My daughter Mila has been going to TLE since June and it has been an all around amazing experience. On top of the facility being extremely clean and tidy, it’s evident how much the staff truly cares for the kids. Our experiences first started with Savannah the center director and from the start of our meeting with her during our tour, we felt good about this place. I had a hard time with the thought of leaving my daughter initially as it was our first baby and heading back to work after maternity leave took an emotional toll. Savannah was so supportive and checked in to see if there was anything she could do and even sent me multiple pictures of my daughter with updates throughout the days during my first week back just to ease the anxiety. Miss Akasi and her husband from day one have always shown such a high caliber of integrity when interacting, and my husband and I grew to trust that our daughter was in good hands with their leadership. The infant teachers have been a pleasure to get to know and we appreciate how much they do for our daughter, especially Ms. Bri who has been in the infant room from the start with her. I would highly recommend TLE Hilliard to anyone looking for daycare! ??

Making a payment here has never felt so right. You know that it’s money well spent and you’re happy to pay it. Because they deserve it. This place deserves 10 stars. They are doing everything right here. Everything we wanted in a daycare was offered here. I think it would be difficult to find a better daycare I have experience lol. So be careful after you bring your child here you won’t want to take your children anywhere else they set the bar high. We had to move and miss everything about the learning experience Hilliard. The only thing you need to bring with you is your child they provide everything else making it well worth the money. most importantly, they care about your child their well-being and their development and whether or not they enjoy their day. So important that our child likes coming here. Our child loved it here she started in the infant class they taught her so much that she ended up being able to move up to the next class early. Which is exactly what she needed. The learning experience absolutely lives up to their name, providing a high-quality learning experience for not only the children, but also for the parents.

TLE Hilliard offers a positive environment for us teachers. As a new staff member, I anticipate coming to work to engage with the families, and students. Everyone is so nice. Go on the tour with Savanah then decide! I commute an extra 30min 1 way so 1hr each day and never regret it! Nowhere is comparable and I know I went through local early learning, childcare, primrose, etc

We’re so thankful for TLE (Hilliard) because my son is in a safe and loved place, all the team are so nice and treat all kids as they are their own; they are doing a great job to keep all parents heedless. They keep us updated the whole day with the program by sending notes and pictures. Also you call or text me without hesitation they are always available to respond. Misses Akasi the owner is so sweet and lovely and gives you good vibes, Misses Savannah is helpful and very friendly and of course a big thanks to Miss Natalie greeting us and she’s so attentive with the kiddos that they enjoy to learn new things every day and adapting them. Working at TLE Hilliard has been such a rewarding experience for me as the school chef. I enjoy interacting with the children and learning about their food preferences while finding and testing new ways to make meals yummy for them.

We started with TLE Hilliard just this week & having a very positive experience so far. We had originally planned to send our 2 year old son here beginning in January, but we were so excited during the tour we decided to bring him in earlier. This is his third daycare that he's been to, and we can say for sure, that this is our favorite and hopefully the one he remains in! I love multiple things about TLE - the administration are very welcoming and communicative, their app is perfect for knowing what my son does all day (as well as multiple pictures), the curriculum gives him so much structure (he comes home singing "hey hey, circle time", and the teachers are very friendly and hands on with the kids. My favorite thing about this place is the approach of a daycare-teacher-parent partnership and how we can all work together to help my son grow. It makes me confident that I am not simply sending him to be "babysat" but rather, a place that really teaches and challenges him - but is still a fun place that he looks forward to going to. An example of this growth: While he speaks Arabic primarily at home, he is coming home learning more and more words/sentences in English, and is even translating for us. I'm baffled that he is able to do that in a short period of time and really excited to see how his time at TLE continues to help with his growth and development as he gets older.

The Learning Experience in Hilliard, what a breath of fresh air! We toured this brand new facility because we were looking for a safe but fun learning environment for my sister’s 3 year old twins.My sister was nervous because she had just moved them from a different school and was worried about their well being.We were blown away by what we discovered in this school.We were pleasantly surprised by the absolute perfect world we found for kids.Everything is tailored to the wellbeing of the child; from the warm and wonderful staff, top notch curriculum to the state of the art amenities.I love this school, the whole place just makes you happy, very nostalgic.Needless to say that we signed my niece and nephew up the same day. I’m happy to announce that they are thriving and look forward to going to school every day including the weekends, if they could. I encourage you to enroll your child in this place. You will not regret it. I have seen tremendous growth in my niece and nephew within this short period that they started attending TLE, Hilliard. Their vocabulary has increased, and they can hold full conversations. I love to see them this confident.They are maturing socially, and I credit this school for being intentional with each child. My sister is extremely happy and at peace. I am content.

We joined TLE today after my son had an amazing experience at his discovery day! The teachers were very attentive and caring and didn’t hesitate to jump in when my son had difficultly at drop off.
