I’ve worked in childcare for many years, and I also have a daughter of my own. My passion for this field comes from a deep desire to make sure every child knows they are never alone—they always have someone in their corner. I want each child to feel safe, loved, and supported as they grow into their own unique selves. It brings me so much joy to teach them that they are strong, kind, and caring individuals. Being part of their journey is truly an honor.

I have always had a passion for helping and protecting children, which naturally led me to a career in early childhood education. I’ve been working in childcare for several years and have proudly served as a Center Director for the past four. I truly love what I do—watching children grow, learn, and thrive brings me so much joy. I see myself continuing this journey for the long haul, as working with children is not just a job—it’s my calling.

Ms. Victoria, affectionately known as Vicky, hails from Colombia and brings a rich cultural background to her work. As a Clinical Psychologist, she is deeply passionate about nurturing the emotional well-being of children. Vicky firmly believes in the importance of providing sensitive care during their formative years to foster positive mental health and optimal learning outcomes. In her leisure time, she delights in the simple pleasures of laughter, reading, and savoring delicious ice cream treats. Joining The Learning Experience Family has brought Vicky immense happiness, allowing her to contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of young minds.

I love working with children and showing them that the world is full of gentle and kind people. It’s important to me that every child feels safe, loved, and supported—and I strive to teach those values every day. I have two children of my own, and it was the kindness and care their teachers showed them that inspired me to pursue a career in childcare. Now, I feel so lucky to be that same positive influence in the lives of the children I work with.

I love working with young children and helping them learn and discover new things each day. It brings me so much joy to guide them as they grow, explore, and build confidence in what they can do. I also have nieces and nephews, and seeing their excitement for learning has inspired me even more to teach and support the next generation. Being a part of a child’s learning journey is truly rewarding, and I’m grateful to make a difference in their lives.

I’m new to childcare, but in my short time here, I have already learned so much and discovered a passion for working with children. I’m excited to continue growing and learning in this field. One of my favorite activities is doing crafts with the children—it’s amazing to see their creativity and joy come to life!

With a passion for fostering creativity and engagement, she infuses her interactions with a sense of fun and excitement. Beyond her professional endeavors, Lilian's love for singing, music, and swimming adds a refreshing dimension to her life. Joining The Learning Experience has been nothing short of an adventure for her, as she continues to inspire and uplift young minds while embracing the joy of discovery and growth.

My love for children is what keeps me in this field after all these years. I have children, grandchildren, and even great-grandchildren of my own, and it brings me so much joy to continue being a part of the lives of other children as well. Watching them grow, learn, and smile each day fills my heart and reminds me why I’ve dedicated my life to caring for and nurturing young minds.
