I had kept my older two children out of daycare because a bad previous experience, but when I changed jobs after having my third child, I knew I would have to find a place for her before she started school. It was one of the best decisions I have made. All her teachers over the years have been absolutely wonderful, the curriculum is awesome, and she has been socially and academically prepared for kindergarten and beyond. We love TLE!

Our daughter has been going to TLE for about 8 months. She started in the infant room and now is Toddler A and moving to Toddler B this month. She enjoys seeing her friends. I love to see her art activities and enjoy seeing her pictures through the app.

The whirlwind of adjusting to a newborn can be stressful, scary, and expensive. But, when it comes to childcare, the staff at TLE has the skills, experience, love, and dedication to ease the anxiety. From day 1, we have been impressed by the staff and facility in their organization, safety, care, and love. What an awesome environment to learn and grow in.. an experience I never had the pleasure of as a child. The dialogue, communication, cleanliness, safety, and education are all top notch.

We've been attending a TLE center for the past 2+ years and have enjoyed every aspect of it! I feel that the teachers and staff go above and beyond to make the children feel loved and cared for. I've been told my youngest (7 months) is a very happy baby and I know some of that is because he enjoys his teachers and his surroundings at "school" so much. I know that when I drop them off each morning, they will be well taken care of which is the most comforting feeling for a parent. And, if I ever have any feedback/suggestions, the staff is always listening and quick to respond and/or implement any changes. Thanks TLE!

We have only been at this location for a couple of months and we are very pleased. My daughter loves it there. She never cries when we leave here which makes it easy on mama. The ladies in the front are also great and very friendly. We have been pleased with our experience at TLE.

We have had consistent teachers in his classrooms and there is no better feeling than dropping your child off with people you know are going to treat them as well as you do. The social, emotional and educational growth our son is gaining is incredible. We love The Learning Experience.

Our children have now been at TLE Tega Cay for 2 months, and we absolutely love it! All of the staff is absolutely wonderful. Hi! I graduated from Wingate University in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. During my undergraduate studies I took many education courses while completing my degree. I began working with The Learning Experience in 2019. I began working at the Ballantyne location as a teacher and transitioned into a management role in 2022. I transferred to Tega Cay in June of 2023 to begin my Curriculum Coordinator position. My husband and I got married and 2019. We have a beautiful daughter that has attended TLE since she was 2 months old. I am thankful for the opportunity to pour into children's early educational journey. I enjoy watching all of our little learners learn, play, and grow while they are here with us at TLE Tega Cay.

I have been with TLE since 2012 and I taught many age groups throughout the Ballantyne Center. Upon opening the Tega Cay location in 2016, I accepted the Director's position and have loved it ever since! I love to cook, I enjoy spending time with my family and I am a Panther's Fan! My husband and I were married in 2014 and welcomed our son, Preston in 2017. In 2019, our daughter, Olivia was born. My favorite TLE character is Bubbles because Preston LIVES to see Bubbles at school; he has the biggest smile every time he sees him and asks for Bubbles every single day! Come visit me at Tega Cay!

Hi everyone, I am Taylor! I grew up in a small town called Prichard, West Virginia, on my family's farm. I graduated from Marshal University with a bachelor's degree in leadership and education. After a few years of Undergrad, I moved to Charlotte and began the search for the perfect job. About a year after my move, I began working for The Learning Experience. I first started as an Infant teacher at our Ballantyne location. I was given the opportunity to cover for Alison during her maternity leave and shortly after, I joined the management team as an Assistant Director. I love reading, hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with my family and friends. I have two beautiful children who have attended TLE since they began school.
