Dr. Grace Huxtable-Mount is the owner of six branches of The Learning Experience. She has been a member of the TLE family since 2008, and her two amazing children are both TLE Graduates. Her career in education spans over 20 years, including service as a preschool teacher, public school teacher, and several school leadership positions. Dr. Grace believes in the TLE mission of making a positive difference in the lives of children, their families, and the communities we serve. She loves the fact that we get to introduce academics to young children in a way that instills the idea that learning is fun, which is foundational to having a lifetime love of learning. She is passionate about building and uplifting the teachers and leaders of each center to be the very best educators that they can be. She enjoys the beach, cycling, traveling and spending time with her family.

Kelley is the Business Manager at The Learning Experience. She has been in the Early Childhood Education field since 2010. She has her Bachelor's Degree as well as her CDA and Directors Credential. Before becoming the Business Manager, she was a teacher in PS1A, but has worked with all groups. Kelley is originally from Kentucky but has lived in Florida since 2014. She has a son who keeps her busy with all his extracurricular activities. When they are not busy on the soccer field or basketball court, they like to spend time at the pool and beach. Kelley loves being part of the TLE team and creating lasting relationships with all the families we serve!

Shanci joined our TLE Family as Center Director in February 2022. She comes with several years of experience from infants through VPK as well as elementary school ages for Clay County School System. She enjoys working with all age groups because it presents their own challenges and its own reward. Over the last several years working as a Director, she has had the opportunity to build relationships with families, children, and teachers which makes this the best job ever! She enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughters, but most importantly being a Mimi to all her grandbabies!

Kaylee joined our TLE Family in January 2019. She comes with several years experience from infants to VPK. She has her Directors, CDA, 45 DCF Hours, and is CPR & First Aid Certified. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Over the past few years, she has had the opportunity to help children learn, play, and grow. She has been able to build relationships with families, teachers, but most of all, the children. Her goal is to help assist others in helping them further their education as well as succeed in their classroom.

Jayden joined our TLE Family in February 2022. She has been working in childcare for several years and comes with her CDA, 45 DCF Hours, and CPR & First Aid. She has always loved early childhood education and knew that this is what she was called to do. She genuinely enjoys nurturing and caring for preschoolers. Her philosophy is that each child is unique, therefore they learn and thrive at their own pace.

Natalie joined our TLE Family in May 2021. She is originally from Louisiana but has traveled around the country as she served our country for 32 years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree but is finishing her 2nd degree in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 5 children and traveling to see her grandchild. She enjoys going to the gym and watching movies. Her classroom goal is to help every child in her care to learn and grow.

Vanessa joined our team in May 2025. She has her CDA, 45 DCF Hours, and she's CPR & First Aid Certified. She has experience in early childhood and has been teaching since she was 15. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks and paint.

Kristine has been with TLE since May 2022. She comes with over 20 years of experience. She has been married for 19 years and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She loves music and nature. Dancing and being silly cures most bad days. She loves working with kids and feels a strong connection with those she cares for.

Jenna joined our TLE Family in August 2023. She comes with early childhood experience, has her 45 DCF Hours and is CPR & First Aid Certified. She loves being a mama of a silly boy. She also loves tacos, coffee, & art!

Katia joined our TLE Family in April 2023. She has been working in childcare for several years. She is currently going to school to earn a degree in computer science. When she isnt working or going to school, she loves to draw, paint, and have snuggles with her dog, Ganon.

Jasmine rejoined our team in July 2024. She is originally from South Carolina. She moved to Jacksonville FL in June 2019 after graduating college to be closer to family. She has worked with children of all ages. She enjoys being a 2’s teacher and floating between classrooms to be able to interact with every child.

Samia joined our TLE Family in July 2024 . She comes with several years experience from infants to VPK. She has her 45 DCF Hours, and is CPR & First Aid Certified. During her free time, she enjoys playing video games and trying new foods. She also enjoys being around kids and loves that she has the opportunity to teach kids and help them grow!

Kaylee joined our TLE Family in July 2024. She comes with several years experience from infants to VPK. She has her CDA, 45 DCF Hours, and is CPR & First Aid Certified. She is passionate about teaching and enjoys teaching in Early Childhood. She enjoys being around her friends and family during free time.

Rita joined our TLE Family in August 2023, but overall has been with TLE since 2022. She comes with several years experience in early childhood educations, has her 45 DCF Hours and is CPR & First Aid Certified. She loves coming to work and interacting with her class. She also enjoys spending time with her family during her free time.

Raquel joined our team in May 2025. She currently has her 45 DCF Hours and is CPR & First Aid Certified. She has several years of experience in childcare and enjoys working with kids. She was born in Georgia and raised in Alabama. The fun things she enjoys doing is traveling and doing hair. She is also in the process of starting her own business in the nail industry. Her goal is to own her own shop and business starting in 2028-2029!

Lauryn joined our team in September 2022. She has her CDA, 45 DCF Hours and is CPR Certified. She has many years of experience in childcare. She enjoys spending time with her family and making memories. Her classroom goal is to manage her class and get them prepared for Kindergarten.

Dakota joined our team in October 2024. She comes to us with several years of experience, 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified and was a private nanny too! In her free time, she enjoys spending times with family, friends, and going to the beach!

Jayione joined our team in April 2024. She comes to us with two years experience, her 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified. She loves teaching little kids because its rewarding. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going to eat at Olive Garden with family and friends.

Benisha joined our team in February 2022. She has her high school diploma, she's CPR Certified, and is working on her DCF hours. Her hobbies include shopping, eating at new places, hanging out with family and friends. Shes from Guam and San Diego. Her classroom goals are to have a fun, safe, and loving environment.

Tiffany joined our team in February 2022. She comes to us with several years of experience, 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified. She is always eager to learn new things and go further in her teaching career. Her favorite thing about being a infant teacher is watching a childs face light up when they learn something new.

Erin joined our team in January 2025. She is currently working on her CDA, has her 45 DCF Hours and is CPR & First Aid Certified. Childcare has always been a comfort and fun place to work. She has three children of her own, one who is an angel baby. Making other children smile and laugh are the highlights to any day.

Jasmin joined our team in October 2025. She has her Directors Credential, CDA, A.A., 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified, and is in her first semester of her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. She has been in the childcare field since 2015 and a huge advocate for educating birth through 5 years. She is also a mother to five children & enjoys thrifting!

Barbara joined our team in October 2025. She has been in the childcare field for 20+ years. She has her CDA, 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Whitley joined our team in September 2025. She has been in the childcare field for 6+ years. She has her 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified. When she’s not working with kids, she usually watches her nieces or spends time with her family.

Cheryl joined our team in November 2024. She is currently working on her CDA, has her 45 DCF Hours and is CPR & First Aid Certified. She has multiple years experience in early childhood. She enjoys working with children. One fun fact about Ms. Cheryl is she is outgoing and a people’s person.

JAHrei joined our team in July 2025. She has been in the childcare field since 2017. She has her Directors, CDA, 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified. She is a mom of two beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going to oddities markets.

D’Mitryia joined our team in August 2025. She has been in the childcare field since 2017. She has her 45 DCF Hours and CPR & First Aid Certified, while currently working towards her CDA. She’s an Aries. In her free time, she enjoys cooking.

Taytum joined our team in March 2022. She has her Director Credentials, CDA, 45 DCF Hours and is CPR & First Aid Certified. When she isn’t in her classroom teaching or creating art activities, she’s at home being a mom to double trouble. She enjoys cooking and long walks on the beach and strolling through Epcot.

Audrie joined our team in July 2025. She has been in childcare for 3 years and absolutely loves being a teacher. She loves everything to do with the ocean even though she was born in Cleveland, Ohio. She enjoys spending time with her husband and animals. In her free time, she enjoys doing to Disney & Universal with her husband.

Rita joined our team in November 2024. She has her CDA, Teaching Strategies Certificate, 45 DCF Hours, CPR & First Aid Certified, and a Bachelors Degree in Management. Working with young children for a very long time is incredibly rewarding because it gives her an opportunity to be a part of their growth and development. She’s also lived in many places since she immigrated to the USA back in 1993. Traveling and exploring different countries is an adventure. Her most exciting part was the chance to live in Italy for 4 years. The journey continues as she travels to different places.

Rebecca joined our team in June 2025. She has her high school diploma, 45 DCF Hours, and she's CPR & First Aid Certified. She’s been working with children for six years. She has always had a love for teaching children. She believes that every child deserves a loving and caring environment to learn.
