Hi, I’m Kelley, and I am proud to be your Center Director. I bring over 35 years of experience in early childhood education, beginning as a teacher and later supporting schools across the country. I’ve mentored teachers and directors, developed curriculum, and worked to strengthen learning environments. I studied Early Childhood Education and Business Administration, attending Nova Southeastern University and Boston College. I’m passionate about helping teachers grow and creating a warm, supportive space for every child. The best part of my work is watching young minds light up with excitement and curiosity. I look forward to getting to know your families and supporting your children as they learn and grow at TLE.

Hi, I’m Ms. Alina! I’m the Safety and Health Coordinator here at TLE Henderson. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and I’ve called Las Vegas home for over 10 years now. With more than seven years of experience in early childhood education, I’m passionate about creating safe, engaging, and nurturing environments for children to grow and thrive. I love building meaningful relationships with each child and being part of their learning journey. One of my goals is to support our teachers by providing tools that inspire creativity, so they can focus more on connecting with and guiding their students.
