My name is Stella Carter and I am honored to be serving our wonderful families here at TLE Trumbull. As a mother of 2, my TLE Journey started when I toured over 10 centers as I searched for the perfect childcare program for my little ones. I toured a TLE and it was "love at first sight". My innate entrepreneurial mind immediately kicked in, and soon I realized that not only had I found the perfect childcare program, I could also be a part of it. As a Certified Public Accountant, I had spent over 8 years at Ernst & Young, working with fortune 500 companies, analyzing financial operations and processes. I am so glad I took this step, despite my previous experiences, this is easily the most fulfilling role I have held. With two locations and counting, my goal is to continue to make a positive difference in the life of our children, their families, and the communities we serve.

I have been in the Early Childhood field for several years. Through working in various positions at corporate centers, I have gained valuable knowledge in this industry. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and absolutely love to see them hit their various developmental milestones. Since I started in the classroom, I have had a strong desire to see how all the puzzles fit together in a management capacity. I started my TLE Trumbull overseeing the Twaddler program and I am so honored to now have the opportunity to spearhead operations of the center and continue partnering with our amazing families! I hope to continue to grow with TLE and look forward to creating more memories with my outstanding team!

Hello TLE families! I’m Brittany the Assistant Director here at TLE Trumbull. I’ve worked in the childcare industry for a few years in various positions. I started my journey with TLE Trumbull about a year ago as the Twaddler A teacher, and I’m so excited to now have the opportunity to connect more with the families in our care by working alongside our Director. Through my position I can’t wait to work closely with our staff and to share my knowledge. I plan to work with our teachers to implement new ideas which help inspire and teach our little ones because seeing the children learn and grow inspires me every day!

Hello TLE Families! My name is Amanda. I have worked in childcare for several years in a variety of different positions. I have always had a huge love for working with children, watching them learn and grow is my passion. I began my journey with TLE Trumbull as a Twaddler A teacher, and am now very excited to expand my knowledge in a management capacity as the Operations Coordinator. I hope through my position I can ensure our families expectations are met and exceeded beyond what they envisioned!

Welcome TLE families! My name is Patricia Merrill. I have been in the childcare industry for 9 years working with children from ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. My passion for working with children started at the age of 13 tutoring my siblings after school. Being a mother of 2 just made my love for children grow even more! I began my journey with TLE over a year ago as the Preschool 1 teacher. I am now currently the Preschool 3 Teacher and Educational Coordinator here at TLE Trumbull. With my new position, I look forward to working closely with all our awesome teachers to assist with educational strategies, curriculum, and overall classroom management!

Hello everyone! My name is Reshay and I'm the Closing Manager here at TLE Trumbull! I began my journey with TLE as a Prepper teacher and have been with the company for 2 years. Before joining the TLE Team, I lived in Bronx, NY and found my passion for working with children while living there. I am now currently in school for Early Childhood Education and have dreams to one day open my own childcare center. Through my position, I look forward to continuing to assist our families here at TLE Trumbull and learning more about center operations!

Welcome TLE Families! My name is Anya, and I am the Lead of our Infant program here at TLE Trumbull! I have worked in the childcare industry for several years as an infant/toddler teacher. I discovered at a young age my strong passion for working with children, and have been in the field ever since. I started my journey with TLE Trumbull about 2 years ago as a Twaddler teacher, but always had a special love for working with Infants. I am so grateful to now share my love for the Infant Program with my team and look forward to continuing to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment where our most vulnerable age group can thrive! I hope to continue to grow with TLE Trumbull and provide the best care possible to our littlest learner's!

Hello All! My name is Alexis and I am the Lead of the Toddler program here at TLE Trumbull! I started my childcare journey in 2015 and have always had a passion for taking care of children. For me, the best part is learning each individual child's needs/wants. Having a fun, engaging, nurturing, and structured environment is very important to me in order to ensure the children can successfully reach each milestone to the best of their ability. I hope to bring a welcoming and comforting environment for each family that joins our program!
