If you’re searching for a daycare, look no further! We initially enrolled our son at TLE because we got waitlisted at a very popular daycare right by our house. After a year-long wait, we finally got a spot BUT ultimately decided to pass on the opportunity because we fell in love with TLE! There are so many reasons why we kept our son at TLE but if we had to choose one reason, it was because of the staff! The management team as well as the teachers are truly amazing! They greet you when you walk in the building, know all the children’s names, and really care for your child. For busy parents, it’s so helpful that they provide healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks. They are open M-F 6:30AM-6:30PM and even have “Parents Night Out” once a month from 6:30PM-10PM! Their curriculum is great and they have fun activities like Splash Days during the summer. Our son started here when he was 8 months and now he’s 15 months! We cannot recommend this daycare enough! 10/10!

The staff at TLE are phenomenal. I love how teachers understand my child’s individual needs. The communication through the app is convenient to know how my child is doing throughout the day. There are various activities the children are able to engage in. I have noticed growth in my child socially and academically. I would recommend this facility!

I am the Assistant Director at this location and my grandson loves it here. Ms. Lynn does a great job with him in our Prepper B classroom. And all of the staff knows when he is going to have a bad day and try to make it better for him and for that I’m grateful.

My kids have been attending for months and I wouldn’t change their child care place for anything they are literally perfect with ALL different kind of kids. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I am very happy with Germantown TLE. Everyone I have encountered has been professional and supportive. I am extremely pleased with my son's teachers, Ms. Monique and Ms. Carol. My son is very happy and has been learning a lot from them. He is excelling in ASL, Mandarin, and Spanish, and has significantly improved his writing and communication skills. Everyday, he comes home eager to share what he has learned and strives to be more independent. I am truly grateful for the positive impact they have had on his education and development.

We have been at TLE for 1.5 years and in that time our son has learned so much and been kept happy and safe. Ms. Jamie (Prepper A) is a wonderful teacher and supporter of my son and our family desires.

I’m so happy that Brycin was transferred to Germantown and also I love the management and his 2 teachers Jalen and Namratha. You will never regret sending your child here to learn and grow.

Best learning experience ever! My granddaughter is so smart and well versed thanks to the director who is amazing and the caring teachers! They are all well educated which is impressive and important to us! At three years old Savannah amazes us every day with her experience at The Learning Experience! She has been going since she was a year old. If you want your baby to get a head start on life you want him or her here! Amazing staff! Always have projects for the kids! Savannah pushes her parents to get her to school early for breakfast every day! What an awesome place to start your kid!

TLE is a great daycare every parent needs to consider. There facility is always maintained clean and great for kids. They keep parents closely communicated about my daughter which gave me lot of confidence and updates in app throughout the day made me feel safe. Their learning curriculum is good for twaddler program and lot of fun activities. Teachers at TLE are experienced, really passionate and caring towards kids more importantly very transparent. Any concerns parents have are answered promptly and have seen they do not repeat it again. They do take utmost attention to individual kids requirement and follow all instructions parents provide to teachers. A huge shout out to teachers Anna, Usha, Anju and Diana as they made this very easy for us. TLE had a change in management from before and is under supervision of Anju- I see her energy radiates to other staff members with a positive attitude. Talks to parents professionally and understands our concerns. I do see a huge shift towards positive side under her supervision and its improved 100 times compared to before. Anna- She is so energetic with positive vibe. Kids love her and do see they miss when she is not around. Very kind and passionate towards her job. She is very transparent and addresses any concerns. Usha- A wonderful person I met being a mother she understands our issues and suggests accordingly. She is very calm and patient with kids. Her circle time is amazing my daughter learned a lot. Diana- She is so prompt in giving back updates and so welcoming every morning to each and every parent. Overall I say its a great daycare parents need to surely consider.

Everything about TLE has been positive for my daughter, so far. She is safe, well cared for, and enjoys going to the facility. These are things that make this working mom truly happy. As she gets older, I will be eager to see how well their preschool program will help get her prepped for Kindergarten. That phase of her learning will be the biggest determining factor of if she continues attending until going to primary school. Great people. Great director. Overall, very pleased and fortunate for my daughter to have a safe place to go play and learn.

9 minutes agoNew My twin grandkids are now 9 months old, they’ve been at TLE Germantown for about 5 months. They absolutely love this center, the staff is great, the facility is very well run and clean. It makes a difference to have staff that actually love kids! As a grandparent I have enough to worry about, TLE gives me peace of mind knowing that my grand babies are happy, safe and in a loving/nurturing environment! I highly recommend TLE to any needing compassionate and professional care for a little one.

We are a new family here @ Learning Experience that has entrusted our most precious commodity. Since my granddaughter has been here she has blossomed & became more sure of herself. Anju was very accommodating to our specific needs and showed us the upmost respect...Ms.Diane along with her teacher Ms.Jamie have been so loving towards my granddaughter by embracing her every morning with such care... As far as educational activities, they are the greatest....I couldn't think of a better place to bring my precious granddaughter....

Everyone knows you and your child as soon as you walk in the door!The learning environment is incredible, with teachers that are qualified and care about teaching! Building cleanliness & security are also top notch.Thanks for the caring and loving environment.

Omg where do I begin. I have so much I could say but I'll make it sweet and short. My kids love TLE and so do I. The experience is like none other. TLE puts forth the effort to ensure kids are safe and also the importance of education is top tier. My kids have learned numerous sign languages and just going to TLE has helped my children become more independent. They help with potty training, enrichment, play time etc. I'm very thankful for the teaches and even more thankful for Ms J She's awesome

This childcare facility is what every parent dreams of when looking for a place to care for their little one. I have never had worries or a reason not to trust them when it comes to my child. I feel good about dropping her off in the mornings and when I pick her up from there. I cannot say that about previous childcare arrangements that we had! My child clearly dreaded going to her last daycare and would cling onto me crying when it was time to drop her off and was always crying when I picked her up. That was our reason for switching daycares to this one! She now walks into their classroom and greets the other children and staff. She isn't hesitant to be dropped off and while she is very excited to see me when being picked up, she isn't distraught. She is a MUCH happier baby overall and is more mild mannered at home than she ever was before we came here. She is communicating with us now and I believe that is because TLE has helped develop her communication skills, leaving her less frustrated. I would highly recommend TLE to any of my friends and family. They are patient, caring, and kind. I cannot say enough good things about them!!! 10/10 stars ⭐️

This facility and care team is absolutely Amazing!! The transition for my toddler was super easy and he is learning something new everyday! The center director is awesome and has been super helpful throughout this process and there to answer any additional questions I had! My son's teachers are super caring and truly have a gift for childcare! I feel so relaxed as a parent knowing my toddler is being properly cared for in a safe, loving, and clean environment!! I highly recommend this center! 💙

TLE Germantown has been exceedingly phenomenal. Everyone has made our son's transition into preschool an exceptional experience and my husbandand and I are beyond grateful. My son is learning alot and extremely happy when I pick him up and most of the time he doesn't want to leave. I absolutely love the pics and updates I receive throughout the day that reassures me that he is in great hands. I have had a wonderful experience at TLE! The center shows a caring, stimulating environment. My baby really enjoys going to school and has established a trusting relationship with the staff. I am so glad we decided TLE was perfect for our family!

We Love It Here Already! The School is beautiful, the staff is nice and welcoming, always greeted with big smiles! The center director is a GEM, I have seen her run classroom to classroom either sitting with or holding upset little ones having a hard time being starting somewhere new! She even updates you as soon as they settle down! She made this a great transition for us!

Today was my son's first day at TLE- Germantown, and it was exactly what I expected. Jemetris did everything she said she would do plus some. I couldn't be happier!
