My daughter started at TLE when she was 4 months old and has now just graduated! The past five years of her attending TLE have been the best. I cannot express enough how much she thrived there, and it is evident now with her smooth transition into kindergarten. The staff and teachers are exceptional, and it truly felt like home for my daughter. I am so grateful for the time she spent with you all. Thank you!

I was apprehensive sending our daughter to daycare, however, the experience we have had at TLE in Lafayette has been amazing. The teachers genuinely love and care about the children. Any issues that might arise are immediately and effectively addressed. This place is honestly great, don’t stress about sending your kids here, they will be taken care of.

My son's have both been at The Learning Experience Lafayette since they were babies. I have enjoyed the program and how well they are learning and preparing for life beyond TLE. My oldest left with life long skills in not only school readiness but also social skills that have helped him when learning how to handle emotions and new situations. My youngest currently is coming home with new vocabulary every day, sign language that he teaches me and an eagerness to return each day that makes being a working parent much easier. We are grateful for the entire staff at TLE Lafayette and looking forward to a few more years together before aging out! Thank you TLE Lafayette and team! Definitely recommend!

Our daughter has been going to TLE for almost 3 years (I think, you lose all concept of time when you're sleep deprived) and it's been an absolutely wonderful place for her to learn and grow. First, TLE is exceptional value, very fair pricing with included benefits such as early dropoff and late pickup (without added fees) and breakfast, snacks, and lunch are included. Some daycares were charging significantly more and requiring we provide lunch. They do holiday events for the kids and we are always sure she's in the best care. The best part about TLE is the staff, our daughter has basically been through all of them and the admin staff and teachers are by far the best. Far too many to name but I will try, sorry for the spelling errors or if I leave anyone out (Victoria, Emily, Alyssa, Raine, Lisette, Domenic, Gaby, Brisa, Josie, Samantha, Renata...). Her time there is coming to an end soon and we will miss all the fun times she's had.

My daughter has been coming here since she was 3 months old. She is now 2! They are so great with her and she loves going to see her friends and learning new things everyday. The communication has always been great. We are so grateful for TLE Lafayette and cannot say enough good things! Highly recommend TLE Lafayette.

A neighbor of mine referred us to TLE Lafayette and I'm so grateful she did. I have really appreciated the good communication, as well as the excellent teachers that make the place so wonderful. It is never easy to drop your baby off at daycare, but it makes it so much easier when mine is kicking her feet with excitement to she see her teacher Ms. Paige each morning. I know my baby is in loving hands with Ms. Paige - she is truly the best!

I absolutely recommend TLE Lafayette for all families and educators! I've had the privilege of working here for three years now and have witnessed so many children thrive and blossom. I watch kids come in and out everyday SO HAPPY because of their teachers, classmates, and environment around them. We really do mean it when we say "Happy Happens Here". I've also watched my fellow teachers grow and thrive while also growing and thriving myself. I've grown so much working here that I was able to receive the title of "Teacher of the Year" for the 2025-2026 year. I wouldn't have been able to achieve that if it weren't for this amazing school and the amazing things about it and the amazing people in it. TLE Lafayette is really an amazing place. So many great teachers, kids, parents, and things. Love always. Not another school like us. Happy Happens Here!

I am incredibly grateful to have found TLE Lafayette. My daughter started here at only six weeks old and my son started at 10 weeks. It was very hard to have to put them in daycare at such young ages, but the teachers were so understanding and made me feel so assured they would get the attention they needed. Some even gave me their personal cell phone number so I could text them for updates until I felt comfortable. The app ensures you get tons of daily pictures of your little having fun. You can also easily see what they eat in a day and how much they napped. The facility is always clean and well supplied with books and toys, as well as age appropriate outdoor play areas. My daughter is now almost 2 years old and loves to tell me about her friends and what they did at school. She also loves her teachers and talks about them at home all the time. We have relied on the teacher’s knowledge for getting them on good nap schedules, helping us with our picky eater, and how to best wean off of daytime milk. Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend this center for both families searching for care and for caregivers looking for a fun and supportive work environment. The director Victoria and assistant director Emily are two of the most friendly and supportive bosses i’ve ever had. They are not just managers but leaders in the building and in the community. We have such an incredible team and incredible community at The Learning Experience in Lafayette.

I can’t thank this place enough for the impact it has had on my kid. The friendships and social skills he learned here are unmatched, and they really prepared him to be a smart, independent little human in the most creative and kid friendly way possible. It was such a welcoming and all around the most positive experience and definitely made everlasting memories. The curriculum they teach really prepared my son for kindergarten and is so far ahead of the game while he was still in preschool. His reading skill increased dramatically and was reading at a 2nd grade level by the time he left, and was already understanding kindergarten math, and curious about multiplication and division. Really exceeding expectations in a preschool in preparedness. The staff there really know how to teach on the kids level and keep them truly engaged throughout the day using their brains and skills. And I can’t say enough positive things about the staff, they really made my son feel accepted and valued during a really hard transition point in his life and were a true support for him. Forever will be grateful for the learning experience-Lafayette.

My kiddo just moved up to the "Twaddlers" class at TLE and she already tells us daily how much she "REALLY likes her new teachers" (and insists on giving hi and bye hugs to her "old teachers" Ms. Sara, Ms. Paige, Ms. Carla, Ms. Diana, and Ms. Lacey on our way into and out of the building). Seeing how excited she is to see her "teachers and friends!" every day gives me such peace of mind as a parent and I feel so grateful to the staff at TLE-Laf for creating such a wonderful atmosphere for her!

I had to drop a line to say how truly greatful I am. It has been tremendously difficult with my travel schedule and knowing I was missing Kam's last few days there. However the regular pictures and status updates really did do the trick. We are both going to miss all of you but the wonderful year in review book will let Kam have even stronger memories. That book rocked! I can't thank you enough for making learning fun for her!

We were so lucky to get a spot for our 3.5 month old daughter at TLE in Lafayette after moving across the country. It's a great setup with a cozy nursery for the babies and fun play rooms for the older kids. The staff at TLE put me at ease and was so kind and reassuring when I called to check on our baby the first few days. It was so obvious that they really cared for her, and not only Miss Stephanie and Miss Jessica in the infant room, but it seemed all the staff knew her and she got plenty of attention. Our daughter would always have smiles for the teachers on drop off. When we moved out of our temporary rental and to a permanent house, it was too far away from TLE to continue there, and we were so sad. In the short time we were there, they really made us feel like family. They did more than just meet her basic needs - they really seemed to love her, and that put my mind at ease. We miss TLE Lafayette!
