I’ve been a Center Director for nearly nine amazing years, bringing over a decade of experience in early childhood education- primarily with children ages 2 to 6. I truly love what I do and take great pride in making a positive impact on every child and family who walks through our doors. Born and raised in Franklin, TN, I’m also a proud single mom to my 11-year-old daughter! In my free time, I find joy in organizing and cleaning- my favorite past time. Each day, I strive to leave the center confident and fulfilled, knowing I’ve done everything I can to support our families and teachers. I want every parent to feel proud to be part of The Learning Experience family, and I can’t wait to get to know each of you!

I've been at TLE Franklin since September of 2022. I'm a proud mother to a beautiful daughter who also attends our Preschool program. As the Assistant Director, I look forward to walking through our beautiful school each day and seeing the children fully engaged in our daily curriculum!

I have been with TLE Franklin since they opened their doors in October of 2021! I am originally from Michigan and now live in the area with my husband. I’ve worked with children my entire life and truly love what I do every single day. Early childhood education is my passion, and I’m so excited for all the interactive learning, growing, and exploring we’ll be doing together!

I was born at Fort Dix, New Jersey. My dad was a Major in the Air Force, so we moved around quite a bit. I’ve lived in Nashville since 1967 and proudly consider myself a true Nashvillian. I met my husband while attending Aquinas College, and we’ve been married for almost 49 years. I completed my education at Bethel University and earned my Master’s in Early Childhood Education from Walden University. For nearly 48 years, I’ve dedicated my career to early childhood education, and it continues to be my passion. I’m so happy to be joining the TLE family and look forward to getting to know our wonderful families and watching these amazing little ones learn and grow. Hi Families! I joined the TLE Franklin team in August of 2024. This year, my goals include developing the skills needed to grow as both a teacher at TLE and as a mother. I'm excited to build meaningful relationships with my coworkers and support the children in their developmental journey. Hello, my name is Bethany! I’m originally from the small town of Chapel Hill, but I recently moved to Spring Hill. I’ve been working in childcare for 3 years now! I’m excited to continue building strong connections with both the children and their families. I’m passionate about early childhood education and look forward to growing my knowledge in child development as I continue this journey!

Hi, my name is Kaitlyn and i have been with TLE Franklin since February 2024.I’m married and have a sweet dog named Bandit. I have six amazing nieces and nephews, and I absolutely love spending time with them! Family and friends are incredibly important to me, and I try to be with them as much as possible. I hold an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbia State Community College and have been working in childcare for 8 years. I love being a part of a great team and continuing to grow in my career here at The Learning Experience!

My name is Jacqueline, and I have been the TLE Franklin since May of 2024. I was born and raised in Franklin, TN. I have three boys, and in my spare time, I enjoy reading and painting. I’m very involved in my church, where I help deliver food, clothing, and other essentials to the elderly. I’ve worked with children of various age groups for several years and absolutely love being part of their learning journey. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Medical Billing and Coding, as well as a certificate in Human Health and Human Development. My passion for child development continues to grow, whether I’m helping children learn their basic colors or guiding them through recognizing upper and lower case letters. I love supporting them as they reach their full potential. At The Learning Experience, I look forward to open communication and strong teamwork, and working together to create a positive, nurturing environment. Hello! My name is Ann Louise, and I joined TLE Franklin team in August of 2024. I have worked in child care for the past 7 years. I have a beautiful 7-year-old daughter who just started second grade! I've always loved being around little ones. Babysitting for family and friends was one of my favorite things growing up. Watching children grow and begin to understand the world around them brings me so much joy and always puts a smile on my face. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my daughter, listening to music, dancing, and spending time with my family. I look forward to making a positive impact with all the little learners in my care!

Hi, my name is Jessica! I was born and raised in Florida and moved to TN this year. I’m absolutely loving the change in weather! I’ve been working in childcare for over six years, and it’s truly where my heart is. While I also hold medical licenses as a Laboratory Assistant, CNA, and LPN, and am currently working toward my RN, I’ve found that being with children brings me the greatest joy. My goal this year is to complete all of the degrees I’ve started while continuing to teach with love, patience, and dedication. I’m so excited to be part of the TLE family!

I’ve worked as a Pediatric Nurse for the past four years, and I’m so excited to take my passion for working with children in a new and engaging direction. Hi everyone, I’m Neha from India. I love spending time with children and engaging them in small, meaningful activities that support their growth and development. I’m a mom to two wonderful kids — a 5.5-year-old boy and a 1-year-old baby girl. We enjoy dancing, playing different games that build grasping power, reading books, learning animal sounds, and, of course, sharing lots of laughter! I’m eager to learn more about company culture, teamwork, and effective ways to interact with and support all children with the help of staff members. Hi, my name is Savannah Johnson. I was raised in Huntington, WV, but spent many summers here in Tennessee. I recently moved back home from Spokane, WA, where I mainly worked in healthcare. Growing up as the oldest of nine kids, I’ve been surrounded by children my whole life. I’ve watched and helped my siblings grow into the amazing people they are today. There’s something wonderful about watching a tiny human develop their own personality and confidence. I love seeing the sparkle in their eyes when they learn something new and fully understand it. I have experience working with children going on three years now. I have worked with children facing various behavioral challenges and special needs. Patience is a virtue, and I strive every day to maintain a calm, cool, and collected energy because children often need help expressing their feelings. I want every child in my care to feel safe and know that I will support them through anything—especially those big feelings we sometimes don’t know how to place. My goal this year is to reconnect with my roots in childcare and hopefully grow with this company. Children are a natural source of happiness, and I’d love to bring that sparkle back into my life.

Hi! I have been with TLE Franklin since June 2024. I was born and raised in Franklin, TN, and have lived here most of my life, except for a brief time in Ohio, where I worked as a preschool aide! I originally went to college for theatre, but quickly discovered my passion for early learning while working towards my degree. I now have 5 years of experience working in preschool. One of my goals at TLE is to create meaningful connections with a new group of kids. I can’t wait to get started!

Hello families! My name is Francine, but I usually go by Fran. I was born and raised in Brazil, lived in Japan for six years, and recently moved here with my family. While in Japan, I taught English to children ages 2–9, which quickly became one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Working with children is truly my passion. I believe I learn from them just as much as they learn from me, and they inspire me every day. I’m so excited to be a part of the TLE Franklin community, continue doing what I love, and keep growing both personally and professionally. This year, one of my personal goals is to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test while continuing to grow as both a teacher and lifelong learner.

Hello! My name is Ms. Michelle. I was born and raised in Franklin, TN- which some might say I’m a unicorn! My family is from Mexico, from a beautiful place called Veracruz, so I’m bilingual in Spanish and English. I grew up surrounded by fantastic Mexican traditions. Growing up, I loved elementary school because of the amazing teachers I had, and that inspired me to work with children and make a positive impact in their lives. I pursued my passion by earning an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Columbia State Community College. I can’t wait to bring my love for learning and culture to the classroom!

My name is Geralyn, but I go by Gigi. I joined the TLE Franklin team in 2023! Previously, I worked as a special education teacher assistant for Williamson County for several years. I absolutely love working with kids and am passionate about helping each child grow, succeed, and achieve their goals.

Hi Parents! My name is Ms. Jaylyn, and I am beyond excited to be apart of The Learning Experience family. A little bit about me, I moved here from south Texas in January. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications which I have found to be very useful when teaching. I have worked in children’s education for a total of three years now. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I am also the 2024 Recipient of the In Pop’s Place scholarship award for my work in Early Education. I do not have kids of my own, but I do have a beautiful 6 year old cousin in my life who is as close as a sister, and she continues to inspire me every day. I have worked with ages ranging from infants to high schoolers. In Texas, I was a youth leader, and I spent many hours investing in the lives of the next generation. I have found it to be the most rewarding part of my life, so thank you for giving me the opportunity to share this part of my life with you. I am from Nashville, born and raised. I have been working in childcare on and off for eight years. Ever since high school, I knew I wanted to work with children, so I pursued Early Childhood Education. I love watching children grow, learn, and develop. While my background is in healthcare, I’ve developed a strong interest in early childhood education and am excited to learn and grow in this field. I’m also a proud mom to a very energetic 2-year-old son, who inspires me every day and reminds me how important it is to nurture curiosity, learning, and love through play and connection.
