One of Ms. Heather’s favorite parts of her role is watching the children grow and learn new skills throughout their early childhood years. She loves being part of an environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and build confidence. Outside of the center, Ms. Heather enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching football, taking her dog Sadie for walks, and going on adventures. She is also a big Disney fan, and her favorite movie is The Lion King.

Ms. Sonia is the Educational Director at The Learning Experience in Ledgewood. She began her journey in childcare during her senior year of high school and has been passionate about early childhood education ever since. Ms. Melissa joined The Learning Experience in September 2010. As a parent of two children, Ms. Melissa brings both personal and professional experience to the classroom. While she has worked with many age groups, she feels a special connection with toddlers and enjoys supporting them during this exciting stage of development. Ms. Melissa loves introducing young learners to letters, numbers, shapes, and colors, and finds it incredibly rewarding when those early learning moments begin to click for them.
