Ms. Sophia started her TLE journey as an infant teacher and has grown into a valued member of our management team! Her TLE journey is even more special because her son started with us as a toddler and has now proudly graduated from TLE. We are so lucky to have a family who has grown with us and continues to be such an important part of our TLE family!

Jyoti and Kiran began their journey with The Learning Experience to ensure a perfect experience for their daughter. They aimed to create a warm and inviting educational environment where every child is treated like their own. Their commitment to the school and its families is evident in their enthusiasm and dedicated efforts. They believe that The Learning Experience at Cherry Hill should be an extension of home, where everyone feels part of the family.

Ms. Rachelle is our Area Manager who ensures that all three of Ms. Jyoti's TLE Centers are following the TLE standards while offering her 15 years of experience at The Learning Experience. Not only does she offer years of knowledge of the TLE program but she exhibits what our motto of "Happy Happens Here" by being a positive model for Teachers and Management. We are so lucky to have a leader like Ms. Rachelle to display the virtues of TLE curriculum and spirit.

Ms. Kimberly, who goes by Ms. Kim, is the director. She has over 16 years of experience in the education field and has had the opportunity to work with children of all ages. She spent nine years as a pre-K teacher at a Christian school in Baltimore, where she gained a wealth of experience and built many meaningful relationships. Ms. Kim loves being a part of TLE and looks forward to getting to know each family and building strong relationships along the way. We are so happy to have her as part of our TLE family and appreciate the warmth, experience, and heart she brings to our school!

Mrs. Amanda is our Assistant Director and has been working with children and families for over 15 years. With a background in child psychology, she brings a thoughtful and nurturing approach to everything she does. She has a caring heart and is always there to support, encourage, and help her team in any way she can. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine love for our school family make her such a special part of TLE. We are truly grateful to have Mrs. Amanda!

Ms. Shanae is approaching her 8th year with The Learning Experience of Cherry Hill as an infant lead teacher. Ms. Shanae demonstrates how happiness happens here by being a very cheerful and nurturing teacher to her Infant B students. Her dedication to success and high-end customer service are just a few of the many reasons why we are so proud to have Ms. Shanae at our school.

Ms. Sara began her journey at TLE three years ago as an Infant Teacher, where she provided a warm, nurturing environment for our youngest learners. Today, she serves as our Mentor Teacher, sharing her knowledge and experience with our teaching team. Her dedication and commitment to excellence were recognized when she was named Teacher of the Year for the 2025–2026 school year. We are proud to celebrate her growth, leadership, and continued contributions to our TLE family.

Ms. Zenasia has experience in multiple classrooms but enjoys working best in the Infant classroom. She has a great passion for her little learners and helping them achieve their goals.

Ms. Marian offers over 10 years of dedication to The Learning Experience of Cherry Hill as a Toddler Teacher. Her passion to ensure her classroom hits their early milestones while providing mentorship to fellow teachers are what we value most about this amazing TLE leader. She is our TLE Cook and ensures all students are eating healthy options daily.

Mia is one of our valued Float Teachers, always ready to step in and support wherever she is needed. Her flexibility, reliability, and positive attitude make her an important part of our team. We truly appreciate her dedication and the support she provides to both our teachers and students each day.

Ms. Imani has been part of our school family for a year, and we are so grateful for everything she brings to our center. From the moment she walks into her classroom, she fills the room with warmth, patience, laughter, and so much love.

Ms. Lavay is one of our dedicated Infant Teachers, providing our youngest learners with a safe, nurturing, and caring environment. As a parent in our TLE family, she also has her own little one enrolled in our Toddler Program. Her compassion, dedication, and commitment to both her students and our school community make her a valued member of our TLE family.

Ms. Najera has been a valued part of TLE for over two years and is the lead teacher in our PS2 classroom. She brings dedication, care, and leadership to her role each day. TLE is also a special part of her family, as her son is a part of our infant program. We are so grateful to have Ms. Najera as a member of our TLE family!

Ms. Amiya is our Toddler A teacher, and we are so happy to have her as part of our school family! She brings love, patience, and a caring spirit into the classroom each day. Ms. Amiya enjoys watching our toddlers learn, explore, and grow while creating a warm and welcoming environment for them.

Ms. Tati is our wonderful Twaddlers teacher! She brings so much patience, love, and energy into the classroom each day. She enjoys helping our little ones learn, explore, and build new skills while making sure they feel safe, loved, and supported.

Ms. Fatimah brings so much love, patience, and warmth into her classroom each day. She has a special way of making our little learners feel safe, supported, and excited to come to school.

Mrs. Terry is our Lead Prepper Teacher, bringing over 10 years of experience in early childhood education to our TLE family. Her knowledge, dedication, and commitment to nurturing young learners make her a valued leader in our classroom. We appreciate the experience and care she brings to her students each day.

Mr. Jay is a valued member of our PS2 classroom. He brings kindness, patience, and a positive presence to our school each day. With two years of experience in childcare, he continues to grow and make a meaningful impact as part of our team. We truly appreciate all that Mr. Jay does and are grateful to have him with us!

Ms. Jissel is entering her second year as our preschool lead teacher! She l brings dedication, patience, and a passion for helping our preschoolers learn, grow, and become more confident each day. We are grateful for the love and care she pours into her classroom and for the positive impact she continues to make on our little learners.

Mr. Justin is a valued part of our PS1A classroom. He is kind, caring, and always brings a positive energy to the classroom. His warm personality and genuine heart make him a wonderful part of our team. We are so grateful for all that Mr. Justin brings to our school community!

Ms. Lareja is our assistant teacher and is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever she is needed. She is caring, supportive, and always ready to step in and support her team.

Ms. Vanessa has been a valued member of our TLE family for over a year and currently serves as one of our Toddler A Teacher. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Advocacy and Policy . Her dedication to professional growth and passion for supporting young children make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Ashley Roman is one of our valued Assistant Teachers in our Prepper classroom. Her dedication, reliability, and commitment to supporting both our students and lead teachers make her an important part of our team. We appreciate all that she does each day to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
