Ms. Tabitha holds a BA in behavior and health and has worked in childcare for several years. Tabitha started as a toddler teacher before entering management. Ms. Tabitha is always eager to learn and share her knowledge with others. You can find her in a classroom, offering support to staff and bonding with littler learners. Tabitha loves spending time with her family and trying out new cafes in her community.

Aileen has been in the field for over ten years. Like many of us, she started as a teacher and worked her way up. Aileen is supportive, and her kind heart shows in everything she does. Outside of work, Aileen is a mother and wife. She loves spending time with family and crocheting in her free time.

Ms. Julie holds an AA in Early Childhood Education, has over 10 years of experience as a childcare professional, and is actively in classes to complete her Masters. She joined TLE in May 2022 as a Twaddler teacher and quickly became an invaluable part of our team. After her promotion to Assistant Director, she embraced a new role as Family Relations Direcor where her passion for The Learning Experience truly shines as she is actively overseeing multiple locations. You’ll often find her leading tours for new families, making them feel right at home, or working behind the scenes to bring fun and engaging events to life on our center’s calendar. She's an essential part of what makes our center thrive!

Miss Angie’s passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds has been the driving force behind her career since 2010. As a Registered MSRD Dietitian and certified IBCLC, she began supporting childcare facilities by providing professional development education and training to childcare facilities. Her dedication led her back to school to pursue a second Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies. By 2012, she had fulfilled her dream of opening her childcare center. In 2020, she relocated to Philadelphia and partnered with TLE to open a large-scale childcare center, offering top-tier education to children in the community. Ms. Angie holds the PA Director Credential and has led TLE No Liberties to an outstanding Quality Stars 4 Rating in only 2 years.

Bonnie has been with The Learning Experience since 2022! Overall, she has worked in childcare for over ten years! She pours her heart into touring and giving families the best first impression! Outside of work, Bonnie is a mother to three wonderful children and loves spending time with her family.

Sanaa has worked in childcare for over three years. She enjoys supporting all age groups and getting to know each family she encounters. Sanaa makes great effort in creating bonds with her little learners and tending to their needs. Outside of work, Sanaa enjoys relaxing at home and watching her favorite TV shows.

Ms. Jillian has worked in childcare for almost a decade. Her knowledge and skills are visible in her everyday work. She also enjoys painting, which allows her to bring creativity to her classroom in various ways. Ms. Jillian has a passion for what she does; it shows in her dedication and support for others. She is also a huge football fan and enjoys going to an Eagles game and showing her support as a fan.

Belinda is a passionate teacher who loves creating a warm and nurturing space. She ensures children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Belinda is also a mother of two girls, where her love for children began. Belinda also prioritises building strong relationships with her families to also make them feel comfortable and secure, leaving their children in her care.

Madison has been caring for children since she was a teenager as a nanny. She then transitioned into childcare. She has worked with all age groups, but has a particular passion for infants. She enjoys being a witness to their milestones, and watching them transition from room to room as they grow.

Amia joined TLE, excited to begin her journey with children in a professional setting. Amia spent many years babysitting, gaining her joy for children. Outside of work, Amia enjoys music and drawing.

Lizbeth started at a TLE in New York and found her way to us! Lizbeth finds joy in creating bonds with her little learners and their families. She takes pride in her ability to create nurturing spaces for children to learn and grow.

Tahlia has always had a passion for working with children, and she started that journey with The Learning Experience. Tahlia is a team player and is the first one to spark a conversation with peers. Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys going to her favorite restaurants or cooking a meal at home!

Erin has been working with children for years, starting in her hometown of Illinois. She then moved to Philadelphia, continuing to care for children here at TLE, which is her passion. Outside of work, Erin loves spending time with her dog, Nyla, going on hikes together.
