Hello, my name is Elizabeth Peralez. I am the Area Manager for multiple centers surrounding the Austin area. I am from Coachella, California originally and moved to Lockhart, Texas at the age of seven. Since then, I have moved back and forth from California and Texas my entire life. I have 3 children and am married to a USMC Marine. Some of my hobbies include spending time with my kids, shopping, and traveling. As an Early Childhood Educator and Center Director my goal is to provide a safe and happy environment for each child to stimulate the physical, intellectual, multicultural, social and emotional growth at their own pace. I offer loving care that focuses on each child as a unique and wonderful individual. My name is Areianna Cox, and I’m excited to officially introduce myself as the new Assistant Center Director here at The Learning Experience in Cedar Park! A little about me — I’m originally from Chicago, Illinois, but I’ve proudly called Texas home for the past few years. I’ve worked in early childhood education for several years and am incredibly passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children and supporting their growth and development in a safe, nurturing environment. Before stepping into this new role, I was part of a wonderful TLE team and have truly enjoyed learning and growing within the TLE family. With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the joy of serving in many roles—teacher, office manager, assistant director, and now director. Each role has deepened my passion for supporting young learners and their families. As a director, my goal is to partner closely with our assistant director and our incredible team of creative, dedicated teachers to provide your little one with a loving, nurturing, and developmentally rich foundation for a lifetime of learning.
