Ms. Jeanette has roots with T.L.E as far back as 2009. She has experience in nearly all of the classroom levels at T.L.E and has made connections with families that last well beyond T.L.E. Miss Jeanette holds a lead Infant, Toddler and Preschool certification through The Department of Early Education and Care. She is currently one of our infant teachers. Her love for children is written all over her walls, adorned with pictures and projects. Jeanette enjoys watching her infants grow and loves cuddling with all of the babies in her care.

Miss Lindsay joined our team in August 2021 after spending her time at home raising her four wonderful children. Miss Lindsay immediately fell in love with our baby rooms and quickly joined their team bringing her mothering nature! Miss Lindsay loves taking care of the babies and meeting their individual needs. Watching them go through many firsts brings a smile to her face. She is eager to learn and cannot wait to take the necessary course to become certified through the state of Massachusetts.

Ms. Veronica found a home in the Infant wing in September 2020. She settled in quickly with a nurturing nature and calm spirit. Veronica uses her multilingual communication to help infants quickly emote their needs to her. She is often found soothing a sad infant or helping her co-teacher when a baby is having a hard time falling asleep. Her calm personality brings a softness to a chaotic infant room. In addition to being a loving caretaker, Veronica is also a terrific team member and is constantly extending her care taking skills to other staff members.

Ms. Karen added her love and compassion to the Chelmsford team in February 2021. She's currently studying business and marketing at UMass Lowell while developing the young minds in Twad C. She chose to work in early ed because she feels that children are the best hope for a positive impact on the world. You see how she spreads her compassion in everything she does for them, taking the time to be precise and accurate for the best affect on the children's learning. She loves to watch them free play but enjoys circle time most - where the kids get to show off all that they are learning and how they are progressing. Karen makes sure every child feels appreciated when they hit even the smallest goals.

Ms. Vi has been a member of the TLE Chelmsford family since 2010. She began her teaching career as a highschool intern and has grown into a confident early educator. Currently, Vi is a lead member of our toddler team. Her 1 and a half year olds love sitting and singing during her circle times, where she highlights shapes and colors. Miss Vivian strives for each of her toddlers to be the most successful versions of themselves and certainly develops a strong foundation for them to do so.

Ms. Yvette comes to TLE with a background at MCC in Liberal Arts and Science. She is Infant/Toddler and Preschool teacher certified through Dept. of Early Education and Care. She originally thought the infant rooms were just right but quickly discovered to fit right in with the toddler unit. Ms. Yvette comes to work each day with an upbeat attitude and is excited for the children. Her energy is electric when she steps out on to the playground....she uses this favorite part of her day to explore gross motor opportunities in the development of her classroom.

Studying Child Growth and Development at NECC was just the start to Ms. Amberley's three year growth in the Early Ed field. She started with TLE March of 2021 and was eager to jump right into our Toddler A classroom. She hopes to gain a lead teacher certification with us and has always wanted to help young children since she was young herself. Ms. Amberley has many unique activities and uses creative ways to help her toddlers grow. Her favorite part of her day is watching the toddlers create and it helps her see how they view the world around them. Her classroom is vivid with colorful play!

Have you ever wondered about the science of childcare? The psychological component of childhood development is an area Ms. Hannah thrives in. She is a junior at Anna Maria College studying Psychology. She started The Learning Experience Chelmsford fresh for the new year, 2021. Hannah applies her educational experience to her most favorite parts of the day - circle time and productive dance parties. She wants to work in early education because she thinks it will be a unique stepping stone to her goal of being a Clinical Pediatric Psychologist - and we agree!

Making a difference for children who make a difference drives Ms. Leilianies. She has been making sure that every child has a smile and knows they are loved at TLE since the beginning of 2019. She is currently a certified member of the Twaddler unit; however, Leilianies is a jack of all trades and is an exceptional caregiver in all classrooms. Her love for art and sensory can be seen as she lights up creating new ways to get her little ones thinking. Ms. Leilianies has completed her early education qualifications through Fischer College.

Ms. Ashley joined the TLE Toddler/Twaddler unit in March 2021. She's currently working to complete her formal education and has ambitions to grow as an early educator here in Chelmsford. Seeing how much early education made a difference in the life of her two children prompted her to want to do the same for others herself. You can catch her sitting with your little one, reading a book. She loves taking the opportunity to see the children get excited with anticipation of what comes next and seeing how much they enjoy jumping into the story the way she does! Ms. Violette comes to T.L.E Chelmsford all the way from Egypt. Beginning as a floating assistant in early 2019, she is currently a qualified infant, toddler, and preschool teacher. She is a soft motherly teacher with a bachelor’s degree in French Language. Violette looks forward to playing with her children each day and assisting their learning through play. There isn’t anything Violette doesn’t love about children, and if she could, she would choose to surround herself with them always.

Maria started with Chelmsford spring of 2021, hoping to gain insight into childhood development to apply to Pediatric Nursing degree. When she's not inside making beautiful projects, Maria looks forward to water play during hot summer days!

Ms. Stefania aspired to be a teacher of young minds from an early age. In 2015, she joined the T.L.E. team, pre-qualified through experience gained in a vocational program in highschool. Stefania sets strong expectations for her twaddlers to be good friends, handy helpers, and active thinkers. Stefania has a strong suit with her circle time and one on one interactions with her children. No matter her mood at the start of the day she lights up when a child sees her and has an ear to ear grin with excitement.

Ms. Lena wakes up excited to come to her Pre-K classroom every morning. She loves the laughs, smiles, hugs, and love they give. She began as an assistant floating teacher but was determined and has since become a Certified teacher in infant through preschool. Lena’s students are never short of learning with her immersive creative curriculum. She challenges her students with art and sensory projects to help them develop problem solving skills while having fun. Lena says her students always make sure she’s leaving with a full heart at the end of the day.

Ms. Tyana chose early education because she feels there are endless opportunities in teaching children. Having a strong family background she entered early education in 2018 with T.L.E. Chelmsford, as an assistant and has become an Infant, Toddler & Preschool qualified teacher. She takes the time to teach children from something so simple as pushing in a chair to learning the letters of their names. Tyana provides a holistic approach to her classroom. In return to her helping her twaddlers develop into preschoolers, she finds they teach her just as much in love. She is incredibly grateful to have had such amazing kids who make her feel that way.

Korina was hired at the beginning of 2019 as a floating staff member. She has since made a confident foundation as a certified teacher in the Preschool/Prepper unit. Korina is by far one of the most bubbly teachers your child will ever meet. She tends to the confidence of every child in her care, supporting them to be themselves and love every aspect of who they are becoming. Her high energy nature provides for an active outside time on the playground. Miss Korina holds an associates degree in Geology from Salem State. Korina chose to work in childcare as the children keep her on her toes as much as she keeps them on theirs!

Lismary is the Certified Preschool 1 teacher at T.L.E. Aside from holding a Preschool certification she is also Infant and Toddler certified. She has background at Fisher College for Early Education where she is working towards her lead certification. Since she began in 2017, Lismary boasts a bubbly and active classroom. She encourages individuality and creativity from all of her preschoolers. When they’re not sitting with her learning through her unique art projects, her students can be found having a dance party full of laughter and bubbles!

Most of the children can all agree that Ms. Hannah’s sweet presence helps ease them into their days. She looks forward to art and sensory time each day. She wants to work in childcare because children just want to have fun and that’s what she loves to have too! Ms. Hannah provides a strong guidance during learning activities and looks for opportunities for hands on play. She gets completely emerged in her curriculum - ask your child about her daily curriculum posters and how to distinguish what you know, what you want to know, and what you learned.

Ms. Erica joins us with a whole bag of Early Education from Middlesex Community College. She comes to school each day, just as eager to learn and play as the children in her care. She looks forward to spending time creating hands on memories with them and has high expectations for the support she gives to them. Ms. Erica started her training in both the infant and preschool units but is finding that her passion may lie with the older children after all. She loves to laugh with the children and be silly but also isn't afraid to use her voice when it's time to settle back in to learning mode. She has a good balance of play and learn and we're so glad she's come to play and learn with us. We look forward to seeing her grow at T.L.E. Chelmsford.

Jocelyn has been with the Chelmsford family since the spring of 2016. She is lead teacher certified through the state of Massachusetts in Infant/Toddler and Preschool. She is currently a member of our Kindergarten team. Her background in Early Education at Middlesex Community College helps her prepare her children for pre-reading skills and problem solving abilities. Ms. Jocelyn’s favorite part of the day is any part that involves laughing out loud with her children. It is hard to walk by Ms. Jocelyn’s room and not want to be part of her classroom. Jocelyn provides a strong curriculum challenging the individual minds in her care.

She uses her bachelor’s degree in Family and Community Engagement at Merrimack College to create a fun and constructive curriculum. Each day she aims for every child to have gained one new skill or idea to take home. Mackenzie highlights the specialty of every child and encourages them to use their skills for the best of the group.

April showers brought more than May flowers in 2021, it also brought Ms. Ada to the TLE team. Ada fit perfectly into the Kindergarten classroom with unparalleled energy. If you're driving by the playground you may find Ada playing games or coordinating a fun physical activity for her children - outside is her favorite place to be. Ms. Ada is working towards her bachelor's degree and hopes to be lead certified soon. While we help her reach her goals, Ada is applying all of the knowledge she gained working with children during high school to help your kiddos reach their goals.
