As a grandfather, I can honestly say The Learning Experience of New Albany has been such a blessing for our family. On the days I get to pick up, the administrative team is always so helpful, and the teachers take the time to tell me all about my grandbaby’s day. It truly feels like family every time I walk through the doors. My favorite thing is hearing my grandchild talk about Make Believe Blvd—the imaginative playroom that always sparks excitement and stories to share. Knowing my grandchild is learning, laughing, and cared for by such a wonderful team means the world to me.

Both of my children have been at The Learning Experience for 2 years, and they absolutely love it! The curriculum has really helped them grow academically, which gives me so much peace of mind as my daughter gets ready for kindergarten. On top of that, the teachers and staff are simply amazing, they make us feel like family.

TLDR: Excellent caregiving and communication from staff, excellent communication at the management level, hands-on owner involvement, fair tuition prices, solid curriculum including preparedness for Kindergarten, consistency in staffing, flexibility in care options. We switched to TLE from another daycare over three years ago. The turnover seems comparatively low, which means consistency and customization in care for our kids from staff that actually want to be there. This has allowed our kids to build meaningful bonds and trust from staff to management, ultimately, giving us - as parents - comfort that our kids are being cared for. The Director/Assistant Director are phenomenal. Communication is excellent and they have never left us wondering what was going on. The owners are involved much more than I expected and are just as friendly and accountable as the Director/Assistant Director. The Chef is also incredibly involved with the kids, and provides a well-balanced menu each week. The curriculum is solid and when my oldest entered Kindergarten I was repeatedly asked what kind of schooling she had prior because she was very prepared. She is excited to attend summer camp at TLE each year as well as when school is closed for various holidays/teacher training days/etc. I see confidence and excitement from both of my kids when it comes to learning. When we decided to switch daycare centers, I price shopped across eight different places and set up four tours. I cancelled all other tours after checking out TLE. The tuition is reasonable and you can't beat what you get for the price. Should we choose to grow our family, I would not think twice about going with TLE. Lastly, the flexibility and options with care is great. We've used TLE for before/after school care, all-day care, and summer camp. Highly recommend.

We love The Learning Experience! My kids have been going there for a few months now and it feels like the best decision we’ve made. The staff have been AMAZING. Each morning when walking in we are always greeted by Ms. Laci and Ms. Holly. They make our kids feel seen and heard at the start of their day and it makes them excited to go back at the end of the day to tell them goodbye ! The environment is fun , nurturing and taken care of very well. The classrooms are always clean when we walk in and smell amazing which was an important factor for us. The curriculum was another thing that was very important to us and we have been amazed with how engaging it is for our littles ! Our kids come home everyday eager to tell us what they have learned and are always eager to go back the next day ! The Learning Experience has a wonderful menu and our kids love the food Ms. Nikki prepares and provides for them everyday. Considering all the aspects listed above, The Learning Experience exceeds all of our expectations as new parents. We want to give a big shoutout to Ms. Gerri , Ms. Morgan , Ms. Cannia, and Ms. Anna for taking the best care of our children and ensuring we can put our trust in them ! They have made the transition for us and our kids a breeze. I highly recommend The Learning Experience to all new families looking to enroll.

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care, love, and attention our little one receives at this daycare. Every single teacher and staff member we’ve encountered has made our experience truly amazing, and it’s no surprise that our little guy absolutely loves coming here. The owners, Hina and Saket are very intentional about the safety, environment, and structure of the center. This was very evident from the moment we toured and shows through the reassurance of their staff members. Their level of professionalism while still remaining extremely hospitable to parents and our children is AMAZING and does not go without notice. This is one of the many reasons we love TLE-New Albany! A special thank you to Holly and Lacie, whose genuine smiles and bright personalities are the first things we see each day. Their warmth sets such a comforting tone and makes drop-offs feel like a visit to extended family. They make it a point to not only make sure my son feels comfortable, but they frequently ask his older sister about school, activities, and more when she attends pick-up and drop-offs with us. Our classroom teachers—Ms.Nola, Ms.Summer, and their wonderful team of teacher’s aides are heaven sent. They consistently go above and beyond to create a perfect balance of education, fun, and nurturing care. When our child first started, drop-offs were tough and full of tears. (If you have a toddler, you understand how hard this transition can be.) Now, our son runs to his teachers with open arms and gives them the sweetest hugs every morning before waving bye bye to us with excitement for his “day at school”. This would not be possible without the effort put in by everyone to ensure his level of comfortability. Lastly, we can’t forget to mention the AMAZING chef, Ms. Nikki—her attention to every child’s dietary needs, allergies, and special provisions is both impressive and reassuring. Knowing our son is well-fed and safe brings us such peace of mind. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a loving, safe, and joyful place for our child to grow and thrive. Hello everyone, My daughter and I were part of this child care center for a year, and I can confidently say she had a wonderful experience. She absolutely loved her teachers—they were truly amazing. The staff at [TLE] were incredibly helpful and patient, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. I was especially grateful for the vegetarian meal options, which were exactly what I was looking for. The environment was always safe, clean, and welcoming. From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facility is always clean, bright, and well-organized, creating a safe and stimulating environment for the children. The teachers are truly exceptional. They are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of each child. We have been so impressed with their ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities that make learning fun. My girls always come home excited to tell us about their day, whether it's singing songs, doing art projects, or telling me about what they are learning. Communication with the staff is also excellent. We appreciate the regular updates and how approachable they are with any questions or concerns. It's clear that they prioritize open communication and building a strong partnership with parents. We also feel very secure knowing the safety protocols in place. The attention to detail in ensuring a safe environment is evident. Overall, our experience with the learning experience has been overwhelmingly positive. My girls has thrived socially, emotionally, and intellectually under their care. I highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing and enriching daycare environment for their children. It's truly a place where kids can learn, grow, and feel loved.

My daughter has been going here for over a year now. Her teacher Ms. Ashley is absolutely amazing! She is very interactive in the classroom, does a lot of arts and crafts and uses educational pieces in her curriculum to make learning fun! She has grown so much thanks to you!

I am so happy that I switched my daughter to TLE. Over the past year, she has gained confidence in herself. We’ve been able to keep on with milestones as she’s preparing to move to pre-k. She loves the environment and I love how clean it is. If the weather is cruddy, there’s a fantastic indoor imagination area for the kids. The lunches provided are a nice variety. I’m thankful for the caring teachers and staff. I want to add that Miss Madi, Miss Gerie, Mr Tre, and Miss Missy have been wonderful. They know how to foster my daughters need to be a helper and have a role in the classroom.

Ms Jasmarie is always a delight in the morning during drop off with our son. He loves the classroom and it shows. Her smile brightens the morning and positive energy. Thank you so much! We are blessed and filled with gratitude for Infant B classroom ??

How do you say Thank you to those that open their doors, their arms, their hearts, and their minds to those who care for, nurture, teach and love our children? These special people can’t be found in every childcare center. I know because I was in the field for 24 years teaching, managing and directing. Thank you TLE New Albany! My grandaughter, and our family, are blessed to be a part of your family. From the smile and welcome when we enter to the greeting from my Grandaughters teacher, and the smile on Harleigh’s face with a great big hug when she greets me! The experience reaches beyond the classroom. The songs and lessons from school come home and are rehearsed throughout the evenings and weekends in our homes. We LOVE TLE New Albany! Our daughter (now 2) started at TLE at 8 months old and the teachers and staff here have become a second family! They absolutely adore our daughter and are genuinely excited to see her each day. Our favorite teachers are Miss Nola and Miss Summer in the Toddler classroom. They treat our daughter like one of their own children and they were sad to see her moving on to the next classroom, but of course happy to see her growing and developing at the same time! Hina, Saketh, Lacie, and Holly make such a great team and made us feel part of the TLE New Albany family right from the beginning. You will feel right at home at TLE New Albany!

We love TLE in New Albany! Ms. Nola in the Toddler room is very sweet and takes such good care of our little guy. Knowing our son is with her everyday helps make dropping him off just a little bit easier!

A Big shout Out to TLE, New Albany. With a special mention to Mr Tremayne (Mr Tre) who really brought my son Sarthak out of his shell and helped him adjust to the new environment. I remember the first day when I accompanied by son to TLE , I was skeptical for my son to adjust in new environment , new culture being on foreign land , since we moved from India a week before only . With so much hard work from everyone in the TLE family – Hina , Lacie ,Hollie and Mr Tre , my son really started looking forward each day to go to TLE for the summer camp . Mr Tre took special initiative to engage him in areas where he has special interest – Chess and Math problems, with this approach my son slowly came out of his shell and became as cheerful as before. We as a parent felt so proud and gratified with TLE’s approach . The summer camp of TLE has been a great experience, with lots of field trips that helps children to grow and learn while having fun. Thank you Again ! Best Summer Camp experience so far for a seven year old . Sarthak miss TLE every day and wants to stop by and say Hello to All and especially his favourite teacher Mr Tre . The best decision I made this year was taking my 5 year old son to TLE New Albany. The teachers and staff are amazing and the summer of happiness had my son good and tired once we got home. Highly recommend this center for your little ones! Jordan and I will be back next summer!

We have been sending our 3-year-old to TLE for over a year now and have only had good experiences. Since I have been sending my daughter here, she has learned a lot of great skills but always excited to go there as well. They follow a great curriculum that gets your child prepared. The staff is very personable and accommodating. Easy to get a hold of by phone or by email too which is a plus for parents. Best experience when it comes to daycare that I have had.

Highly recommend TLE NA! The staff is so accommodating with each child’s needs, which is so important. You truly feel the compassion and love everyone has when walking into the building. Holly and Lacie are not only amazing & wonderful but they also listen to parent concerns then action them right away if needed. We are loving all the recent changes management has made and feel so involved as a parent!

My daughter started attending The Learning Experience earlier this year. She absolutely loves it here and I am very proud to be a TLE parents. Ms. Holly and Ms. Lacie have been extremely helpful, supportive and professional towards our family. I can feel the love from them and they are always going out of their way to make sure their staff and families are well cared for. I can’t recommend TLE enough! This group of individuals are some of the best in the child care business, and I feel beyond fortunate to have our son under their care. Our son is in the Pre-School 1 room with Ms. Emily and Ms. Nola and they are loving, caring and patient with our son. They give us good news and areas we need to work on. Our son is always excited to go to school and see them! Prior to starting, Ms. Hina met with me, and I shared what we were working on at home. She was calming and assuring that he could be successful at TLE. Since we started at TLE, we have seen improvements in all areas. They shower the kids with love, praise and they set boundaries and rules he can follow. When there is behavior we need to discuss they meet it with curiosity and positivity and a vested interest to help us and our son. We are grateful our son is at TLE, they are the best in the business!
