I am so impressed! All the staff has been so friendly and excited to have my son in attendance. We started about a month ago and I can’t believe the differences we see in my son, he has much better communication skills and is sleeping so much better. He is excited to go everyday. We also love the app that gives us updates with pictures throughout the day so I don’t feel like I’m missing out as much. His teachers are wonderful and he absolutely loves them. I would 100% recommend.

I was very skeptical to put my son in child care but this has been a major relief and I trust them with my son. I will be enrolling my 4 year old daughter very soon! Building is always clean, employees are always polite and welcoming, rooms are organized and I've always seen happy children. I 100% Recommend The Learning Experience in Liberty, MO!

While my son has only been going here for a few weeks so far, The Learning Experience has absolutely wowed us! Everyone there is so kind and welcoming - they all genuinely care about my son and make sure he's getting a great toddler education as well! We have had some bad experiences at other daycares, so it makes me so happy (emotional even) to have a place that I know he's excited to go to. The staff, owners, teachers (everyone I've met) conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism. They're definitely proud of what they do, and they should be!

Having taught in Olathe Public Schools for 10 years, I’ve always loved being around children and have a passion for education and nurturing relationships. This passion grew after I enrolled my son in child care where I saw the interaction and education he was gaining there, and made me strive towards one day opening my own child care center. This dream became a reality when my husband and I joined The Learning Experience family in 2020 and opened our own TLE center in Liberty, MO in January 2021. My husband Scott and I reside in Lenexa, KS with our three beautiful children. I have a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Masters in Reading Instruction from MidAmerica Nazarene University. For fun, I enjoy weekends at the lake, baking, and traveling.

In addition to my 3 years at The Learning Experience, I have spent the past twenty years in education mentoring staff, developing curriculum, and teaching and coaching all ages! I hold a certification in Early Childhood Education/Child Growth and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. I am passionate about early childhood education because, through positive and loving relationships and engaging curriculum and learning experiences, we have the opportunity to aid children in their development and build a foundation for lifelong learning. I can’t wait to see how our TLE graduates change the world! My husband, Phil, and I currently live in Grain Valley with our two children, Avery and Vivi, and our dog, Frank. I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, shopping, playing volleyball and cheering for the Chiefs!

When my son was three years old his preschool needed a paraprofessional, I jumped at the opportunity and quickly fell in love with early childhood education. I have now been in Early Childhood Education for over a decade doing everything from being a substitute teacher, assistant teacher, and a lead classroom teacher. My family moved to the KC area in 2021 and I began my journey with TLE. I was blown away by the curriculum that The Learning Experience has created. Every day I am amazed at the incredible learning the teachers are able to facilitate through the phonics, sign language, technology, and Spanish curriculums on top of the wonderful daily curriculum that TLE provides. I love spending time outside going hiking on the weekends. I have a soft spot for coffee, books, and animals so you can frequently find me curled up on the couch with my dog and a book in my free time!
