What started as a business, has now turned into a passion for us! We have always loved being around kids and helping them learn and grow. We joined TLE in 2018 and have loved being a part of this growing family and now own several centers across multiple states. Vidhi & Parag have been married since 2002, and have 2 kids, Kriti & Parv, and the newest addition to their family, Henna, the adorable pup! Parag and Kunal have been close friends for over 21 years and have also worked together throughout their corporate careers. We believe in hiring the best talent and creating an environment where everyone can contribute with their unique skills and provide an amazing experience for our little learners, and we continue to invest in the centers. I'm the Center Director at The Learning Experience of Natick, bringing over 15 years of experience in early childhood education since graduating from Suffolk University in 2008. A lifelong local, I grew up in Sherborn and now live in Natick with my husband and our two sons, who both attend Natick Public Schools. When I’m not at the center, you can usually find me on the sidelines of a sports field or attending community events around town. It’s truly a joy to do what I love every day, right here in the community I call home.

With over a decade of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about creating meaningful, engaging moments with young learners. As a parent of three, nurturing and guiding children comes naturally to me. I’m excited to bring my experience and enthusiasm to the TLE family and contribute to its caring, supportive environment.

Hi there! I'm Vivian. I’ve been teaching since 2023, and I absolutely love what I do. When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me outdoors enjoying nature or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. My goal as a teacher is to help students build confidence and develop the independence they need to thrive—not just in school, but in life. I’m always here to support and encourage them every step of the way.

I have two beautiful daughters and two handsome sons. My family and I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks or simply enjoying nature. We also enjoy shopping together. We share a love for Winnie-the-Pooh and playing in the water. I’ve always enjoyed working with children and am passionate about teaching them new skills. As a teacher, my goal is to help children reach their full potential as they progress toward important developmental milestones.

Hi! I’m Nariely. I recently graduated from Natick High School and am currently attending Mass Bay, where I’m studying nursing and completing a CNA course. My dream is to become a pediatric RN and help children better understand and express their mental and physical emotions. I believe it’s so important to connect with children, understand their feelings, and care for them with love and compassion—as if they were your own. I can’t wait to meet you and your little ones!

Hi! I’m Miss Cassie, a warm and creative educator with over 11 years of experience in youth development and childcare. I’m trilingual—speaking English, Spanish, and Portuguese—and I’m currently learning ASL, too! I love bringing sensory play, imaginative exploration, and arts & crafts into the classroom—it’s where I see kids truly shine. Outside of school, I have a wonderful family that keeps me smiling every day. My husband and I have two amazing daughters, two playful dogs, and one curious cat. I’m so excited to learn and grow with your little ones here at TLE!
