Meet our TLE® Center team

Ms. Kim
Center Director
Favorite TLE® Character:
Penny Polite
Ms. Kim has over 20 plus years; in the Early Childhood industry. She grew up most of her childhood years in Loudoun County. Her family moved here when she was almost ten years old from Texas. She started to follow her heart with her passion by working with children while attending the local high school and hasn't looked back on her career decision. Every child has so much to share; let them explore the world around them and beyond. She has two respectful and confident young grown sons. Plus, a bonus family of three grown children, three grandchildren, and a great-granddaughter. Policies and procedures may have changed over the years. But showing kindness and love to every child and adult that walks through any door has not changed. Every family and employee deserves everyone's respect and attention we can give them every day.
