Center Director of Operations
Kim attended The Catholic University of America and holds a degree in Education Studies. She started out as a teacher at TLE Waldwick in June 2014, and has been with TLE Hoboken since November 2016. As a director, she loves being hands on in the classroom and watching children learn and grow through TLE's amazing curriculum.
Claudia attended New Jersey City University and holds her degree in Special Education with a minor in Spanish. Ms. Claudia enjoys working with children because no matter what they can always brighten up her day with just the smallest of things and their tiny little hugs. Ms. Claudia has been in the childcare field for 8 years and loves everything about it. Ms. Claudia can not wait to keep watching all of the little TLE minds grow and flourish.

Ms. Allie attended the school for Performing Arts and has a deep love for the theaters. Allie found a great joy in working with children. After 2 years leading the after care program at The Learning Experience of Waldwick, Allie made her way to Hoboken! Ms. Allie is thrilled to be able to utilize her creativity and passion for making children smile by continuing to make TLE Hoboken a special place for all of the children to learn and grow!
The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education at Hoboken is owned by LynnAnn Zazzali who earned her Masters degree in Reading and Educational Leadership. LynnAnn owns three successful TLE locations, Waldwick NJ, Hoboken NJ and New Rochelle NJ. The first, Waldwick NJ, has been open for over ten years. She is the proud mom of two children and knows first hand how special her role is in the lives of her TLE families! Both Nicholas, 16 and Daniella, 14 attended The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education as young children. The love, care and comprehensive early childhood program TLE provided was the driving force that attracted LynnAnn to open her own center in 2008. This dedicated leader in the early childhood field is committed to the complete development of children: social, academic, and emotional.
