Jocelyn has been with the Chelmsford family since the spring of 2016. She is lead teacher certified through the state of Massachusetts in Infant/Toddler and Preschool and holds her Director certificate as well. Her background in Early Education at Fischer College helps her prepare the children for skills to be successful in public school. Ms. Jocelyn’s favorite part of the day is any part that involves laughing out loud with her children. Jocelyn provides a strong curriculum challenging the individual minds in her care.

Ms. Courtney is a household name to T.L.E. families both past and present. Starting at T.L.E Chelmsford in August of 2009, Courtney has a keen balance of her multiple roles as a director, an educator, and a role model., Ms. Courtney uses her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education to improve the lives of her families and staff, creating a unique family dynamic at the Chelmsford location. Her favorite part of the day is greeting each child with a matching smile, a high five, or a hug. Ms. Courtney makes a personal connection with every child and can most often recall anyone's birthday from memory.

Ms. Maribel has grown with T.L.E. Chelmsford since June of 2008 - and so has her own children! She has a bubbly nature and brings excitement to every classroom she steps in. Ms. Maribel holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a psychology minor from Middlesex Community College and continues to further her education to benefit her T.L.E. family. If Maribel isn't easing a parent's day or getting her hands into a sticky sensory activity, she can certainly be found planning an engaging event for families. Ms. Maribel prides herself on finding new ways for children to grow and learn.

A love for learning is what drives Ms. Lali. It is in the pursuit of educating young minds that she opened the Chelmsford facility. Lali holds a Bachelor's of Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master's of Science - Information Technology from Steven's Institute of Technology. Ms. Lali uses her technology background to create an education super highway for the Chelmsford community, determined to elevate with the power of learning. Lali can often be found fostering relationships with families or fine tuning her next innovative idea to change the face of early education.

Ms. Jeanette has roots with T.L.E as far back as 2009. She has experience in nearly all of the classroom levels at T.L.E and has made connections with families that last well beyond T.L.E. Miss Jeanette holds a lead Infant, Toddler and Preschool certification through The Department of Early Education and Care. She is currently one of our infant teachers. Her love for children is written all over her walls, adorned with pictures and projects. Jeanette enjoys watching her infants grow and loves cuddling with all of the babies in her care.

Ms. Bella brings a loving heart, a calm presence, and a bubbly spirit to the center every day! With a passion for early childhood education, she believes that young children learn best when they feel safe, cared for, and free to explore through play and imagination. When she is in a classroom it is full of laughter, creativity, and hands-on fun—where silly songs, big smiles, and joyful learning moments happen daily. Known for her nurturing and patient approach, Ms. Bella helps each child feel seen, valued, and confident to be their unique selves. She delights in turning simple moments into magical learning experiences and loves watching her students grow, discover, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Kayliana started with our TLE Family in April 2025. Ms. Kayliana was looking for a career that was long term where she would be happy to come to work, love her job and feel supported. Thats when she turned to her sister for guidance who had been working with our center for four years. Ms. Kayliana loves that TLE values its employees, supports their growth and provides a nurturing environment for children all ages. She radiates positiveness, energy and a genuine love for children. Making her a genuine asset to our team!

Ms. Vi has been a member of the TLE Chelmsford family since 2010. She began her teaching career as a high school intern and has grown into a confident early educator. Currently, Vi is a lead member of our toddler team. Her 1 and a half year old's love sitting and singing during her circle times, where she highlights shapes and colors. Miss Vi strives for each of her toddlers to be the most successful versions of themselves and certainly develops a strong foundation for them to do so.

Ms. Latasha started with our TLE family in January of 2025 holding a EEC Teacher certificate in Infant, Toddler & Preschool. She has a hands-on approach loves to be creative and strives to provide the children with a structured and engaging educational experience. We look forward to working with Ms. Latasha knowing that your children are in the care of a dedicated professional who is committed to their creativity growth and success.

Ms. Yari has been apart of our family since she graduated high school not only earing her diploma but receiving a certgiciat to be certfied for infants, toddlers & preschool. Ms. Yari's patience, empathy, and resilience will certainly make her a perfect fit for working with toddlers. We’re excited to watch her positive impact on their growth and development. Ms. Yari is excited about engaging with the toddlers and being apart of their growth. Her dedication to nurturing and supporting the development of young children makes her a valuable component to our TLE Family!

Ms. Hannah has become an integral part of our Twaddler B classroom and our school community. She has a wealth of knowledge and exemplifies the spirit of a lifelong learner. Ms. Hannah's passion radiates through her teaching as she genuinely cares for each and every child in the classrooms. She loves to make learning fun! Getting messy and keeping the children engaged is an amazing skill she does posses. She has expertise in Social Emotional Development, enabling her to guide her students in developing healthy, positive, and prosocial skills that will serve them well as they progress through various academic and personal milestones. Ms. Hannah's dedication to nurturing the students social, emotional well-being along with the academics ensures a supportive and enriching learning environment.

Ms. Ashley joined the TLE Twaddler unit in March 2021. She holds a Infant, Toddler, Preschool teacher certification through the state of Massachusetts an we could not of been more happy to support her through that journey! Seeing how much early education made a difference in the life of her two children prompted her to want to do the same for others herself. You can catch her sitting with your little one, reading a book. She loves taking the opportunity to see the children get excited with anticipation of what comes next and seeing how much they enjoy jumping into the story the way she does!

Ms. Erica joined our TLE family in November 2022 as a support staff member. She tried out our Preschool classrooms and finally found her true love in our Twaddler unit. Ms. Erica holds an EEC teacher certificate in Infant, Toddlers, & Preschool. Her calm and nurturing demeanor has the children gravitate to her seeking her out in the mornings during drop off and throughout the day. On her free time Ms. Erica loves to bake, play sports and shop!

Ms. Sophia joined our TLE Family in November 2023 taking on the role of a center wide support staff member. Ms. Sophia became drawn to our Twaddler unit with her adaptable and flexible personality. Ms. Sophia is EEC certified across the board through Massachusetts. Ms. Sophia has a calm demeanor making her easy to approach with not only children but their families as well. We are excited to have Ms. Sophia part of our family and cannot wait to see what she brings to our center!

Ms. Evandra, a dedicated member of our family, joined TLE towards the end of 2023. Years in the customer service business has taught her amazing communication skills and how to be a team player! Don't let her quietness fool you..in the classroom she is a ball of energy having the children feed off her excitement. Ms. Evandra is currently studying to obtain her degree in Early Childhood Education and has recently earned her I/T/PS certification through Mass EEC.

Do you ever wonder who that morning teacher is who greets your child full of energy with a big smile! Well that is Ms. Aaliyah. Ms. Aaliyah started with us in August of 2021 as an assistant teacher gaining experience in infants through preschool while taking classes to become EEC teacher certified. As Ms. Aaliyah spent more time with the Toddlers and Twaddlers she realized how much happiness they brought to her each day and that she wanted to do the same for them. In the classroom Ms. Aaliyah shows excitement for the curriculum which engages her children creating them to be excited for the fun and learning as well. Ms. Aaliyah cares deeply for each child not only in her classroom but in the center as a whole and is committed to creating a lasting impression on their lives by creating and maintaining close relationships with them and their families.

Ms. Alena became a new addition to The Learning Experience of Chelmsford in June 2025. Her decision to join our team was influenced by the amazing environment for both learning and teaching that the center. She has a fresh take being new to the field but her enthusiasm for children and teaching will inspire the children and co-workers! We look forward to the positive impact she will bring to our center.

Ms. Hailey joined our school in November 2023, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Having her CDA in Preschool, Ms. Hailey has made herself an exceptional educator having dedicated years to teachers with a diversity of students. Ms. Hailey eagerly collaborates wit her co-teacher and peers aiming to create exceptional and engaging learning experiences for all her students. The Learning Experience in Chelmsford is excited to have Ms. Hailey on board and part of our family.

Ms. Jackie became a valued member of our team in March 2023 working part-time as she finished Highschool. Since graduating we are excited to have her with us fulltime. Her dedication and commitment have led her to gain experience in every unit in our center. Ms. Jackie's professional growth reflects her commitment to further her career in the Early childhood education field and obtaining a teacher certificate. Ms. Jackie feels its important to create relationships with every child as they are all unique in their own ways! She enjoys how no child learns the same and cannot wait to bring all she learns to each age group!

Ms. Sara joined our team in September 2022 as a support teacher. We quickly realized she is a natural teacher and we moved her into a classroom teacher role in Preschool 1A classroom. Since starting with us she went back to school and has satisfied all the state requirements to earn her teacher certification in Infants, Toddlers & Preschool. Ms. Sara cares deeply about her students and prioritizes forming individual relationships with each of them so that she can help them learn and grow. She also recognizes the importance of parent partnership in ensuring the best experience possible for her students. We are so happy to have Ms. Sara as part of our TLE Family!

Ms. Leilianies joined our center in April 2019. She's held a variety of roles at the center due to her dependability and being able to adapt in each classroom. She understands that every student brings their unique set of needs and abilities to the classroom, and she tailors her interactions to meet those needs. By recognizing and addressing the individuality of each child, Ms. Leilianies creates a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their highest potential. On her free time you can find her relaxing and spending time with her beautiful daughter.

Ms. Aaliyah joined our team in August of 2021 to assist with our afternoons and closing. Ms. Aaliyah is friendly and outgoing and always has a smile on her face! She has been eager to join a classroom making the Preschool 1B classroom her home! She can play outside with the children and join them into fun and engaging activities during their day. She is hardworking and dedicated day in and day out which makes her a perfect fit for our team!

Feeling a bit like you aren't challenging your little one in the creativity department? Ask Ms. Maria how you can spice up art time at home! Her Preschoolers enjoy creating projects while creating meaningful memories - learning shapes.... colors.... numbers and more! Ms. Maria loves to teach and feels an over amount of joy when her children learn something new! Being a part of that is something special! Maria started with Chelmsford spring of 2021, hoping to gain insight into childhood development to apply to her degree in Early Childhood Education. When she's not inside making beautiful projects, Maria looks forward to water play during hot summer days!

Ms. Shanice rejoined our TLE family from being a stay-at-home mother in January of 2023. She has an incredibly bubbly and upbeat personality and always has a smile on her face. Ms. Shanice is loving, nurturing and she loves to connect with the children which makes her an amazing infant teacher! If you want to have some amazing art to keep, she will never disappoint! Her creativity shines in any room she is in. Ms. Shanice in her spare time loves to spend time with her beautiful five children, family, and friends. Baking and party planning is a hobby of hers that she does on the side!

Studying Child Growth and Development at NECC was just the start to Ms. Amberley's three-year growth in the Early Ed field. She started with TLE March of 2021 and was eager to jump right into our Toddler A classroom and moved into our Infant unit after falling in love with the age group. She is Lead Infant, Toddler & Preschool certified through the state of Massachusetts. Ms. Amberley has many unique activities and uses creative ways to help her children grow. Her favorite thing about the infants is how they are always changing and growing! There is so much for them to learn and she loves being a part of that!

Ms. Naydaliz started with our TLE Family in April 2024 taking on the role of a support staff faculty member. She decided to join our family because of the way we value our employees treating them as family, and the balanced curriculum. We are excited to have her grow with us!

Ms. Emily joined TLE Chelmsford in 2025. She brings warmth, creativity, and calm energy to her classroom each day. She believes that the toddler years are a magical time for exploration, discovery, and growth. Her teaching style focuses on nurturing curiosity through play, art, music, and hands-on learning experiences that make every day joyful and engaging. Known for her gentle approach and patient guidance, Ms. Emily creates a safe, welcoming environment where little ones feel loved, supported, and confident to try new things. She values the individuality of each child and delights in helping them build independence, social skills, always with plenty of laughter.

Mr. K is an imaginative Pre-K teacher who believes learning should always be full of creativity, curiosity, and fun! He loves turning everyday moments into exciting opportunities for discovery—whether it’s through art, music, storytelling, science experiments, or hands-on play. His classroom is a place where big ideas come to life and little learners are encouraged to explore, create, and express themselves freely. With his warm and energetic teaching style, Mr. K fosters a love of learning that lasts well beyond the preschool years. His delights in seeing his students’ eyes light up as they build confidence, friendships, and a sense of wonder about the world around them.

Ms. Natalya is a caring and dedicated member of our TLE Chelmsford Family. She brings warmth, kindness, and calm energy to every classroom she supports. With a genuine love for children and a nurturing approach, she helps create an inviting environment where little ones feel safe, valued, and excited to learn. Her friendly smile and gentle presence make her a comforting and dependable support for both students and teachers alike. Ms. Natalya believes in the importance of connection and takes pride in building trusting relationships with every child, encouraging them to grow with confidence and joy.

Meet Ms. Alexia! She is excited to start her teaching journey with us! She has always had a passion for early childhood education and believes that preschool is a special time for children to explore, create, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Her goal as a teacher is to create a classroom environment that feels safe, engaging, and full of opportunities for discovery. She values hands-on experiences, play-based learning, and helping each child build confidence and independence. We are so lucky to have her as part of our team!
