Hi, I’m Corinne, the Executive Center Director at The Learning Experience Cypress-Northpointe! I’ve been passionate about early childhood education for over 10 years and joined the TLE family in March 2021. Before stepping into leadership, I gained hands-on experience teaching in every age group from infants through preschool, worked with the Head Start program, and even coordinated a volunteer program at a children’s museum. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Ball State University. At TLE Cypress, I focus on inspiring and coaching our amazing teachers, building strong relationships with children and families, and ensuring our center runs smoothly each day. I truly believe that early education lays the foundation for future learning—and my goal is to spark a lifelong love of learning in every child who walks through our doors. Outside of work, I love running, hiking, kayaking and traveling!

Kaitlyn holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and a Director’s Certificate, and she has been working in childcare since 2009. She is passionate about watching children learn and grow through play and imagination. Kaitlyn strives to create an environment where every child feels confident to ask questions, explore their surroundings, and develop at their own pace. Her favorite children’s book is Harold and the Purple Crayon, reflecting her appreciation for creativity and imaginative learning.

Destiny holds a master’s degree in criminal psychology and brings a thoughtful, child-centered approach to her work with young learners. She believes that children learn best through play and incorporates hands-on activities that foster confidence, creativity, and strong social skills. Destiny is passionate about being a part of each child’s growth and development, creating a supportive and engaging environment where they can thrive. One of her favorite children’s books is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, which reflects her love for fun, interactive learning experiences. Destiny joined TLE because she loved the curriculum and felt a genuine connection with the company's mission statement and values.

I strive to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and inspired to learn. My goal is to foster critical thinking, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in every student. I believe children learn through play; I use hands on teaching approach with my students to build confidence, social skills, and creativity. I love working with children because I enjoy supporting their learning development and celebrating their achievements big or small.
