My son absolutely adores all of the teachers in the Infant rooms - especially Ms. Kristen and Ms. Diana. He has a huge smile at drop-off, looking forward to the fun day with his little friends. His favorite activity this summer has been water play!

My family spent five years learning and growing with TLE in Yorktown, and we have finally said goodbye as our baby enters kindergarten. There are not enough compliments worthy of the staff here; they go above and beyond for the children and their families. Every family becomes a part of their family. They take interest in not only the children in their care, but also siblings, parents and even grandparents. When we went through some tough times, Keri and her staff were flexible, patient and understanding. My son is kindergarten ready thanks to the incredible staff, and I could never repay them for that. We loved every second of our time at TLE, and will miss seeing them each day. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and encourage anyone looking to join this family. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about the TLE! Our daughter attended from 2 years old until Kindergarten and now our son is at TLE. The staff is by far amazing...always so responsive and attentive to the needs of the children and the parents. TLE's curriculum is great as my kids learned so much but also had fun playing with friends and all the activities the wonderful teachers have them do. TLE also serves snacks and hot nutritious lunches which makes my life so easy not having to worry about what to send them in with and packing food. I highly recommend TLE!

I have been working at TLE for the past six and a half years as the Toddler A head teacher! It has been a wonderful and welcoming environment from day one. From our owners to our administrative staff, everybody is incredibly hard working, kind and devoted to the well being of the children. I am lucky to be a part of such a great team!!

We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience my two boys (5yrs and 3yrs) are having at the Learning Experience in Yorktown. Both boys started as infants and now our oldest has graduated their program. The staff members throughout the facility are dedicated to the children. They work endlessly to ensure the children are cared for and safe at the same time fostering their development both socially and cognitively. We are absolutely in LOVE with TLE Yorktown. We started with them when my son was 6 months old. He's now 20 months. The infant teachers were so great. My son especially loved Chantale and Kristin. He often leaped out of arms to go to them when I dropped him off. And when I picked him up I could hear him laughing from down the hall. Then he moved to the toddler room and I worried about how he would be in a new room with new teachers. The team did such a great job transitioning him. Toddler teachers are equally as wonderful! Kerry and Nicole made him feel safe in his new room. I love the cleanliness, the bright colors, the art projects and how attentive they are with his allergies. From day 1 Ive felt so comfortable with the care he has received. Such piece of mind knowing he is having fun, learning and growing with this wonderful staff. Thank you Keri, Barbara Ann and Amy.

Our (almost 2 year old) daughter has been going to TLE in Mohegan Lake since she was 4 months old. From the first day we have felt like we are a part of a family. As a new parent dropping of their baby, I was instantly put at ease as I could see how with attention she receives everyday. Now, a year and a half later, I can see how she has been loved by every teacher, almost as if she was their own. At the start of the pandemic, when we knew my daughter would be home for a little while, I was devastated that she would not get to go to “school” everyday where she loves to be. To my relief, when we decided to bring her back to TLE in June, I was immediately put at ease when I learned of the safety protocols in place. When we arrived on her first day back to a “welcome home” greeting, I knew we had made the right decision. Our daughter continues to amaze us by how smart and funny she is, a true testament to the care and knowledge she receives everyday at TLE!

We absolutely love TLE of Yorktown! My 1.5-year-old daughter has been attending since she was 6 months old. The center came highly recommended from family and a couple of friends who had their children enrolled. We had a great first impression on our tour. The center provided everything we looked for; friendly and welcoming staff, a comfortable and positive atmosphere, it was very clean and the building was secure and safe. Since our decision to go with TLE, the center and the staff have continuously impressed us by their dedication and love for what they do. The staff is amazing - they answer all of our questions and are very informative, which made our daughters, and our family's transition easy. We cannot say enough good things about the teachers who are warm and nurturing. They truly care for the children. We receive detailed daily reports with all the fun and exciting activities they do each day that work on our daughter's developmental skills. She has learned so much from being at TLE and is thriving. She can't wait to get there in the morning! The center has been supportive of all of their families needs. They remained opened during the pandemic for essential working families like my own, but also sent home weekly emails with lessons and activities to keep the children at home engaged. They have been in constant communication with us and have put guidelines and precautions in place to ensure the health and safety of the staff, children and their families. We have found a second family at TLE and are so grateful for the work they do!

Both of my daughters have gone through TLE Yorktown. We started our oldest when she was 2 1/2 after leaving another local daycare we were unhappy with. Our youngest started at 4 months. When looking for a new daycare, we toured almost everyone in the area and asked everyone we knew for recommendations. TLE was the name that just kept on popping up. When we went for a tour, we saw why. The building is always clean, secure and inviting. The children's work is always displayed and up to date. But..beyond the aesthetics, it is the employees that make TLE a special place. They have become our extended family over the past few years! I can't begin to express how happy and satisfied we are with the love, care and attention both of our daughters receive at TLE. Our oldest just started kindergarten this year, and she started school ahead of many of her peers academically. She still goes to TLE for before and after care..and although I wish I could be the one putting her on and taking her off the bus each day, I know that she is with other "parents" at TLE. She still looks forward to seeing her past teachers at TLE! Our youngest daughter has grown up at TLE. She has been with the most wonderful, caring teachers since day one. Leaving her a four months was not easy, by any means, but I know that she is in the best possible place. Being a teacher, I know how crucial the early years are to development. The work that my daughter is doing is always developmentally appropriate and challenging. Choosing a daycare can be such a difficult , stressful decision. However, when I walked into TLE those feelings went away. It has become our home away from home. They are flexible and work with our needs, and I have always gotten an immediate response to nay issues that have arisen. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending TLE to any prospective parent.

Our family has been a part of TLE - Yorktown for 2 years and I cannot say enough great things about them. As a new mom, I was super nervous about dropping my 4 mo old daughter off and took the day off because I was too neurotic to be of any use. I called repeatedly to check on my girl and Barbara Ann and Keri were extremely comforting all 5 times I called. When I had questions about how to help my daughter with teething (so we could sleep) Maria, from Infant A, was there to guide me. When I wasn't sure what to feed my daughter at 6 months, Chantal from Infant B was there to offer suggestions and teach me a few things. The staff are all so loving and caring that we didn't hesitate to enroll our 5 mo old, even during a pandemic. TLE has been incredibly supportive with my own anxiety and have taken the time to put me at ease each time I changed my mind about bringing my girls back during these difficult times. One day, when my daughter was home at the start of the pandemic and was singing a song I didn't quite understand, I reached out to her wonderful Toddler teacher, Kerry, who face timed us to sing the song with my daughter, who was beyond delighted. That kind of attention and care is why I felt at ease returning my girls to TLE in June. I am so appreciative of all of their clear guidelines and precautionary measures; it puts me at ease during an otherwise anxiety inducing situation. The TLE staff feel like family for us and we cannot thank them enough for all of the love they show our daughters. Amy at the front is also a wonderful person to see first thing in the morning. My children Thomas (3 1/2) and Anna (1 1/2) have been attending The Learning Experience in Mohegan Lake since they turned 1. I have been very happy with my experience. My children are both happy, engaged and look forward to attending "school." When my son was 2, his teacher guided me on how to best handle potty training. I have been overly impressed with how the teachers are willing to work with the families. As a first time mom I needed advice and they were willing to provide it. They have shared strategies and ideas that have been invaluable to me. In addition, I have found the staff to be caring, nurturing and very enthusiastic about working with children. The art projects are amazing, the vocabulary my children come home with is impressive, but most importantly the smiles on their faces when they see their teachers each morning is priceless. I already wrote one testimonial…but I wanted to add something else. Consistency is so important in a child’s life. My two year old son now has the same teacher at TLE that my five year old had three years ago. This is why it is so easy to leave my children with these dedicated women. I know who they are, we all continue to grow together and get to know one another. Seeing the same faces every day, all of the teachers knowing your name as well as your child’s name, sharing special milestones with each other and the strong trust you build with these women who are caring for your child or children is so very important. No words can truly explain how much I appreciate and value all of the women of TLE Yorktown.

I really don’t know where to begin. No words can’t explain the profound dedication, the endless love, the joy of teaching and the extreme patience that the women of TLE Yorktown have. They are amazing in so many ways. For the past four years, I have been seeing the same core of women work tirelessly to make sure that all of the children that are there are well taken care of and loved. This is evident when you walk in their doors. I happened to find TLE by “accident”. When my first son was born, I thought that it would be best for him to go to a private home daycare. Boy was I wrong. There was no structure or social interaction with other children his age. There was no accountability for what the sitter did during the day when my son was there. This became evident one day, when I went to pick him up and the sitter was not home. She left him in the care of one of her family members who I did not give permission to watch my child. The next day I decided to just stop in to TLE and see what it was all about. By the end of the tour, I had happy tears rolling down my cheeks. I knew instantly that I could trust in the women of TLE Yorktown and TLE is where my son belonged. Four and half years later, I can’t imagine leaving my two boys with anyone else. I feel like I am dropping them off to friends, rather than teachers. TLE is their home away from home. They feel safe there and I feel secure leaving them there. The relationship we have grown to have with certain staff members is priceless. In August, my two year olds “TLE mommy”, Courtney left TLE Yorktown. She was promoted to a management position at another TLE in Florida. Even though we were sad, we were happy with that she had the opportunity to do so. We always knew she was amazing and now the rest of the TLE Corporation would get to also. We continued to FaceTime with her and exchange text messages regularly. In November, we went to Florida to spend Thanksgiving with my parents. Courtney drove four hours and spent Thanksgiving with us in Florida, since she couldn’t go home to be with her family. She is part of our family and will always have a special place in all of our lives and hearts. I don’t know anyone else that can say that about the teachers at their child’s daycare center. This is just one of the many examples of the incredibly special relationships and bond we have formed with the staff of TLE over the years. I can go to work every day and know that my children are in good hands. They are happy, learning, interacting and safe. There isn’t much more you can ask for. I don’t even think twice when I leave them there. There is never a question in my mind that my boys are being loved and cared for just as I would care for them.

I am the grandmother of twins . I am very happy that we have enrolled my grand twins under able directorship of keri & under very lovering teachers of infant section. They made me feel comfortable when i parked myself for long hours . They gave me info time to time as babies were throwing tantrums if they see me .
