My grandson has been at The Learning Experience – Powell for the past three years, and we absolutely love it. The curriculum is wonderful, and the staff is amazing—especially Miss Teja. She is caring, attentive, and truly makes a difference in the children’s lives. All of the staff members are warm and welcoming, and they create a positive, nurturing environment. We also really appreciate the nutritious menu and the variety of enrichment programs they offer. We are very happy with everything and highly recommend this center to any family looking for quality childcare

My son has been going here for 3 months and I am just absolutely over the moon about this daycare. My son was struggling at his last day care and I have seen so much improvement in such a short amount of time. The new director Jessica is amazing !! I am almost so impressed with all staff including Ms. Teja, Ms Cheyna, and Ms. Kenzie!

The Learning Experience has given us so much peace of mind that our baby girl is with caring people. Miss Olivia is perfect and we love how she remembers and updates us on all the important details. Jess is mindful to remember our names as parents and that goes a long way. Everyone has that personal touch that makes it feel like home.

This is a great daycare! I highly recommend! They have an actual learning curriculum and workbook that the kids use everyday to learn their letters and other pre school things. The staff here is great and always attentive and I love that they update you about your child’s day during pick up!

My son has been attending TLE for just over 6 months and we have had a great experience! We get pictures and updates all throughout the day which is so reassuring while at work. We love Miss Olivia and all the staff and management, everyone has been so friendly, attentive and caring. Even teachers in other classrooms know my son’s name and always make a point to say hello. They always seem to have fun educational activities for them which is awesome to see and to bring home little crafts they make!

I started taking my son for the first time I was very scared because it was my sons first time in daycare but miss Olivia reassured me and now my son loves miss Olivia and daycare miss Olivia is very genuine and you can tell she gives attention and love to every single baby in there my sons whole face lights up when he sees miss Olivia. I love that they send pictures to update you on there day everyone there has been so kind to us and our baby’s. I definitely recommend taking your kids here !

We have truly loved our time at The Learning Experience. Unfortunately, due to a change in my work schedule, we no longer require full-time childcare, but I still wanted to share our experience to help future parents. I know how overwhelming it can feel to search for the right care. From day one, the owners, Ravi and Raj, stood out in a way I rarely see in childcare settings (and I say this as someone who has previously worked in daycare myself). They are consistently present, engaged, and genuinely involved. They know every child by name, greet families warmly, and make it clear that they appreciate and care for each child as an individual. Our family has always felt valued and supported here, and that’s something I truly admire about them. I also have to give a huge thank you to Ella’s amazing teachers. When Ella first started, Ms. Sunitha gave this worrying mom such peace of mind. She is absolutely incredible. Warm, nurturing, attentive, and made Ella’s transition smooth and happy. Ella’s current teacher, Ms. Anusha, has been equally wonderful. Together, these two are the dream team. You can tell they genuinely care, deeply. Since starting here, Ella has flourished. She’s come out of her shell, made friends, and learned so much. I know it’s because of the love, dedication, and encouragement from her teachers and the entire TLE staff. If you are looking for a daycare where your child will be cared for, known, and loved- not just supervised- this is the place. We will miss them more than anything.

My younger daughter was with Learning Experience for the last two years and we have absolutely enjoyed the entirety of the program. She started as a preschooler and transitioned to the pre-K program and then eventually continued as a Kindergartner due to the alternating schedule in the Olentangy school system. We found the teachers to be very loving and caring along with providing us with daily updates throughout the days of what is going on with her. We would receive several picture updates as well which would show her in the middle of different activities, including running around with her friends, or going on different field trips. She was also provided with wholesome meals and snacks all of which were described in the TLE app. We were also able to experience their summer camp program for the past 2 years. Here, they provide multiple activities throughout the week and having one outside field trip planned per week. They have gone to a variety of places including a cooking school, parks, mini golf, just to name a few. My daughter would enjoy every day that she went and made some great friends in the process. Today was her last day in the summer camp before she starts first grade, and she was very sad to leave her friends and teachers. I would also like to give a special shout out to the teachers as well as the owners of Learning Experience, Raj and Ravi. They have all been a wonderful part of my daughter's time at the school and showed true care for her whenever I was there as well as when I was not. I never have heard my daughter complain about any of the teachers and she has gotten quite close to a number of them. We will miss our time with Learning Experience and truly appreciate the education, care, and of course the memories.

First impression is the best impression, and that proved true with TLE Powell. While searching for daycare centers, we called this center and were immediately impressed with how polite and informative the staff was. Raj and Ravi answered all our questions in detail and gave us a thorough tour. The center is extremely clean, well-maintained, and has strong safety measures in place, which reassured us as parents. We had been very selective since our daughter did not feel comfortable at a few other daycares, but here we felt confident she would be happy — and that has proven to be true. The teachers (Anusha, Teja, Rose, Sindhu ) are caring, attentive, and truly invested in the kids. Our daughter is naturally shy and also a picky eater, but we’ve seen the teachers spend one-on-one time with her to make her comfortable. On several occasions, they even sat with her during lunch to encourage her to try new foods. The flexibility to bring home food was helpful at first, but now she enjoys school meals as well. There were instances where the staff wanted to pick options for kids to see what they like the best to serve during the meals so kids can enjoy their meal time. We appreciate that the staff listens to what the kids like and don’t like and adjusts meals accordingly. Similarly teachers/ Raj/ Ravi are very attentive and takes immediate actions if any concern is brought up to them. On the education side, we’ve been amazed at how much she has learned. She has picked up knowledge across different subjects, and we’re often surprised at the words she uses and how confidently she knows when and how to use them. They have circle time, sensory tactile activities, science, math concepts, book reading, interactive play, outdoor activities etc that keeps the kids engaged. It clearly shows that the curriculum is engaging and effective. As parents, it’s such a joy when your child comes home in the evening saying she had a good day at school. There have even been times when she said she misses her teacher and wants to play with her more — a true sign of the bond they’ve built. We are very happy we chose TLE Powell and would highly recommend it to other families.

The staff is supper friendly. Ms. Olivia in particular has been an amazing teacher to my daughter, she always makes sure to communicate with me how her day was and any milestones she's might've reached. She is an amazing teacher and truly cares about the kids in her classroom!

My daughter has been going here for 6 months and she loves it so much. She has grown so much since she started 6 months ago, which includes getting potty trained. I tried getting my daughter potty trained 5 months before she started at the Learning Experience, with no success. However, within one month of starting at the Learning Experience, my daughter was pottery trained. She has loved her teachers, especially Miss Anusha and Midd Teja! They are great and always give me an update of how my daughter’s day has gone when I pick her up and I truly appreciate it!

We recently moved from out-of-state to Powell, and we love The Learning Experience. We were quite nervous about finding high-quality childcare for our 3 kids (ages 1, 3, 6), and we toured nearly all of the centers in the area. We are very happy with The Learning Experience. The teachers are incredible and so kind and loving with the kids. Given the ages of our kids we've met most of the teachers, and they are so great! Ms. Teja, Ms. Sumitha, Ms. Heidi, and Ms. McKenzie, in particular, have really helped our kids with the transition to Ohio. I love that they have an appropriately challenging curriculum, balanced with play. The owners are always present and so responsive. They have created a wonderful community! One of the best parts of our move to Ohio was finding TLE!

Our experience at The Learning Experience has been outstanding. The staff is not only kind and welcoming but continuously asking how they can make our experience better. Our daughter loves her teachers and always comes home talking about her friends and the T.L.E. educational characters. We are always impressed with the variety and educational activities she does throughout the day. If you are looking for a place for your little one to learn and grow I would highly recommend The Learning Experience in Powell!

I moved my daughter to TLE in Powell after she was struggling with another childcare/preschool she was attending in the area. She was begging me not to go in the mornings, several times I picked her up to find she was already crying asking for her mommy. She even began getting anxious and having meltdowns the night before school, afraid to sleep because she didn't want to go back in the morning. It was very unlike her, and so bad that I ended up sacrificing my two week notice (and associated charges) just to get her out. We started at TLE (Powell) and from day 1 it was a better experience. Her anxiety showed significant improvement immediately and quickly returned to what one would expect for a 4 year old. I can't adequately express my gratitude for the teachers and staff at TLE Powell. Her teacher (Ms Heidi) is amazing, and greets her with open arms and excitement every single day. Much of the staff know her by name and say hello and goodbye each day. It's really awesome seeing my child so cared for. And of course, with better days at school, we are having much better evenings again. If you are looking for childcare/preschool I would highly recommend TLE Powell ? (Also be aware that not all TLE's are created equal - and this review is specific to this location)

Choosing this school based on a friend's recommendation was the right call for our family. Ms. Mackenzie, our child's class teacher, deserves special mention for the remarkable development we've seen in our 3-year-old son. Teachers have addressed our key concerns like his picky eating, limited talking, shyness and socializing with great care. Drastic improvements in these areas have been evident. The engaging curriculum, filled with daily fun activities, ensures our child brings home new rhymes and stories regularly. Would also like to thank the management for their involvement in every aspect, fostering an environment that feels like family. This openness eliminates barriers and apprehensions, making it easy for parents to share your thoughts or concerns. Thankful for the holistic and nurturing experience at TLE.

If you are in the market for a childcare facility and/or exploring new options, The Learning Experience ("TLE") located in Powell, is five stars. My 3-year old daughter attends TLE and has since April 2023, and I (we) could not be happier with our experience. Her teacher is the absolute best, the food is great, SUPER clean, and the staff is exceptional. If you don't already have your heart set on another campus or simply looking for a new environment for your little one(s), I would highly recommend you inquire about a tour.

This school is very very good!! My son Aiden is super happy here!! Aiden has learned many manners from this school,I just love this school because all of the teachers are very sweet and I absolutely adore them! Their teaching is super helpful, I really really want to appreciate how great they really are, They have might be the best schools I’ve ever seen.

Our daughter joined the TLE Powell in January 2024. The friendly staff and directors helped with her transition, and within a couple of weeks she was well settled into the new day care. As a parent, it was nice to hear her say "I like my new school"! The facility is new and tends to be well-staffed. The included meals plan (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack) is certainly helpful, and we have found the meals to be good quality. The TLE curriculum and activities are also very high quality. The daily updates and notifications through the app are very helpful. Although, our preschooler does not need it, I see that they have buses for the after-hour program. Overall, we have had a very good experience with TLE Powell.

My nephew goes to TLE and he loves it there! I got a chance to tour the facility. The facility is clean and organized. The staff really cares about the students!

Very friendly staff, every member of staff knows my child by name and is very respectful! The teachers are amazing with the children. My child has learned so much since being there!
