I left our first drop off at TLE amid gut wrenching wails wondering if we’d just made a big mistake. After being home with our nanny, mostly isolated thanks to COVID, this was a jarring change for our 3yo (and for us). Within minutes of driving off I received a photo update of our kiddo being comforted by one of her teachers, Ms Simone. Two months later, I can confidently say it’s been one of the decisions we’ve made for her as an individual and our family. Our daughter is the happiest and most social she’s ever been and is constantly surprising us with how much she’s learning. The staff has been amazing. The environment is warm and welcoming, and from the front desk to her teachers, everyone seems genuinely interested in our child’s learning and wellbeing. I love that they send updates on how and what she’s doing throughout the day and never felt judged for calling to check in on those rough first few days :). The morning wails are now replaced with gleeful cheers on our drive to school and her talking non stop about what she can’t wait to tell her teachers. She’s loving it and I’m beyond grateful. It’s invaluable to never have to question or worry about your little one in another’s care. The only regret we have about TLE is not finding them sooner!

Cannot say enough good things about TLE! My husband and I were looking for a daycare for our 6 month old (at the time) after my mom could no longer watch her while we were at work. We initially went in for a tour and luckily they had an immediate spot available, so we enrolled our daughter to start as soon as we could. As first time parents and first daycare experience, we were nervous and unsure of what to expect but TLE eased all of our concerns. First, the facility is clean, bright, and very secured since you need a fob to enter. Secondly, the staff there is incredible and super warm and welcoming - we looked forward to being greeted by Rebecca (previous Director) and Sterling, or other members of their team, during drop off and pick up. Our daughter also took to her teachers Miss Sarah and Miss Makaya immediately, and receiving pictures of our daughter smiling every time was the highlight of our day. You know your child loves their teachers when they are equally as excited to see them as they are to see you. In the couple of months our daughter attended TLE, she learned and developed so much thanks to Miss Sarah and Miss Makaya. If it weren't for getting off the waitlist at a daycare closer to home, our daughter would still be attending TLE. We would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a daycare for their child.

My wife and I have had a wonderful experience with TLE. Researching the best daycare for our child was of the utmost importance for our family. The patience, care, great communication and quite frankly security of the location made them standout from the rest. The team from the facility Director who is incredibly responsive, to the staff who provide daily updates throughout the course of the day are second to none. Keep up the great work. We appreciate it!

My 11mo old loves TLE. She has connected and formed bonds with her teachers, I love that she has learned so much. The transition from the previous center to TLE was beyond what I had expected. They are always keeping me updated and she is always engaged with various activities. I would 100% recommend TLE they are best.

We love everything about TLE! After touring several providers in the area, we enrolled our infant about a year ago, and it has exceeded all expectations. The staff are warm and professional, and we feel connected to his daily activity through frequent updates, photos and regular communication. From the happy smile our toddler shows at drop off, to the fun art projects and new skills he comes home with, we are fully confident in the quality of care and attention he receives. We also love that he is exposed to diversity in his classroom and development experience at TLE.

We LOVE TLE! Our 3yo is thriving with structure, routine, learning new things every day and social interaction with some really great kids and teachers. He loves coming to school every day and I have seen growth in his communication, identification of colors, numbers, letters and other basic educational skills. We also had our 4mo (going back at 10mo due to COVID) but he was so taken care of and loved. Can't say enough about this place - it's clean, it's lovely, the teachers are great and the other children (including mine) are so happy!

We love TLE Bucktown. We also adored our previous provider — so TLE had big shoes to fill — and we have been so very pleased. Dave is a terrific manager and does an excellent job communicating with families. He has also been extremely accommodating during the COVID crisis, which has been a much needed peace of mind during these challenging times. Most importantly, our daughter loves TLE and her teachers, calling out their names while she is away from class.

I cannot say more positive things about TLE Bucktown. My son has been going since he was 5 months old and he has always thrived there. The teachers are amazing and I can always tell that they care about him and are invested in his development. Dave and Jazmin are great: very responsive to emails, reliable, well-organized. The activities are amazing. We get to bring home materials frequently so my son can continue learning at home. He comes home and talks non-stop about his friends and teachers and all the things he is learning and doing. He gets disappointed when it isn't a "school day." I share some of the pictures I get through the Show N' Tell app with my family and they are always so impressed with all the things he is doing in daycare. Since COVID happened, the staff continues to be attentive, communicative, and following all the health protocols and guidance. Thus, I have felt very safe having my son go back to daycare. Also, as an essential worker, my son was able to go to the West Loop location during the shelter-in-place orders. Many of my fellow colleagues who were needed to fight COVID could not find daycare. So this was a big relief. My son adjusted really easy to the new center because all the curriculum was the same. The West Loop staff, as a quick shout-out, were also amazing during this time and welcomed my son as part of the TLE family.
