Hello my name is Natalie Raybon I am the Sr. Director of Compliance for several North and South Carolina The Learning Experience Schools. I have been with this amazing company since 2011. I have my Associates in Early Childhood and a Bachelors in Business. My goal is to lead our little learners through their developmental stages and to ensure my staff has the support they need to be successful. In my spare time I love spending time with my son and family.

I love being a part of the Holly Springs Learning Experience family. I have worked with children and families for over 2 decades in many different capacities. After working at the YMCA for 12 years, I became a childcare director and have also worked at the middle school. My husband and I moved to NC from Western NY to be closer to our two boys and their families. My granddaughter is the youngest and newest addition to our family and I am blessed to have her at work with me each day! As a life long learner I love educating and supporting the children and families in our community.

Originally from Bakersfield, California, Alison now calls Fort Mill, South Carolina, her home. Since 2012, she has been an integral part of The Learning Experience, where she has opened several schools and spread happiness throughout all of their centers. Her passion for education and commitment to the brand have made a significant impact in her community. In her spare time, Alison enjoys creating lasting memories with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Preston and Olivia. Together, they cherish family adventures and the joys of everyday life.

I've been the Assistant Director at The Learning Experience in Holly Springs since 2024 and love being a part of this community! I was previously a Special Education teacher & feel my behavioral supports within the classrooms has helped support our students, teachers and families. The highlight of my day is walking into the rooms, and having our little learners run to give me a hug, show me a picture or tell me something exciting about their day! My daughter's also love being a part of the TLE community and have learned so much with our unique curriculum.

I have been a part of the TLE family since 2016, and it has been such a great path that lets my creativity thrive. I started out in the toddler room, and my next adventure led me to the twos and after that I spent a few years in preschool before I accepted my new position in 2023. I absolutely love being in childcare. I recently relocated to the Raleigh area in 2024 where I have had the chance to teach others all about enrichment, curriculum, and help their passions for a learning experience shine.

I am married and have three children. I have worked in childcare for seven years where I have worked with children in all age groups. I am originally from Long Island, New York. I was a lead teacher for four years where I was able to build amazing relationships with my students and parents. I love to be able to help children grow and help establish their everyday skills of learning to succeed. I enjoy building bonds and making a difference. I love fitness, art, food, and a great atmosphere where I can grow successfully while reaching goals that I have set for myself.

I have been in childcare for most of my whole life. I love it so much that I decided to follow in my mom’s footsteps and became a childcare teacher! I love painting and listening to music. Children make me happy, and I enjoy seeing them grow.

I lived in Bogota, Colombia. I speak Spanish & English and love helping out when anyone needs a translator. I have been working at The Learning Experience for 17 years! I love to work with Infants. They brighten my life and make this world a better place. I have an associate degree in hotel Administration, and I have childcare credentials in Florida & NC.

I am happily married and have 2 children. I love traveling with my family around the world. I also enjoy a good movie or TV series. I joined TLE in Pennsylvania in 2023 before moving to NC. I really love childcare and working with infants. I love that TLE has characters that teach different curriculum. I enjoy helping the teachers and Tito Toro teach the preschoolers about Spanish.

I am 24 years old. I am a laid-back person who loves God and loves to hang with my family! I love kids, love to smile and just have a good time!

I have been married for 23 years and I have 4 children and 5 grandchildren. We recently moved from the Charlotte area, where I worked at The Learning Experience Ballantyne, and I was able to transfer to Holly Springs. I have been in childcare for over 21 years.

I am a mom of three children. I love working with children, going on walks, gardening, reading and spending time with my family. Teaching in childcare is truly a passion of mine.

I was born in Michigan, but I have lived in NC most of my life. I have worked at our church nursery for 2 years and have taken a few childcare classes at Wake Tech. I love working with children.

I have been working in childcare for 30 years. I have two children of my own. I believe children learn by doing and repetition.

I was born in Michigan but raised in NC. I am currently working towards an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have always had a passion for working with children and work in my church’s nursery school program.

I am a mother of 3 amazing boys who keep me on my toes and on the go. I started in childcare in 2014 and had stop for a few years because I had to care for my disabled son. I love working in childcare and teaching curriculum such as sign language and building relationships with my Twaddlers. I am in school now for administrative assistant.

I am a mother of girl twins in the Preschool classroom. I have worked in childcare pre covid and pre twins. I love seeing children’s imagination grow and helping them learn.

I am a mom of 5 sons and a grandma of a beautiful baby girl. I love to spend time with my family and watch Chicago PD and lifetime movies.

I have 2 children of my own and come from a big family. I have my EDU 119. I work with children because I love to see them grow and learn new things every day. In my class you will see lots of art, fun and dancing to get each and every child involved!

I have worked in childcare for over 20 years. I love reading and listening to music. In the classroom I like to play music and read to the children to gather their focus and get them engaged in activities.

I am the proud mother of my daughter, Chloe. We enjoy staying active together and often have spontaneous dance parties. Our beloved dog, Ryver, is a cherished member of our family and constant companion. I have a deep passion for observing children as they grow and learn, and I find great joy in witnessing the sense of wonder and pride they experience when achieving something new.

I have been I childcare for over 15 years. Working with preschool children is one of my biggest passions. I am a wife, mother and grandmother. I love to serve people and worship Jesus Christ.

I am from Seattle, Washington and recently moved to NC to be with family. I have a daughter and a son and love to travel. Children make me smile and I love spending the day with them and giving hugs!

This is my first experience in childcare, but I love children and I am having so much fun. I have a son in the infant classroom and we both love TLE.

I am a mother of 2 daughters. My family and I moved from Morocco in 2018 to NC. I speak three languages, which are English, French, and Arabic. I went to college and have an accountant diploma, phlebotomy certificate, and I am a certified notary. Working with kids brings me the greatest joy!
