I'm Nancy Sellnow. I have lived in Colorado for 1.5 years. I am originally from California. I have been in early childhood education for over 35 years. I strive to make learning fun and I prepare the children for kindergarten.

I'm originally from a small town along the Mississippi River in the beautiful state of North Dakota. I moved to Colorado in early 2020. I grew up around child care. In the summer months, I would help my mom in her daycare center. Since I was 12, I have been babysitting children. As a teenager, I had an amazing English teacher who encouraged me and helped me to find my strengths. It was then that I knew I wanted to teach children and be that same person to others, as my English teacher was to me. The rewards for teaching are many. But if I can be that shining light for a child, to encourage him/her to grow into a blooming flower, there is no better reward for me.
