monica as part of our TLE family—her passion, kindness, and commitment continue to enrich the lives of everyone around her.

I am a toddler teacher here at The Learning Experience. I absolutely love bringing smiles to children and families- whether through laughter, curiosity or creative learning moments. Seeing a child light up when they discover something new is what motivates me every day. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my three cats, my family, and the people I love most. Being part of the TLE community truly makes my day, every day- I'm grateful to work in a place that fills my heart as much as it inspires young minds. I'm so excited to continue creating joyful, meaningful, and fun learning experiences for our little learners!

I am a Certified Medical Assistant, but my heart truly belongs to working with young children. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where toddlers can learn, explore and grow at their own pace. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my daughter, shopping, traveling and trying new foods. I especially love discovering new flavors and experiences- whether it's exploring new places or tasting different cuisines. I'm grateful to do work that brings me purpose, laughter and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the children and families every day! I look forward to helping your little ones build confidence, curiosity and a love for learning!

I am a dedicated child care teacher who has always had a deep passion for working with children. I am deeply passionate about working with children and helping them grow, learn and reach their fullest potential. I have proudly been with The Learning Experience (TLE) since 2021, and I love being part of a team that nurtures young minds with care and enthusiasm. My faith is a central part of my life, I am very active in my church, where I lead a ministry that supports families and couples. I am also committed to helping those in need, including outreach efforts for individuals experiencing homelessness. my greatest joy outside of work is spending time with my grandkids- they hold a very special place in my heart. I believe in leading with kindness, love and purpose every day.

I am passionate about working with children- especially as a mom of two amazing boys. I hold a BA in Social Work and love supporting children as they grow and learn. Outside of the center, you can usually find me baking cakes or doing nails while running my own little business from home.

I enjoy expressing my creativity through coloring and art, and music is a big part of my life- I love listening to it, learning from it and bringing it into the classroom whenever I can. Working at TLE brings me genuine joy every day. I am here to provide a classroom filled with care, encouragement, creativity, and warmth-because every child deserves a place where they can thrive and smile.

I am currently pursuing my degree at the University of Saint Joseph in Psychology and Child Study. I am also a student-athlete and a competitive swimmer. Alongside my studies and athletics, I work here at the center, where I've gained valuable experience working with children. In addition, I am a lifeguard and swim instructor, which allows me to combine my passion for water sports with helping and teaching children.
