Mr. Phillip, our Center Director, brings over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education General Studies from Shaw University. Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about partnering with families to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children during their earliest years. Guided by his belief that “together we accomplish more,” Mr. Phillip fosters a collaborative and supportive environment where children, families, and educators can thrive and grow as a community.

As a dedicated and passionate educational professional, I excel in classroom management and curriculum development. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, I ensure seamless daily operations and support our talented teaching staff.

I have been working in early childhood education for many years, and teaching this age group is truly my passion. I love watching their personalities blossom and helping them build confidence through play-based learning.
