I am a seasoned Executive Director with over 14 years of leadership experience in early childhood education and nonprofit management. As the Executive Director of The Learning Experience Lake Worth. I lead strategic planning, organizational development, and program oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate early learning experiences. With a background in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, I am passionate about creating systems that support young learners, empower educators, and engage families. I am a people forward leader and have been recognized for building strong teams, improving operational efficiency, and securing funding through community partnerships and grant acquisition. Under my leadership, TLE Lake Worth has expanded its services, enhanced curriculum quality, won several awards, and strengthened its role as a trusted early learning hub in the community. I am a firm believer in equity, whole-child development, and preparing children for lifelong success through supportive, play-based education. When I’m not at the school, I enjoy going to the beach, paddle boarding, cooking, watching Football "GO EAGLES", and spending time with my family & friends.
