After a horrible failed onboarding experience at a nearby facility, we are SO RELIEVED that our infant landed in the most capable, loving hands at TLE. After touring most daycares in the area, TLE immediately stood out as the best environment checking all boxes: facility, caretakers, education, and admin / operational ease. Every inch of the facility is bright and CLEAN! I don't know how they do it - applause to their maintenance staff. The onboarding process has been so smooth with very thorough admin intake and knowledgeable, loving teachers asking all the right questions. TLE is on point! The entire team is so incredibly warm and welcoming, there are always multiple folks welcoming us each drop-off & pick-up making us instantly feel a part of TLE family. Thank you for making our infant onboarding go so smoothly and giving us new parents peace of mind! We are so grateful to be growing up with you over the next few years.

We've been with TLE since 2021 and they've cared for both our children starting when they were infants/toddlers. We've seen the center navigate through a pandemic and other transitions over the last few years but what has remained consistent is their unwavering support and care for all the children which is always at the forefront of what they do. We are so thankful to the teachers that have provided a warm and encouraging environment for our littles to learn and grow with their peers plus Reena and all the staff who keep the center running smoothly and communicating with parents consistently. We are so grateful to have had the TLE community the last few years in this neighborhood and would highly recommend to other families!

We have been sending our toddler here for 2 years. The staff is great, they know every child's name. They give back to the community. They are involved and proactive. Maybe we came from a bad experience at another daycare in our neighborhood, but the difference was night and day! Our child looks forward to coming to school and if you have feedback, they are incredibly open to it. I wonder if those people who left less than 5 stars reached out to let them know beforehand? As a fellow small business owner who genuinely cares about the experience of our guests, I know Reena is the same. But you don't know what you don't know! We plan on applying next year and as long as our toddler is able she will be going here.

We have been at TLE for 2 years now. I know it's labeled as "daycare", but we're getting a strong pre-school experience. Our daughter started in the infant class and is now a Twaddler. Her teachers are incredibly supportive, communicate actively, and are incredibly imaginative with curriculum and content. They run a nurturing classroom with firm expectations. The kids are learning letter names/sounds, counting, and numerical thinking. They're also constantly working on gross/fine motor skills, social-emotional skills, and just having fun! However, what I appreciate the most about the school is what it looks/feels/sounds like when you walk in. The staff from the front to the classrooms to the administration, are all warm and welcoming. They know their kids and are always excited to see them. Even as you're involved with your own child, you can hear their excitement at seeing every child in their exchanges. I really credit Reena and her staff with doing the hard work of creating staff culture and consistency in a tough environment for education. There are plenty of choices of course, but the intangibles are very hard to win at, and you really need clarity of vision to get them right in this context. Highly recommend TLE at Clifton Ave for families.

I have nothing but great things to say about TLE - Clinton Hill. Since day one they have been such an amazing place for our son to learn and grow in a structured and nurturing environment! The administrative staff and teachers are incredibly professional and warm and the communication has always been super clear. It feels so good to know that our son is being well taken care of and learning and growing every single day. Honestly cannot say enough good things - would highly recommend to any parent.

My son no longer attends this daycare because we moved out of the area but let me tell you they have set the bar high for us! They are staffed with a truly amazing team and I couldn’t have asked for better communication and a personalized experience. They really knew my son so well and some of the staff really took to him which made me feel so confident leaving him in great hands. Not only did he play but he learned so much as well. We absolutely loved this daycare and are sad to have left them but I’ll always remember how amazing this place was for our family. Highly recommend! Miss you all!

Our daughter transitioned to TLE in no time and we couldn't be happier - from day 3 she stopped looking back for us at dropoff and instead would run into her teacher's arms with a smile on her face. The teachers have been super open and transparent as has the TLE leadership - which really helps foster this sense of community. The local farmer's food program is an added bonus which we didn't expect when we first joined.

Am very happy with my experience with TLE Clinton Hill. It took a couple of weeks for our two year old to adjust, but he is very happy and engaged. So thankful to have a safe and responsible center to send our child, the social re-engagement has been awesome to watch. The daily updates and parent/teacher communication has been really helpful to make up for the fact that parents aren't able to enter the building (safety precautions). Am thankful for the caring staff and teachers!

TLE Clinton Hill has been a fantastic place for our son over the past 15 months - the staff goes above and beyond to provide a caring, stimulating and safe environment for kids.

I LOVE The Learning Experience Clinton Hill. It's the best of both worlds - it's a small locally owned business that benefits from having the support and guidance of a national structure. My first child graduated their 3s program last year and I have a little one there now. The owner is a neighborhood mom of two (her kids are both there), and she is incredible. She's communicative, hires wonderful, caring staff, and has taken cleanliness to a whole new level in response to COVID. The school has created a strong sense of community among the parents and kids. They also send lots of daily updates, provide meals, accommodate allergies, and in the older classes they accomplish a great deal of learning in a fun environment. I've had other daycare experiences in the neighborhood and this one was by far my favorite. I'm happy to chat with anyone who wants to hear more.

We are so happy that our daughter attends this wonderful school. She is thriving!

The Learning Experience has brought so much joy and continuity into our lives during a chaotic time. The teachers and staff are caring and smart professionals. As someone who believes that well-being and learning are completely interrelated, I know my daughter is getting the best education possible. In addition, the owner and educational director are organized, transparent, and responsive.

We currently have two children enrolled full time at TLE Clinton Hill ( 3 years + 1 year). My oldest started at about 18 months (enrolled about 18 months) and my youngest started at 6 months (enrolled about 6 months, starting as soon as they re-opened in August 2020). We have been SO happy with everything about our experience at TLE. As a family we have experienced 4 different age level classrooms and therefore had a number of different teachers and have loved each one. We have honestly loved every one. The teachers are all so engaged and loving and I really trust my kids are happy and in good hands each day. My oldest talks constantly about her teachers and my youngest will jump out of our arms each morning to see her teacher. They offer so many activities to keep the kids engaged, learning and having fun — lots of reading and singing, pretend play, arts and crafts, science activities as they get older. Even my little one does multiple art projects a week in the infant room. The classrooms are big, bright, and clean. Plus there are a few additional spaces in the school (indoor playground) and another big play room that the kids all visit weekly. The kids also go outside daily if weather allows. Pre-covid they all went to the playground but now they go for neighborhood walks. I also really appreciate the communication from the teachers and the school administrators. The teachers post photos and notes all day long and are always open to questions and communication from parents. Reena (Owner) and Danyele (Educational Director) communicate often via email and also frequently set up zoom calls to be able to answer parents questions or allow the space for teachers and parents to connect. They have been so transparent and communicative all year as we navigate Covid together. Health and Safety is also a top priority at the school. Teachers are all in masks, there is no cross over between classrooms so kids interact with the same small group of kids and teachers everyday, and there are a number of other practices in place (indoor only shoes, drop off and pick up at the door, temp checks, lots of cleaning and hand washing, rotation of shared spaces like the indoor playground to allow time to clean and sanitize, etc. Overall we have been so happy with our experience at the school and are grateful for the community its connected us to.
