Our grandson attended The Learning Experience, and we couldn't have been happier with the care and education he received. He had a wonderful experience and was more than prepared when it was time to start kindergarten. The teachers are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and development. They create a welcoming environment where children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. The management team—Jessica, Summer, and Clairissa—are truly exceptional. They are always helpful, compassionate, and go above and beyond to support both the children and their families. Their dedication and kindness make all the difference. We are so grateful for everything The Learning Experience has done for our grandson and highly recommend them to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality preschool!

We switched our son to this daycare in May and have seen tremendous difference in the quality of care and education he is receiving! None of the classrooms are over crowded, they ensure eyes are on your child at all times and keep them actively engaged and learning all day. We love it!

Absolutely Worth It I truly wish I had found this school sooner. As a parent of a child with autism and ADHD, finding the right educational environment has been one of the biggest challenges our family has faced. At another school in the area, my child was unfortunately labeled a "problem child," and it was heartbreaking to feel like my child was being defined by their challenges rather than understood as a whole person. From the very first moment I toured this school, I knew something was different. Summer immediately made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. She was warm, welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely interested in getting to know my child and our family. I instantly felt comfortable, heard, and--most importantly--supported. The facility itself is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, bright, welcoming, and truly child-friendly. But what makes this school special goes far beyond the physical environment--it's the people. And Jessica... she is truly a breath of fresh air. Jessica and Summer have been in our corner every step of the way. They have supported our family through every hurdle that has come with navigating my child's diagnosis and have consistently gone above and beyond to help in any way they possibly can. They don't just see a diagnosis or a list of challenges--they see my child. They understand that every child learns differently, and they are willing to adapt, problem-solve, and meet my child where they are. They have given my child an educational experience that I honestly wasn't sure was possible. They have found ways to teach, encourage, redirect, and support my child while also adapting to everything my child throws their way. And they do it with patience, compassion, and so much understanding. For the first time, I feel like my child is not being viewed as a "problem" to be managed, but as a child who deserves to learn, grow, be supported, and feel successful. This school has created such a healthy, safe, nurturing, and educational environment for my child, and I cannot say enough about how much that means to our family. Knowing that my child is surrounded by people who genuinely care, who advocate for them, and who want to see them succeed gives me a peace of mind that is priceless. If you are a parent searching for a school where your child will be seen, understood, supported, and genuinely cared for, I cannot recommend this school enough. I only wish we had found them sooner!

Our son is thriving at TLE and we could not be happier with our experience! We had a very hard time deciding to move our 2.5 year old from a smaller at-home daycare environment to a larger setting, but I can say with no hesitation this was the right choice for our family. I was worried about him not having the same type of one-on-one attention, but I could not be more wrong because he is absolutely obsessed with Ms Janet and has decided she is his best friend for life! Jessica, Summer and Clairissa make my life easier and the entire staff genuinely seems to care about my son's well being. When we leave and teachers from other classrooms stick their head out to say bye, I know he feels important and he leaves pretty much every day smiling, which to be honest is all I care about. Shout outs to Ms Ramya, Charlei, Natayshia, Kumar and Lavanya. We appreciate all that you do!

We have been with TLE for going on 2 years and we absolutely love it! My 3 year old daughter thoroughly enjoys playing and learning with all of her friends and her wonderful teachers. We are working on potty training and Ms. Ramya has been very patient and loving through the whole process. My daughter LOVES her and it is very comforting as a parent to know your child is cared for so deeply by their teacher. That’s how every teacher at TLE has been so far. Loving, compassionate, patient and dedicated to making every child feel safe and loved as they learn and grow. So happy we joined this preschool!

We love going to TLE. My 2 year old son has done so much better since the last daycare and enjoys learning and playing there.

My kids aged 19 months and 4 years old started at TLE a year ago. We moved to Mount Juliet from West TN. It was a big change for all of us. Ms. Jessica and Ms. Summer answered all our questions (and still do). It was a great relief to find a nut free location. To know the staff is ready and confident if allergic reaction happened. All the teachers have been wonderful. My kids have blossomed and learned so much. 4 year old is always talking about how much she loves her teachers and what they taught her that day. They are all patient, understanding, and compassionate. I appreciate knowing my kids are in great hands

The staff here is absolutely incredible. They are kind, attentive and always helpful. My child’s development has been tremendous and helping with the potty training war was nothing short of a miracle!

I am so grateful for everyone at The Learning Experience. The entire staff is incredibly kind, caring, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make my daughter, Kenza, feel safe, happy, and loved every single day. I especially want to thank Miss Erin, Kenza’s current teacher. She has made such a positive impact on my daughter. Because of her, Kenza loves school even more and can’t wait to go every morning. That says everything. As a parent, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your child is excited to learn and feels so connected to her teacher. Thank you all for creating such a warm and supportive environment. As a first-time mom, leaving my son at daycare at 4 months was incredibly difficult, but Ms. Renata, Ms. Shyanne, and Ms. Anna made the transition so comforting and reassuring. They are communicative, helpful, and truly attentive and have provided my baby with excellent care - which allows me to go to work with peace of mind knowing he’s safe and in good hands. The directors, Ms. Jessica and Ms. Summer, are always so kind to the parents and children. Overall, TLE has been a very positive experience for us, and I highly recommend this daycare.

We have such wonderful experience here! My daughter loves going to school. She is so independent now, learning lot of new activities and having so much fun here. We are so happy we sent her here and we know she is in great and safe environment. We highly recommend The Learning Experience.

We love TLE so much!! They are always really sweet to our kids (we have a 4 year old and 2 year old attending TLE) Ms. Summer (assistant director) and Ms. Jessica (director) are running this place in the most amazing way. I can tell my kids are eating well, learning, getting enough outside time, they look healthy and happy!! I do have to mention a couple of teachers and how wonderful they have been to our kids: Ms. Erin, she is full of light and so much fun to be around, my toddler loves her. Ms. Harshada taught our oldest how to paint / color and made sure she developed and strengthened those skills. Ms. Susanne was always really kind to our daughter! Ms. Shannon teaches them independence and my daughter is learning so much and getting ready for kindergarten. Also Ms. Toni, she has an incredible amount of patience with the little ones, she is so kind and even though she is not my kids full time teacher they adore her! Me and my husband highly recommend TLE and are so happy we found this place!!!

Absolutely love this place! They made us feel at home since day one and my baby has learned so much in such a short period of time!

We moved our toddler here from another daycare and have been SO happy with the switch. My child’s teacher Ms. Shannon has made the biggest difference in our overall experience. She makes sure each child feels special and is truly made to be a toddler teacher!! We also love being welcomed by Ms. Jessica and Ms. Summer at the front- it’s so nice to know that whenever we walk in, we’re going to be greeted by name by someone who really knows us and our child. The experience is very personalized. Ms. Elizabeth also creates such a good environment for the kids to thrive. And my child always talks at home about the yummy lunches and snacks that Ms. Cookie makes for them! So thankful we found TLE!

I was so nervous bringing my daughter to any daycare at 1 years old (first time mama here). I toured about 5 in this area and this one felt so right from the first tour. We were greeted by Miss Summer and she made me and my husband feel so comfortable. Miss Jessica is also so incredibly sweet and caring. I can’t say enough about all of the staff that love on my daughter. Miss Theresa has been with my daughter since she started and has been the solid rock for her. She loves to get hugs from her. She cares so much for every one in her class. We have also have had Miss Makenna and love her to pieces. You can tell that she has a passion to teach these babies. My daughter doesn’t tend to reach out for just anyone to hold her other than her mom and she does that for both Makenna and Theresa (and a few others on staff). Lastly, Miss Elizabeth is wonderful! She is so friendly and loves on all of the kids. She is in the older kids classrooms but is always coming over to see my daughter and give hugs and high fives. That means so much to her. If you are thinking of a place for your little one, please tour this place! You won’t be sorry!

Absolutely love this daycare and so does my 4 year old. She loves all of the teachers here as well! The teachers and staff are very friendly and go above and beyond for these kids. One of the best parts about this daycare is throughout the day you receive photos of your baby/babies. It’s always so heartwarming to see what they’re up to. Every single day I pick my daughter up, she always has a fun story to tell me about daycare. Any time someone asks me for a daycare recommendation I will always say the learning experience in Mount Juliet. My daughter thrives here and is always eager to see her friends and teachers. ??

Finding a quality daycare might be up there as one of the most stressful things you can do as a parent. I find myself incredibly lucky to have found The Learning Experience of Mt. Juliet because they are simply incredible. The front office leadership staff are so friendly from the minute you walk in, and clearly their positive energy translates throughout the building as every staff member puts the kids first and looks happy to be there. Each teacher we’ve met is kind, caring, and treats each child with respect. And the building feels super clean, which shows a level of respect to the families as well. Finally, the security measures put in place on doors and communication make us feel so at ease that our two are safe. We chose the school because of their focus on education, which is clear how much my toddlers are learning there with the conversations we have at home, but we’re blown away by the community we feel when we’re there.

The learning experience is such a wonderful place and the staff and admin there are the best. they will do anything you need them to do if they can do it. They are all about the kids education and learning. My son has grown so much since he has started. Thanks to the staff.

The staff and teachers are attentive, caring, supportive, dedicated, truly exceptional to each little child. Creating a nurturing environment for them making them feel comfortable, and special. I’m very happy with the staff and teachers. My grand baby came from a different daycare that was always yelling at the kids to get their attention. I was Very confused and sad by that. I see my grand baby more attentive, happy and excited to go to daycare. Thank you all.

TLE - MJ provides a great education, loving atmosphere, dedication and family centered! I feel like my toddler/preschooler is happy, safe, and LOVED. I get consistent updates and pictures of their daily activities on their easy to use App.I cannot say enough good things about the school and their staff - from the teacher to the management team - a very caring group on individuals that I consider sweet friends!
