Meet our TLE® Center team

Laura Gonzalez

Lead Infant Teacher

Favorite TLE® Character:
Two Plus Toucan

I joined the TLE family in April 2019. I have loved learning and working with all of the babies in our infant room. Through our curriculum, I help them grow and explore different things every day! My love for caring for children comes from being a big sister to my little brother. Watching him grow and being able to help him throughout his childhood has brought me so much joy. I hope to continue to share love and knowledge with all of the children that are in my care.

Namiah Dyer

Lead Toddler Teacher

Favorite TLE® Character:
Flexi Flamingo

I have been working with children for over 5 years. I received my B.A. in Early Childhood Education and have continued to pursue my love for teaching here at TLE. When I was little I used to play teacher with my stuffed animals. The dream of being a teacher started then! My classroom goals are to help the children reach their milestones and create a safe and healthy environment for them to learn and grow.

Winter Bryant

Lead Twaddler Teacher

Favorite TLE® Character:
Penny Polite

I have been working with children for six years and I am expecting my first child this year. I can not wait to share my love for teaching with my child. I am very proud to keep my classroom environment safe, organized, and full of love. I enjoy watching the development of children and creating different ways for them to learn through play. I am very big on teamwork and manners, which is why Penny Polite is my favorite character!

Ardiana Shala

Lead Prepper Teacher

Favorite TLE® Character:
Phoebe Phonics

I have been working with TLE since January 2020. I like working at this school because of the fun characters it provides with each lesson every day! Creating memories through art and friendship is my favorite part of my job! Helping the children learn through their senses and social settings encourages them to become their own person. We practice independence in our classroom which gives the children a sense of self. I have loved working at TLE in New Rochelle because I get the tools I need to provide the best learning through our curriculum and introduce new ideas through our monthly themes.
