Oklahoma City - Hefner and Council Preschool & Daycare Oklahoma City, OK

We’ve been going to TLE for a year now and have been extremely happy with our overall experience. The team at the center make it feel like a second home. They all know us and our son by name and make us feel like we’re their only customers. We recently turned away a spot at Primrose and lost our deposit despite it being closer to home, because we couldn’t imagine our son not being with Ms. McKenna, Ms. Ely, Ms. Rylea and the rest of the TLE family. They do a fantastic job at communicating through text messages and their mobile app and always have a full lineup of fun activities planned for both students and parents. TLE Hefner is extremely diverse with staff and children from all backgrounds, which was super important to my wife and I. It’s also important to mention a recent change in management. Since new leadership has taken over in late 2025, I’ve witnessed so much positive change. I look forward to our son spending the next few years continuing to develop with his friends and second family at TLE Hefner.

Toured the daycare today in hopes to find a better daycare for my daughter. The minute I walked in the director greeted me and gave me the tour. It felt so welcoming from the beginning, exactly what I was wanting to feel as my daughter will be spending most of the day there. Can’t wait for her to attend next week

My son is on the spectrum and has had childcare before, he didn’t do too well so I was afraid of trying a new place. They treat my son so well and he’s always so happy to see the teachers. I am very pleased and don’t have to worry when I send him there!

This is by far the best daycare facility I’ve ever experienced. It’s very clean, has an advanced security system, the curriculum is very impressive, and the staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe leaving my toddler in the mornings and could always look forward to pictures and updates on the app throughout the day to see what he was doing and how well he ate. My son has always cried during morning drop-offs and that quickly changed to crying when it was time to leave! Ha I highly recommend.

From the minute I done the tour to when my daughter has started they made me and my daughter feel very welcomed! The center is so clean and the leaning program for each day is amazing! My daughter goes to daycare happy and comes home happy every day! The staff is amazing. Bonus points because there is an app to keep you informed on your child’s day!

Highly recommend for your pre-school/Pre-K. My son finished Pre-K and went right to TLE. He was a little delayed on some fine motor skills and classroom settings. They were fantastic in the curriculum and it caught him up to start kindergarten. The pictures and updates on what he ate helped me see he was trying new foods and how to continue this growth in the coming school year. Thank you all so much!!!

I recently enrolled my 2 year old daughter. They are very good at updating throughout the day as well as answering any questions. They are patient with me being new at leaving my daughter and ensure me she is doing fine. I like that they have a curriculum to help her learn as much as possible. Definitely worth enrolling your kiddos here.

My kids love this place. Teachers are caring. Kids have fun as they learn new things. The hours are excellent for working parents.

We have been attending for a year now, I have two kids here. I just want to say how grateful I am to everyone here. They are so welcoming and show so much love and compassion for my babies. They have learned so much here! My kids adore Bubbles! As a first time mom leaving my babies it was very hard but they have been so patient with us, they helped me potty train both of my kids very quickly. I just wanted to say thank you for all that you do for the kids!??

We love this place! The facility is new and clean. I have a toddler and a preschooler. They both love every single day they spend there having fun and learning new things. The teachers are amazing and caring. The director is very welcoming. I love that I receive frequent updates through the app. I go to work with peace of mind knowing that my kids are safe. They provide healthy meals. I highly recommend this place!

TLE has been absolutely amazing for my son! He loves his teacher sooooo much! For context he loved his previous daycare but the difference in his excitement and love for his teachers and class at TLE is over the top! He loves them all so much and looks forward to see them everyday! He asks to go to “school”. The class sizes aren’t too big and the staff is great!

We love it here. Our kid has moved up classes since we started and I can say I've loved all the teachers in both of her classes. Just in reference to another review I saw, no, I'm not getting entered into any sort of contest for posting this. They just deserve the praise.

Because of my former job, I have been in a lot of child learning centers. This center is among the best. The curriculum is amazing, the staff is welcoming to all cultures, and the facility is well run and very clean. My 3yrD is doing well and learning a bunch! Additionally this center works with Native American Families and Tribes for the childcare Subsidy. We appreciate all the hard work.

My son has gone here for over a year and we love it! There were a few growing pains when it first opened but that’s to be expected. They’ve really hit their stride. Everyone who works here is hardworking and cares about the kids. The staff listen and adjust to feedback while being kind and making things fun for the kids. Pair that with reminders via text and pictures in the App, this daycare can’t be beat in my book!

The facility is new and clean. All the staff and teachers are welcoming and friendly. They have a great curriculum for kids to learn and also creative ideas for kids to enjoy learning. My son loves it here, and I haven’t gotten any issues so far. They send pictures throughout the day of what your child is doing. I would definitely recommend this place for any parent.

This place is so great they have an awesome way of teaching kids! I'm amazed! They have their own characters (Bubbles and friends) a very well trained and loving staff and extremely clean facility! Everything is new! We have looked around this area at other daycares and this one by far blows all of them away! I definitely recommend everyone to trust this place with the care and teaching of their children you will not be disappointed!
