The Learning Experience – South Lyon West has become such an important part of our family’s routine. The teachers are compassionate, patient, and truly know how to bring out the best in every child. Our son has learned so much both academically and socially. We love how every day feels full of laughter, creativity, and care.

Our little one has been at TLE South Lyon West for over a year now, and the progress has been amazing! The teachers make learning fun, and the leadership team is so responsive. It really feels like family here.

We had a great experience at TLE West! The moment you walk in the doors Melissa is there to greet you and your kiddos with a smile and is so helpful in getting them adjusted there, she's also there to answer any questions you may have. We also loved Lisa and Megan, they helped our little guy transition to the center and he made so much progress being a part of the GSRP program. We can't say enough great things about this center and the GSRP program. We will miss it since this was our last year there!

All the teachers and staff are very supportive, patient and friendly. I really like the way they run the facility. My son becomes more outgoing after transferring to this daycare.

Miss Liz at the Learning experience has been so helpful in getting our 4 year old acclimated in the preschool program. We are so grateful to her and all the awesome staff at TLE. We are loving the new GSRP program.

TLE South Lyon West has far exceeded my expectations! The staff are ALL friendly and approachable and I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience with any of the teachers or staff- they are all wonderful! They go out of their way to get to know each child and are constantly asking for feedback on how to improve. They offer after school activities for parents and children if interested. If I could rate TLE higher, I absolutely would- highly recommend if you are looking for the best daycare in South Lyon.

When I called and spoke with Beth at the Learning Experience for the first time, I shared about some of the negative experiences we had at a previous daycare. She quickly helped us to get spots for all three of our kids and worked hard to ensure we could have them all at the same location. We have loved all of our teachers so far, and every time I come to pick up the kids they each are having fun, smiling and playing with friends. Thank you guys so much ?

Both of my sons (ages 2 years and 8 months) attend TLE-South Lyon West. What initially drew us there when my oldest was about 6 months old was the extended hours (6:30am-6:30pm). After about 2 years with TLE, I cannot say enough great things about the care both boys receive. The teachers are genuinely happy to be there and get to know each child as an individual. Daily activities reinforce a wide range of developmental and academic skills, from painting to music to outdoor water play and more. For example, my 8 month old is using sign language he learned from his teachers for simple communication, like “more” at meal times. The center’s leadership are caring professionals who help maintain a strong sense of community among staff and families. When I drop my boys off in the mornings, I can trust that they will be safe, happy, and surrounded by loving adults and fellow children. I highly recommend TLE!

We have had an amazing expierence with TLE. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and they have taken exceptionally great care of our child. Ms. Jenn is incredible. We feel so at ease sending our child here and highly recommend them.

We have had our 2 boys at TLE for several years and it has been such a positive experience for both. Currently, our 5 year old is in the GSRP program with Ms. Megan and Ms. Lisa. They create fun learning opportunities for the kids and we have been so amazed by our son's progress in their classroom. The administration team is welcoming and friendly, always with a smile when we enter. They offer assistance when kids are having a challenging day ir need a little extra support. Teachers' communication through the app gives insight on what our son is doing during the day-with lots of pictures too! The center strives to make a fun, warm, and family like atmosphere.

My kiddos love the teachers here!! Especially Ms Megan, Ms Maria, Ms Gabby, and Ms Hannah!!! Also Ms Stephanie and Ms Alyssa from when my girls were in the smaller room! This has been a great fit for our family.

We've had a great experience with TLE's GSRP program! All of the staff have been wonderful, kind, and accommodating. What's better is that my kiddo absolutely loves the program!

TLE South Lyon West is amazing. My 3 year old has been attending TLE since she was 13 weeks old and she loves going everyday. She has learned so much and has made many friends. She adores her teachers and so do we. My 9 month old has been going since she was 5 months and she is thriving there too. Ms. Brooke has been in our life since day 1 and she is fantastic in infants. Ms. Mallory and Ms. Hailey are in Pre-1 for my 3 year old and we adore them. Every teacher there is great! Can’t say enough good things.

What can I say about this center that others have not already said! The family atmosphere and welcoming environment that TLE South Lyon West fosters is second to none. From the welcome you received walking in the door to the giggles you hear in the classrooms you can truly feel the happiness.

TLE has been incredible during our time here this past year. We have a 2.5 year who has bilateral hearing loss with cochlear implants. He requires extra help and some days have been harder than others. The directors, co directors, teachers, assistants, EVERYONE here has been amazing with working through the hard days and helping him and us stay on track. Even for emotional support, they have been there for us. Can’t stay enough about this team. Highly recommend TLE.

The Learning Experience has been a game-changer for my child! Since starting here, I’ve seen incredible emotional and educational growth. My child has become more confident, social, and eager to learn, and it’s all thanks to the supportive and nurturing environment provided by the amazing staff. The teachers and staff are genuinely kind, patient, and attentive. They go above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued and supported. It’s clear they love what they do, and it shows in the way they engage with the kids and make learning enjoyable. The curriculum is fantastic—educational yet fun! My child comes home excited to share new things they’ve learned and looks forward to going back each day. It’s so reassuring as a parent to know they are not only learning but also thriving emotionally in such a positive setting. My granddaughters have all attended this facility. It is one of the best run preschools I’ve ever encountered. The teachers truly love children and create wonderful learning opportunities with kids each week! I used to teach science to preschoolers when my own kids were young. A few weeks ago they had a science fair for families. I took my elementary aged granddaughters and the baby from station to station. They loved it and I was impressed with the creativity. I learned new science experiments! I also have to praise the ladies running the facility. They endure my granddaughters safety every time I get buzzed in. They are friendly and kind each and every day. As a mother of four and now a grandmother I give this school an A+!

My daughter attended from 9 months to nearly 2 years old. During that time, she was in three different classes, progressing from walking to running and jumping. We saw leaps in her development, and she would always come home with something new she had learned. They sent her home with art she created, and we received pictures of what she was doing throughout the day. Some of my favorite pictures are from her time there. It was a vulnerable time in her life, and we were sending our baby out into the world for the first time, but we really couldn't have hoped for a better team. She started with Ms. Brooke, who we remember for her warm presence. Ms. Alyssa was always a spark of energy and great with the kids. Ms. Hannah, Maria, and Holly were there when she started to really talk and taught her so much. I’d hand her off to them, and I could tell she really loved them. We’re grateful for Ms. Melissa working with us on scheduling. Also Jordyn, Stephanie, and everyone else I’m missing. We moved out of state months ago, but we still hear about these people and the friends she made. She won’t remember those days as she grows older, but they were formative and helped start her life with a healthy, positive view of community and new people. I’ll never forget everything they did. Thank you.

TLE has been amazing for our son as we are constantly amazed on how professional and warm the staff are. We are extremely thankful for how well the staff instructs our child’s class and provides daily information on how each day is going.

I would love to give more stars if I could. I am extremely happy with my experience at this center. My child started a year ago and has loved all the teachers. He began with Miss Jenn, Miss Jordyn, and Miss Megan during breaks. They were so welcoming and ensured he felt comfortable in class from the start. Later, he moved to the next class where Miss Anna and Miss Megan took care of him. They not only comforted my child but also supported me during challenging times. I cannot stress enough how patient and caring the entire staff is. The directors—Miss Liz, Miss Melissa, and Miss Ashley (who recently left)—always answer my questions with a smile and never tire of my inquiries. The center clearly takes great care in selecting its employees, as each one genuinely cares for the children. The curriculum here is top-notch. I also want to give a shout-out to Miss Megan (there are two), Miss Rama, Miss Margo, and Miss Lisa. There are more wonderful teachers, but I can’t remember all their names. I truly feel confident leaving my child in their care.

Megan C. Is truly one of the best teachers. Our son usually has a difficult time parting from us at drop off and Ms. Megan is the most loving teacher in making him feel at ease with the separation. Not only is she a sense of comfort for him but I see the way she interacts with all of the kids in her classroom and truly cares about each one. She always makes us feel like our child is being very well cared for and as a parent that’s the best thing in the world.

Our 3 year old granddaughter has attended TLE for almost one year now, and we have been very impressed with her teacher Miss Anna. She is very capable in managing a classroom full of energetic children and never seems to be frazzled. She calmly and kindly manages situations as they arise, and consistently reinforces good manners and kindness. We have also been impressed with the learning, circle time, crafts, and other age-appropriate activities that Miss Anna offers the children. Thank you Miss Anna!

I am writing this e-mail and reaching out to you to send formal recognition and express my appreciation for your TLE centers and directors. My children, Ava and Lucas, have been attending TLE for the last couple of years and have history at both South Lyon locations. As a result, our family has been fortunate enough to get to know Melissa and Liz throughout Ava and Lucas’ transitioning in both different facilities and classes ---- I am hoping to pass along how supportive, helpful, communicative, and truly dedicated they have been throughout our TLE experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about both of them. Moreover, their commitment to our children’s development has been invaluable and this is especially evident in rolling out the new GSRP. This program completely changed my daughter’s educational trajectory by increasing her access to more pre-school education (and will change my son’s next year too). I know that a tremendous amount of work and effort was put into implementing this new program and I just wanted to pass along that our family is forever grateful for you, your TLE centers, and your TLE directors -- thank you so much for everything.

My son attends the infant A classroom and I cannot say enough how amazing all the staff is. From the engagement of the director to the level of attention the staff provides him is amazing. It was one of the few centers I toured that was very clean, has good lighting and safety was emphasized . Highly recommend as the staff also doesn't seem burnt out from the pandemic like other places.

My son has been at TLE since he was 8 weeks old, and we have loved every minute of it! The center is clean, the curriculum is age appropriate, fun and developmentally on track, and the infant room teachers Brooke and Kayla are amazing! I feel so safe and comfortable dropping my child off every day. I know he is getting the best care! The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and feels like family. I couldn't ask for a better center. My kids have been part of the learning experience for almost two years now. I am so happy that we found them when we needed them the most. They have been very good to our children and my children love coming in. The facility is well kept and the staff is always friendly. Thank you!

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! The teachers are amazing and love my kids like their own. We get updates on the app throughout the day and we always know what the kids are learning that week. The best part - my kids LOVE it there! We are so fortunate to have discovered TLE!

We have been here with our son since they opened in February '21 and could not be happier with his learning! Ms. Sam and Mr. Ronny are very easy to work with and really care about all the kids. Our son has improved so much in his language, he is learning so much and absolutely loves his teacher Ms. Stacey. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality child care with that personal touch.

We came to TLE in September of this year. We were welcomed with open arms and excitement to have a new Prepper! Ms. Jen and Ms. Emily have been great with having my son in their class. He loves being at TLE and the curriculum he is learning has been great! From Spanish, to counting, the alphabet and more.

My daughter started in the preppers class in early December 2022. I had transferred her to The Learning Experience after witnessing her unhappiness with the other facility. She started day one with a big smile on her face eager to be there. She still hasn't lost that smile during drop off or pick up. This was always difficult at her previous school. She loves her teachers, Miss Jen and Miss Emily. Her teacher at the previous school was concerned that my daughter was not interacting with the other children. It's the complete opposite here. She only goes twice a week, but the children who are in her class on those days, already seem to be very friendly towards her as she is towards them. I can't say enough good things about the school and everyone who works there. My daughter is thriving, and I look forward to seeing her progress throughout the year! Thank you💗

My son has been at TLE for almost year now. He loves it at TLE and is eager to get to school to see his teachers, friends, and start learning and playing. The entire staff is so friendly and caring. They communicate quite regularly with the parents to inform them of special events, days off, and inclement weather. I also use their app for updates, the teachers and directors do an amazing job with keeping updates flowing so we aren't left wondering. Their app lists everything from a whole day schedule with what the kids have eaten and accomplished with photos. THANK YOU for being so good to my sweet boy!

We've had a great experience at TLE. It's never easy to trust your little ones to the care of someone else, but the staff at TLE is caring, trustworthy and transparent. Their parent app provides visibility all day, our our child was lucky to have Miss Lydia and Miss Stacey through their first year. We have been able to watch her blossom under their leadership.

We decided to visit the school after a neighbor spoke of a positive experience for their kid. During our visit we had the opportunity to meet Miss Samatha, the Center Director, who showed us the facility as well as described the curriculum and all the fun activities the kids can participate in throughout the day. We were happy to see how clean and bright the classroom were, the use of technology in education. In our case, our son requires a special diet, so we needed flexibility to bring our own food and starting and ending times. We also needed to build trust due to the T1D needs of our son as well as to have a safe, fun and social experience. The time spent under the TLE curriculum, prepared our son to be successful in kindergarten. In all these areas, TLE came through with flying colors, and we feel fortunate to be able to take our son there. Thank you all TLE staff and a big thank you to Miss Tracey for creating a supportive environment for the kids.

Great location, clean facility inside and out. After only being here for two weeks, I noticed a huge improvement in my child's speech & behavior. The staff is great at communicating with the parents and giving updates in the app. I like how they look for opportunities to engage with the community by promoting local businesses and advertising fundraisers. I can't wait until my toddler is old enough for field trips!

I love this daycare. It is my daughters first experience going to daycare and they treat her very well!! The staff is so kind and Courteous. Always updating me about my daughter and showing they really care!! Highly would recommend them to anyone looking for daycare!
