My name is April Werner and I am the General Manager at The Learning Experience Addison. I have worked in early childhood education for over 14 years. I have my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and am working towards my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education Administration. I love to see children engaged and happy while learning. It is my goal to create a warm, safe and inviting environment in which your child(ren) can learn, play and grow. I look forward to getting to know your child and family in your time with The Learning Experience.

Virginia is from Chicago, IL and started with T.L.E in December of 2020, she holds an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Virginia enjoys reading and music. Her classroom goals are to provide a fun learning environment for all her little learners.

Cecilia started with T.L.E. in January of 2021, she holds an Associate of Art in Early Childhood from Triton College. Cecilia loves spending time with her adult children, traveling and reading. Cecilia is from Wood Dale, IL and her classroom goals are to help children learn and explore the world around them.

Colleen joined the TLE family in February of 2021. Colleen has a background in early childhood and medical billing. Her hobbies include fun activities with her family. Colleen is from Glen Ellyn and her classroom goals are to create a fun learning environment for the children.
