My kids and I have been with TLE for a little over a year and I am thankful for the love, patience and support Lauren, Mindi, and ms Alexis’s have given to my kids and I they have truly gone above and beyond for us!! We also love Mrs.Bri and can’t wait for her to be able to love on our newest edition to the family starting in January! We love the TLE crossroads team and all they do!

We’ve been part of the TLE family for over 2 years with our 3 kids, and we have seen a lot of changes—especially recently with new management. The difference now is incredible. Things feel stable, communication is clear and consistent, and most importantly, the care for the children is truly heartfelt, and there seems to be a lot more new and different activities being implemented which I love! The new director Lauren has brought a fresh energy and a genuine passion for early childhood education. You can tell she’s deeply invested in making a positive impact—not just ticking boxes, but really doing what’s needed to support each child and also us as a family. She is approachable, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve the center, and making it welcome, with art and photos, and decorations! As parents, all we want are carers and teachers who treat our kids with kindness, respect, and high-quality care. That’s exactly what we have found here. The team is welcoming, consistent, and always willing to go above and beyond. It is comforting to know our children are in a place where they are not just looked after—they’re nurtured. I can see the effort the team are putting into new activities and I look forward to seeing what new indoor activities/outdoor activities will be implemented to change it up, and incorporating different aspects of life, nature and beyond, such as cooking demonstrations, the big kids doing Show n Tell, or talent shows! The list is endless and we are excited to see more! Highly recommend TLE to any family looking for a center that truly cares. I have loved every moment I have spent at The Learning Experience Loveland Crossroads! Walking through the doors and seeing the smiling faces of both the children and the staff is such a joy—it’s clear that this is a place where kids feel happy, safe, and loved. The cheerful environment, filled with TLE’s adorable and engaging characters, makes every visit feel extra special. As someone who is growing into the field of education, I have really appreciated the opportunity to learn from the incredible teachers here. Their passion, patience, and creativity are so inspiring, and it is clear that they put their whole hearts into what they do every day. I also want to give a special shoutout to Lauren—she’s doing an amazing job leading the school as director. Her warmth, professionalism, and dedication shine through in every detail. It is no surprise that the center feels like such a positive, nurturing place for both children and staff. Highly recommend TLE Loveland Crossroads to any family or future educator looking for a place where learning and love go hand in hand!

Absolutely love TLE! I was so nervous about daycare for my 4 month old. After a week of him being at daycare he learned better head control, interacted with other babies, & had so many new & positive experiences I felt much better. I copied the Learning Experience setup and got the same toys, sitting chair, & I learned how to better play & grow my child’s fine motor skills. He even has his own crib. I now confidently drop him off & know Mrs. Bri, Anna, & Kim will take care of him like I do.

We’ve been with this daycare for over a year and overall have had a great experience. There were a few challenges recently, but the team has done a great job recovering and getting back on track. Anna in the infant room was amazing with our son, and now in the toddler room, Stephanie and Kaleigh have been incredible. They’re caring, attentive, and truly go above and beyond. We’re so grateful for the love and support they’ve shown our family!

We love TLE! My son is 10 months old and has been going there for the last 3 months and has had a great time. His infant room teachers are amazing and you can tell they really care about him. He always has a big smile on his face when he sees his teachers. My husband and I love that we get updates all day on the app about his naps, bottles, solids, etc. They send out a lot of photos which really put us at ease and we love the updates! The staff is all really friendly and welcoming.

Amazing school/daycare. My son absolutely loves going here. The teachers are friendly and inviting. Wonderful staff who show actual interest in the kids. Highly recommend!

My son has been coming here since he was 10 weeks old. His teachers have all been incredible. Almost all of his teachers are moms with kids enrolled at TLE and they truly care for him as if he were theirs. We are so grateful for a safe and loving daycare!

I have had my children at the learning experience crossroads for all most a year now. I have a 1 1/2 year old and a 5 year old. They care that they give my children is amazing and the curriculum they have helps them learn new things and get my 5 year old ready for school. I am so glad I decided to bring my children here. The communication my sons teacher have is amazing they always let me know how there day was if they took a nap. Morgan and Jocelyn are amazing, if you have any questions or concerns they are all ways there to talk to you. They always have a smile on there face and make me feel welcome every morning when I walk in to drop my children off and every evening when I pick them up. I recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for child care.

My family has been enrolled at this daycare since it opened two years ago. The business has matured and is currently operating well. The teachers are attentive, caring and kind to the children. The management team is engaged in daily operations and good at communicating with parents. The facility is new and maintained well. The pre-school curriculum is good. The prices are a little above their competitors but ultimately worth it. I recommend this daycare.

We started our daughter at TLE at 6 months old and we have been enrolled for about a year. We have had the best experience and highly recommended. The center and staff are communicative and ensure our daughter is receiving the best care possible. During the day we receive frequent updates including pictures, diaper changes, and mealtimes. Through TLEs app this has eased a lot of anxiety as a new parent to have insight to what is occurring throughout the day. All the staff is so wonderful!

I have a 1 year old who has been coming here since he was 6 months old. I wasn't sure about putting him in childcare until I brought him here . we love it here ! The care that they give my son is amazing and the curriculum they have is helping my son learn something new weekly. I am so happy I brought him here. Every evening when I pick up my son's teachers communication with me about how his day was and what he did for the day . The admin team have a smile on their face and make me and my son feel welcome every morning when I drop off and every night when we leave. I recommend this daycare to anyone looking !

I can’t recommend The Learning Experience enough! The staff here is absolutely wonderful—so friendly, caring, and patient. They’ve been taking care of my daughter since she was just 3 months old, and I’ve seen her thrive in their care. The team is incredibly observant and communicates openly, making sure I’m always informed about my daughter’s day and progress. My daughter looks forward see her friends every day and to the daily activities, which include arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making each day both fun and educational. She also loves the food provided, and I appreciate how understanding and responsive they are to any dietary needs we have. Overall, I feel completely at ease knowing my daughter is in such capable, loving hands. The environment is nurturing, and the staff genuinely cares about each child. I’m so grateful for the amazing care they provide!

We have been at TLE Crossroads since the beginning of August (2023). We love it so far. The teachers are so sweet and very caring. They do a great job keeping us up to date throughout the day each day using the app as well as giving us a summary of how the day went at pick up each day. Very pleased!

The Learning Experience is a great place. The teachers and staff are passionate about seeing their students succeed. They are amazing about sharing moments of pride they see within your child – their good behaviors and achievements. The Learning Center has great security and I feel safe leaving my children at this facility.

We have 1 son in the infant room at this location. The staff here has been amazing. The teachers take great care of our son. The admin has been great as well, helping us with anything we need and always super friendly. Highly recommend

We love TLE at Crossroads and highly recommend to any family. Our 2 now 3 year old son has been going to TLE since May 2023 and we couldn't love it more. His teachers were great at helping him acclimate to daycare as this was new to him. He doesn't even bat an eye when we drop him off. I love the updates we get throughout the day on the app! We even get pictures. It is amazing to see how much our son has blossomed with the care and interaction he gets! If you've been on the fence about daycare for your little, I would look no further than TLE!!

The Learning Experience has been so amazing for us. Our daughter started here at 8 months old and I was a little worried since this is our first kid. But they were always so encouraging and kept me informed all the time on my daughter. Ms. Ashley (the infant teacher) is AMAZING and the director Morgan has always answered all our questions about any concerns we’ve had. We’ve definitely had a 5 star experience here.

TLE has been an incredible place for our son since day one. Very organized, good communication, great curriculum. Our son has thrived, learned a ton, and has had an absolute blast! Very thankful for the whole team at TLE Crossroads.

I was hesitant at first about enrolling my child in daycare, but TLE - crossroads has made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. He enjoys being around his friends, learning new skills and playing on the playground. I've gained trust in his teachers knowing they're putting his needs first while also keeping me updated on the mobile app. Our number one priority when enrolling was safety and TLE has a very safe facility, as well as an amazing staff all around. We're so very glad we found this facility for our child!

The intent of this review is to inform parents who are determining whether or not they want to have their child/children attend TLE of what they are getting into. Hopefully my review can sway them. You'll first notice that the staff greets you and your child/children...everyday. They make the effort. They throw birthday parties for the kiddos when it's their birthday. They go outside to play on regular intervals (weather permitting of course) and the playground is nice and clean. They are good with communication. They update you regularly throughout the day with photos of your kiddos and descriptions of what they are working on as a curriculum through the app. They email you with updates if it's something outside of the app. If you have questions, you can call the center and someone always picks up or you can email them and they'll get back to you in a decent amount of time. They are accommodating for children's needs, i.e. food allergies, schedules, they'll continue potty training your child/children. The facility is nice and clean. Well organized. To put a pin in the review, I would recommend The Learning Experience to any parent! The staff are great, the facility is modern and clean, and the curriculum and food menu are great.

Morgan, and Jocelyn do a fantastic job of running this location. We always appreciate the thorough communication and reassurance they provide. In our toddler class, Soraya & Amber Lee provide motherly comfort to my wife and I and we know they genuinely care about our child. The whole team follows our thorough diaper routine and continue to go above and beyond.
