Cyndi has a law degree from the University of Michigan and has practiced as a business and estate lawyer in Oakland County for over 20 years. She entered the early childhood education arena in 2006 when she, Mollie and Richard opened the South Lyon TLE. She still works as a lawyer, but makes frequent appearances at the school as characters like an alien game show host, a mermaid, “Sailor Sue”, Thing One, etc. She even dug the South Lyon School’s garden! Cyndi has had a lifelong commitment to the importance of childhood education, enjoying mentoring opportunities with local grade schools. Still practicing as a lawyer, Cyndi’s primary role at TLE is to support Mollie and the teachers and to facilitate their growth and education so the care they provide to your children is the very best.

Hello! I am Sierra, I have been with TLE since Fall of 2018, I started my journey as a Center Director at our location in Illinois and now oversee all our locations as the VP of Growth and Compliance! I live in Wisconsin with my two kiddos Quinn and Lincoln, my husband, Alex and our two pups Bella and Freddy. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training. I have been working in Early Childhood Education for 18 years and love it every day! In my free time my family and I love to travel, spend time outdoors and explore!

I have been with The Learning Experience since 2011. I was a lead preschool teacher for 5 years and was then asked to join the management team. I have made educating and loving children my career. It is an incredible journey to see the wonder in their eyes as they grow and learn new things every day. I am a mom of a little boy and a have just added a baby girl. I love spending all my free time with my family and friends. My family and I enjoy camping and spending time adventuring around the great mitten state. I look forward to watching all of our families continue to flourish and grow here at TLE.

Hello! My name is Malori Salamango. I have my degree in Elementary Education and Cognitive Impairment from GVSU, and I am working on my masters in Learning Disabilities. I love reading, and I am a dog mom to Luna the Husky and Mango the German Shephard. I started my teaching journey at TLE in South Lyon and took a break to be a teacher in Grand Rapids Public Schools. I am so excited to be back working with TLE again!

My exciting journey with TLE began in December 2006. I have dedicated each and every day since then to making our three Michigan schools and our Gurnee, IL school the very best for all of our children, the families and our community. I graduated from CMU with a Bachelor's in Child Development and had been a Director for over 13 years. Prior to that, I was a preschool teacher for 5 years in Ann Arbor. I have a passion for working with children and enjoy mentoring the staff to ensure that we are providing the safest and most nurturing environment for all children in our care. I am a very busy mom to 3 boys! We travel all over the country for gymnastics and baseball and I love every minute of it. I'm excited to be a part of this TLE Family and look forward too many more years of watching the children in our care learn, play and grow!

Adri is 28 years old has 3 beautiful children of her own! They are 9, 6 and 2 years old. She loves hanging out and spending time with her family and friends. Some of her favorite things to do are going to out to eat and spending time shopping.

Hi my name is Leanne! I have been in childcare for the last 8 years and with TLE for almost 2 of those years. I got married in October 2021 and live in Walker. I teach Sunday School and love spending time with my friends and family!

Hello I’m Ja’el(jay-el). I am the second oldest out of my 2 other siblings. I have 3 pets. 2 cats and 1 chinchilla. I love going to the beach. I also love spending time with family and friends. If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to South Korea and Japan. South Korea is the main place I would like to go to/ live. There are a lot of beautiful cities and places to see. And there are a lot of dishes that are very yummy and interesting to try. I also love cooking Korean meals!

Hi, my name is Hannah! I am one of the Infant B Assistant Teachers but am always happy to float and help in other classrooms as needed! I am attending Cornerstone University to pursue a degree in Social Work. When I'm not at work I love to be outside and spending time with my family. Ms. Stephanie is our Marketing and Enrollment Support. She joined The Learning Experience in 2018 and her 3 children all graduated TLE since then. Stephanie is passionate about creating outstanding experiences for all families looking for the best daycare for their little ones. From the moment you reach out to TLE all the way to your child's preschool graduation, she will assist with any questions you may have.

Mr. Thomas is our Facilities Manager and has worked for TLE for 15 years. He is a father of 5. Him and his wife have fostered many wonderful children over the last 9 years. He recently discovered a love for baking pumpkin pies from his own home grown pumpkins. He could use some work on his crust making abilities.
