Ms. Taylor is the Curriculum Specialist at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she supports teachers and helps ensure classrooms deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for every child. Ms. Taylor began working with children in the mid-2010s as a summer counselor and has continued to grow her passion for early childhood education ever since. After graduating from Riverside High School, she dedicated herself to helping children reach important developmental milestones while creating positive and enriching learning environments at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Having grown up in the Ashburn and Leesburg area, Ms. Taylor enjoys being part of the local community and supporting families in the region. Outside of the center, she enjoys reading, watching reality TV, and browsing the aisles of Target.

Ms. Tenea Starks is the Center Director at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she leads the team in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and families. Ms. Tenea joined The Learning Experience Ashburn in October 2023 and brings more than a decade of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Early Childhood Education from George Mason University and is passionate about helping children build strong foundations during the most important years of development. Having lived in Loudoun County her entire life, she is deeply connected to the local community and dedicated to supporting families in the Ashburn area. Ms. Tenea believes that the love, care, and guidance children receive early in life shape the way they interact with the world around them. Outside of the center, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Roo, as well as hiking, practicing yoga, and traveling to music festivals with family and friends.

Ms. Danielle is the Assistant Center Director at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she helps support the center team in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children and families. Ms. Danielle began working in early childhood education in 2015 and brings a strong academic background in Early Childhood Education from George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College. She is passionate about helping young learners grow into their unique personalities and takes great pride in supporting their social, emotional, and academic development at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Ms. Danielle enjoys building strong partnerships with families and working alongside teachers to create a positive and enriching environment where every Little Learner can thrive.

Ms. Hanan is an Infant Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she creates a nurturing and supportive environment for the center’s youngest learners as they begin their early developmental journey. Ms. Hanan brings more than a decade of teaching experience and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in History. Throughout her career, she has taught history and social studies to both high school and elementary school students and served on a graduation examination supervisory committee before transitioning into early childhood education. She now enjoys guiding infants through their earliest learning experiences at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Ms. Hanan is passionate about helping children feel safe, supported, and encouraged as they grow and explore the world around them.

Ms. Maria (Miss Ria) is the Toddler Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she helps create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports toddlers as they explore, grow, and build confidence. Ms. Maria began working in early childhood education in the early 2000s and brings more than two decades of experience supporting young children during their most important developmental years. She is currently working toward earning her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and is passionate about helping little learners thrive at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Ms. Maria was excited to join the TLE family after being recommended by families already part of the center community. Outside of the center, Ms. Maria enjoys spending time with her two adult children and her 13-year-old Yorkie, Yoshi. Her favorite color is orange.

Ms. Hannah Taylor is a Toddler Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she creates a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports toddlers as they explore, learn, and grow. Ms. Hannah began working with children in the mid-2010s, starting her journey in early childhood education during high school and continuing throughout college. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a minor in Nonprofit Studies from James Madison University. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with children of all age groups in early childhood centers as well as in a public-school setting. At The Learning Experience Ashburn, she is passionate about creating a loving environment where children feel safe, confident, and encouraged to express themselves. A Northern Virginia native, Ms. Hannah enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family when she is not in the classroom.

Ms. Luz is the Twaddler Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she creates a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports young toddlers as they explore, grow, and reach important developmental milestones. Ms. Luz began working in early childhood education in the late 2000s and brings more than a decade of experience supporting young learners. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential for Toddlers and is CPR certified, allowing her to provide a safe and supportive environment for the children in her care. Ms. Luz is passionate about helping children learn through play, art, music, and movement, encouraging them to build confidence and curiosity at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Outside of the center, Ms. Luz enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her love for teaching and nurturing young minds continues to inspire her work with children every day.

Ms. Kabejan Sopyyeva is a Twaddler Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young toddlers as they explore, learn, and grow. Ms. Kabejan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language Linguistics from International Turkmen Turkish University and brings more than a decade of experience in the education field. She is passionate about early childhood education and believes that young learners thrive in a classroom where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to express themselves. At The Learning Experience Ashburn, she focuses on creating playful and engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. Originally from Turkmenistan, Ms. Kabejan enjoys painting, cooking, and exploring new places in her free time. She also loves spending time with her two children.

Ms. Latasha is the Prepper Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she helps prepare preschool-aged children for the next stage of learning through engaging and developmentally appropriate classroom experiences. Ms. Latasha studied General Studies at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) and began working in early childhood education in the late 2010s. With several years of experience in childcare, she is passionate about helping young learners build confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Ms. Larisa is a Prepper Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she helps prepare preschool-aged children for the next stage of learning through engaging and developmentally appropriate classroom experiences. Ms. Larisa began working in early childhood education in the late 2010s and has developed a strong passion for supporting young learners as they build confidence and curiosity. Ms. Bada is the Preschool Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she creates a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports young learners as they build confidence and develop early academic and social skills. Ms. Bada began working in early childhood education in the early 2020s and has experience both as a classroom teacher and babysitter. She is currently pursuing her college degree while continuing to grow her career in education. Ms. Ramya enjoys partnering closely with families to support every child’s unique learning journey. Originally from India, Ms. Ramya has lived in the United States for more than two decades. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys traveling, music, dancing, and spending time outdoors.

Ms. Zoe is a Preschool Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she creates an engaging and supportive classroom environment that helps young learners build confidence and develop a love of learning. Ms. Zoe holds a degree in Elementary Education from George Mason University and brings more than a decade of experience working with students of all ages, from infants through high school. She recently returned to Virginia after spending several years in coastal North Carolina and is excited to continue supporting young learners at The Learning Experience Ashburn. In addition to her classroom role, Ms. Zoe also tutors students in math and SAT/ACT preparation, further supporting their academic growth. Ms. Zoe enjoys helping children experience those exciting moments when a new concept finally “clicks.” Outside of the center, she enjoys crafting, spending time with her puppy Millie, and visiting with her niece. Ms. Linda is a Floater Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she supports multiple classrooms and helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children across all age groups. Ms. Linda began working in early childhood education in the early 2010s and has spent more than a decade supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop important early skills. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, she later moved to Northern Virginia and spent many years traveling overseas with her husband during his 20-year service in the U.S. Air Force. These experiences helped inspire her interest in different cultures and languages, which she enjoys sharing with the children she works with at The Learning Experience Ashburn. Outside of the center, Ms. [Name] enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, reading, and studying languages, including German, Spanish, Arabic, and American Sign Language (ASL).

Ms. Ohood is an Assistant Teacher and Floater at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she supports multiple classrooms and helps create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children of all ages. Ms. Ohood joined The Learning Experience Ashburn in May 2024 and brings more than seven years of teaching experience. She studied History at the University of Iraq and is passionate about helping young learners grow, explore, and build confidence through positive classroom experiences. Ms. Ohood is also a proud mom of four children. Outside of the center, she enjoys taking walks outdoors and going on bike rides. Her favorite TLE character is Flexi Flamingo.

Zinah has three years of experience in the field of education, where she worked as a science teacher in her home country. She is passionate about teaching and enjoys helping students understand concepts in a simple and engaging way. She is also a mother of two children, which has helped her develop a deeper understanding of children’s needs and interact with them with patience and care. In her free time, she enjoys crochet and embroidery, and she is also interested in sports and shopping.

Ms. Taniyah is an Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience in Ashburn, where she helps support classrooms and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Ms. Taniyah began working in early childhood education in the mid-2020s and is currently studying at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), completing coursework that supports her continued growth in the field of early childhood education.
