We are deeply grateful for the care and support Munashe has received at TLE. The nurturing environment and dedicated staff, have contributed greatly to her development, and we appreciate all the efforts made by the entire team. Munashe has thoroughly enjoyed her time at your daycare and will cherish the memories she made. We are absolutely confident that the experiences she has had will serve as a strong foundation for her future endeavors, and we owe this confidence to the excellent care and support she received at TLE.

We have been very pleased with the care and education Alexander has received at your facility. The staff has been wonderful, and we truly appreciate the love and attention given to him during his time at the daycare. Alexander has made great progress and has formed many fond memories here. Thank you again for everything. The Learning Experience at Arrowood has been a second home for Alexander and we are grateful for the role it has played in his early development.

My little girl is in Mrs. Shayla's class and she loves her and her peers. Everyday I see a difference in her and couldn't be more happier with how she adores her students. Thank you for all you do!

I absolutely love all of the vast improvements to the facility, the curriculum and overall experience that has come with the ownership change. I've been really impressed so far and feel great about the new learning environment that's being cultivated for our kids.

My daughter started daycare a few months again and I couldn't feel anymore comfortable leaving her in the hands of Miss Shayla and her peers. I thank everyone who is in involved in taking care of my child. I really appreciate the acceptance and the communication that has been voiced thus far at TLE.

My son has been enrolled since September of 2023. This is his first time being in daycare and the adjustment was not the easiest I would say his teachers Ms. Regina & Ms. Chablis. Helped with the process. They also helped with him transitioning off of pacifiers. They definitely create a welcoming environment in their classroom and they are on point with letting you know how your child is doing. They also take the time to actually get to know you as a parent as well as your child. Thank you ladies for creating such a welcoming environment.

The Learning Center has been great! Our little girl is in Mrs. Shayla and Mrs. Lay's class and she loves them! The facility and management team seem to be going in the right direction and we e been really satisfied with the overall experience.

I enrolled my son back in February of this year and it has been nothing but great! Shoutout to Ms. Regina & Ms. Chablis in Toddler A for teaching my baby so much. He is almost 2 and knows a great amount of sign language and a great amount of words. They also love and take care of my baby like he is their own and for that I really appreciate them. On the front of house side I would like to shoutout Mrs. Maden as she always make sure to take care of me no matter what it is. I appreciate you for everything as well! Overall I would not want my baby to attend any other daycare. Great choice for parents especially new parents.

My oldest daughter started here in 2017 and graduated from their preschool program. My youngest daughter has been here since 2018 and is currently in Ms. Sherlock's preschool class. First off, Ms. Sherlock is a godsend! She offers structure and discipline so that the kids are prepared for Kindergarten next year, but also makes her class so much fun! You can tell that all of the children really love and respect her! I love the different projects they do in class. I feel very confident that my daughter will excel in Kindergarten next year because she is getting such a great foundation at The Learning Experience. Additionally, the staff here does a great job arranging different activities, spirit weeks and summer camps to keep the children engaged and having fun. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Ms. Maden has been holding it down since we started here and she keeps things running smooth and organized. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a place for your child to learn, have fun and feel safe and loved!

We love TLE! We have been taking our daughter here for over a year now and love it. Ms. Patricia in the infant room will put your mind at ease when having to leave your baby for the first time! Ms. Chablis is another favorite - we don't know what we would do without her!! She is kind and loving but also teaches manners. My daughter loves coming to see her friends and teachers everyday. I am so grateful I have a place I can feel safe leaving her. Another thing is the teachers actually update the app regularly so I know what is going on throughout the day - diaper changes, what she is/isn't eating, photos of play time etc. Everyone is wonderful - Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Karlys, Ms. Maria, Ms. Regina, Ms. Chablis. You are in good hands no matter the class and you can't say that about every place.

My daughters have been going to the learning experience since 2019 and they have throughly enjoyed their time there. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. My oldest daughter was enrolled right around covid. The daycare always kept us updated on any changes during that difficult period. As far as safety concerns, someone has always been at the front to great me and you have to have a key or access code to enter the building at all times. They give my daughters breakfast, lunch and snacks. The learning activities are very hands on and educational. One day my daughter came home saying her numbers in Spanish. I highly recommend it and love this daycare!! Also this faculty is always clean and my kids love going there. Plus the staff enjoys their job and actually cares about all the kids there.

I had inquired for childcare for my grandson joshua and had the pleasure of speaking with the center executive director Ms. Sheterrica and she was very helpful and bubbly and provided me with excellent customer service. I look forward to meeting Ms.sheterrica the executive director on Monday for a tour at her center. Thank you for providing me with excellent customer service Ms. Sheterrica. See you soon!

I'm a first time mom and at first I was scared of the thought of a daycare. Since day one they have been patient and so helpful with my son. The center the teachers everyone at this facility is so helpful and caring very down to earth. My son wakes up everyday ready to come spend the day with his teachers he loves them so much. I really appreciate everything they do to mold my son they update pic's daily even his menu is good he be eating better food then me sometimes. They are 10 outta 10 they so patient with my crazy work schedule ion what I would do without them. My son my mom. We all thank you so much I brag about them everyday.

My sons education has been far exceeded. They taught him math, science, literature & even Spanish. Attended 4 years at this academy. Mrs. Andrea was beyond great & Donna the owner & the whole staff always made sure there was easy communication. I dropped off my son knowing he was in good hands. The menu and quality of food was phenomenal. I would recommend this academy to family, friends & if I had another baby this is where I would enroll him. Thank you for making my son feel right at home ❤️

One of the best decisions I've made was putting my son in TLE. The staff is great and welcomed him with open arms. He's learned so much in such a short period of time and I can't thank the staff at TLE enough! Thank you all so much, words don't express how much I appreciate everything.

My son Michael has went here since he was about 10 weeks old. I love this facility and the location. The staff here are top notch!! I feel so blessed to have found a facility with the staff that are amazing with my son. Ms. Gwen, Ms. Juawana are so wonderful at greeting the parents and keeping us abreast on what is going on with our children's days and things that may arise. I absolutely love this place and feel that it is more of a family feel that offers an educational experience than a just a daycare. I wish I could name all of the phenomenal ladies at this facility but please know that I think each of you are grade A top notch!!

We brought our first child Leo to daycare for the first time at The Learning Experience and we felt very comfortable from day 1. The owner Donna and the staff were very warm and welcoming. They knew the "daycare process" and gave us tips and pointers along the way. The staff was very detailed and professional with their practices and daily notes for us. The teachers in the nursery were very friendly and enthusiastic with the babies as well. Most importantly our son seemed happy when we dropped him off and picked him up which reassured us even more. Our circumstances changed so we had to change our daycare, but I highly recommend this daycare!

I have had my two daughters at TLE Charlotte (Arrowood) for 5 years. Ms Donna (director) and Ms Gwen have been pure joy for us. They welcome us each morning with huge smiles and welcomes. We know our daughters are in the best hands because of how much love they show and how well they run the facility. We feel like they are part of the family. If you're looking for daycares - this one is the one to pick. Thanks so much!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Learning Experience! We've raised both our boys in their facility and have been lucky to have the same teachers throughout our 4+ years. It is nice knowing you will see the same faces and that the teachers genuinely care for your children and they know them from infant to Pre-K. The boys have really thrived and love going to school and learning new things each week! It's nice to see the monthly education plan to know what they are working on and help guide conversations about their day's activities. Donna truly cares about the kids and her entire staff--she's always on site and willing to help and chat whenever you need. I can't say enough great things about TLE and highly recommend them. Over the past 4 years I have been so pleased with the education my child has received. By 2 years old she knew her shapes, by 3 she was writing her letters and spelling words, and by 4 she was reading and learning about the solar system. The teachers are great and have a special way to work with the children. Also, my child and I have made great friends.

Our daughter was in home day care until she was 7 months old, and I always worried about her. Was worried she wasn't interacting enough with other babies, didn't like how she didn't go outside to play, and was just in front of a TV screen all day. TLE is more expensive than homeday care but I can't put a price tag on it. My daughter loves it and they love her. I love how I get messages throughout the day and pictures of her. It is so hard leaving your little one but it is nice knowing that she is having a good time and living her little life. Thank you TLE for giving us a piece of mind.

Our son was diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder. As parents, we made the decision to move him to TLE Charlotte. They are compassionate, considerate and even better, caring. Our child is so happy to be there. He doesn't want to leave in the evenings when I arrive. He says 'I don't want to go home Mom. I want school' and he’s only 3 years old. He has made such progress and I'm proud to say moving him was the best decision we made for him as parents. Thank you TLE Charlotte. Your entire team is the best!!

I trusted my gut when I selected TLE and I have never been happier. They really seem to care about my daughter it is more like a family and not like once your child leaves the room they are forgotten. Her previous teachers Always ask ask how my daughter is doing and interact with her :). Us as parents feel like our child is our responsibility to care for all the time because, well, we are Mommy, and the thought of someone else spending time or caring for our child(ren) can be downright scary and depressing. We are placing our most prized possessions in the care of someone else. Not an easy thing to do. Now I am not saying I wasn't anxious to leave my daughter there ag first but it subsided quickly and I knew I made the best choice I could. The staff represents the company in a very welcoming and professional manner. Janice, the director, has always been able to work with any situations we have come across. We just adore her. Ms. Dominique she is so sweet and caring and my daughter just smiles every time she sees her!
