My name is Missy Dieterich, and I am so excited to be a part of the TLE family! As your Center Director, I bring over twenty years’ experience in the field. From teaching in classrooms to directing centers, facilitating trainings, or mentoring teachers, I have done it all! I hold my Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University—which I am eager to put to use with Bubbles and all his friends:)—as well as my Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration from National Louis University. I am also Level 16 on The Registry. I am dedicated to learning all I can about this field. My husband and I along with our seven children, cat and fish reside in Brookfield. We enjoy spending time together, and when I can get away, I love shopping--and finding bargains!
Ms. Nicole B.
For the past 5 years I have been working in childcare from infants to school age and love every moment. I enjoy watching the children learn and grow. I have my preschool and administrative credentials and am a level 11 on the registry. When I'm not working I have 3 children from toddler to teenager plus my husband. We enjoy spending time with family and friends camping, being outdoors, and having movie nights. I also enjoy cooking and baking in my free time.
Ms. Mary V.
Hello, I am very much excited to part of TLE Team! I have been working with children for about 5 year in this field. Most of my time has been spent with Toddlers and Two year olds. I’m level 3 on the Registry for infant and toddler. I hope to be able to continue my education move up on the levels. When not in my classroom, I spend most of my time with my nephew who is eight-years-old. I also love going the movie theatre or you would most often see me practicing on my drawing and painting skills. For calming purposes I like to listen to Harry Potter on audio, or listen to music and podcasts.

I am so grateful to be part of the TLE team! I have been a teacher for 21 years with grade levels ranging K4-8. I spent most of my teaching career in Milwaukee. I enjoy working with diverse cultures and always had a passion for working with children. The older I get the more I enjoy working with younger children. I have also obtained a Master’s in School Counseling. I really enjoy helping children in need. I also enjoy spending time with my son, movies, music and recently wrote a book called All We Need is LOVE! It is currently being published.
Ms. Ashley X.
urrently, I am in my student teaching semester. I am teaching virtually to a K4 class. I will be graduating in Spring 2021 with my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. I have worked in childcare for about 4 years. I worked in a K4 classroom as an assistant teacher for about 1.5 years and the other 2.5 years, I worked as an assistant teacher for one year olds. I truly enjoyed working with the one year olds. They were a challenge and a blessing at the same time. What I enjoy doing outside of work is spend time with family and playing volleyball during the summer. I actually got the opportunity to coach volleyball to elementary and middle schoolers a couple of years ago.
