I am so glad I found this place!! I am so grateful for the staff. The teachers take their time with the students and you can tell how much they care about each individual child - my son is so excited to go to school everyday and that is all you can ask for. Very excited to continue my sons education here.

Had my kids enrolled here great staff and administrators. They had great academic prep for my kindergartners and they always looked forward to their day at the learning experience.

Absolutely love TLE! All staff are really awesome with my children! The director and asst director are very respectful and helpful! My kids teachers are patient, kind and loving. I love that they communicate with me daily my children's progress.

I can't say enough good things about The Learning Experience in Elgin! My son goes there, and from the very first day, the care and attention he's received have been incredible. The teachers are truly exceptional — they’re not only professional but also genuinely kind, patient, and friendly. You can tell they really love what they do. My son called it his 2nd home for 2+ years with some gr8 teachers, amongst other things he has been taught how to be empathetic and helpful thanks to his fantastic teachers Ms Bianca Ms lulu , Mr Brendan, Ms Tamera , ms Lizet (just to name a few)and others.

I have truly enjoyed watching my children grow with The Learning Experience. The staff are incredibly supportive and welcoming, creating a warm and nurturing environment. I can’t recommend this place enough! Their graduation presentations are amazing—such a memorable way to celebrate each child’s journey. I’m proud to say that three of my children have graduated from this school.

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! Our 7-month-old son has been going here for a little while now, and we couldn’t be happier with the care he’s receiving. From day one, the teachers and staff made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. They’re kind, attentive, and genuinely love what they do — you can see it in how they interact with the kids every day. My son Jayce will be graduating preschool this year! We have been with TLE Elgin since they opened their doors. I do not have enough thanks in the world to share with them how appreciative I am of their love and compassion for my two children that went to school there. my kids have always loved to go to school and I am so thankful for the daily updates. We will miss you guys next year!

We enrolled our daughter at TLE just before she turned 2 after having her home with us since birth. We visited several daycares in the area, but fell in love with TLE. The center is bright and clean and their programs are excellent. We loved the idea that she would be learning and developing, not just being watched while we were working. But, the best thing about TLE has been the teachers and staff. It's tough to leave your kiddo in the care of someone else. But, over the years we've been there, she has had teachers who have cared for her as if she were their own. She even says her P2 teacher is her best friend! I can get my work done without worrying that she is safe, learning, and feeling loved. The teachers and staff are excellent and they take the safety, security, and growth of our kiddos very seriously. If you're thinking about TLE, it's worth your time and investment. We've been so pleased with our time there.

TLE has been a great place for my two kids for the last 3 years. The curriculum is top notch to get kids ready and be prepared for kindergarten!

If you're looking for a trustworthy daycare, look no further! When I started my daycare search for my 1yr old I was very cautious as he has Down syndrome and I knew his needs may not be the same as other peers - we needed a center that was understanding, patient & willing to learn alongside us as to how to get him to bloom. When I toured TLE Christy welcomed us with open arms and had no worries about my son and his special needs. Each week they had him doing new things - eating solids, army crawling, holding his own cup, etc. This particular TLE has been nothing but accepting of our family and goes above and beyond with their care of all the kids! We love the teachers, the curriculum, and all the center has to offer.

Our daughter started at TLE after a year and a half of being only in our home with caregivers coming to us. We were nervous about starting her in daycare, but TLE has been an amazing experience for her and for us. We visited several other daycares in the area, but TLE impressed us the most. They have been friendly, responsive, and most of all, they have taken great care of our daughter. She loves her teachers and her friends in class. I especially love that they keep me updated throughout the day via their app. I get updates on what she's eating, what she's doing, and lots of fun pictures. They have a great curriculum for each age level and she loves participating in their learning games and exercises. We can't say enough good things about TLE!

We are lucky to have this center so close to home. Our daughter absolutely loves going! The center is always clean and beautifully decorated with bright colors and characters. The staff is incredible, friendly and very invested in not only getting to know the children but also the parents. We LOVE everything about TLE Elgin!

Choosing a provider is a hard task. We want to trust someone to provide the level of care we provide at home. With all of the stories we see on the Internet, our guards instantly go up to protect our little ones. From the moment we attended the open house, we knew this was the right place for our son. The teachers took time to engage with us while giving a tour of the facility. With the pandemic, we were still hesitant on a start date. After sharing my concerns, the Director assured us of the safety protocols in place and let me know when I was ready, they would be ready! Fast forward to now. Our son has been attending since October 2020 and his development has been a pleasure to watch. There's a few interactions that have stood out for me. First, there was a day when my son was fussy and didn't want to enter the classroom. After some coaxing, he proceeded over the threshold with his teacher. I was entering my car and noticed he was still crying. Within seconds, his teacher picked him up and gave him cuddles to soothe him and stop crying. At a previous center, they would let me cry it out. This warmed my heart. The second good observation was just a week ago. I was approached by his teacher encouraging me to move him to full-time care because she noticed signs of regression. We, yes WE, discussed next steps and how we could make this an easy transition for him. Part of the challenge is he's not fully potty trained, but they work with him daily to get him there. If you're looking for a place to send your little one, look no further. Your child will be cared for and prepared for kindergarten. You will be treated like family here. Oh…and one other thing…the weekly newsletters are adorbs! You get to see the littles playing together and read about what they're working on for the week. It's a great way to provide reinforcement at home. Something else…I love the app! You get notifications with your child's activity and pics. Look no further! TLE-Elgin is the place!

We are so glad we decided to enroll our son here. He had never been to daycare before but he quickly adjusted and now can't wait to go see his friends in the mornings! All of the staff and teachers are friendly and welcoming and the facility itself is always spotless. It's so nice walking in and seeing all of the children's artwork hung on the walls. TLE was the perfect choice for our family!
