I currently have a kiddo enrolled at TLE, and I could not be more happier with the care, education, and time/attention that she receives. I was so nervous as a new mom to have someone else take care of my baby, but they do such an outstanding job, it completely eased my anxieties. Seeing how my daughter lights up and "dances" when we get into the parking lot is adorable. Every picture that they post is a new idea, and a new experience for my little one. For example they had her learning about gardening and plants and had her put on gardening gloves and engage with the different feels of plants. She paints with her feet in the bouncer ((I would have never thought of that!). They do family conferences starting at 6 months old to keep her in line with devolvement in all areas or growth They do such a fantastic job, I could not ask for more. We are so lucky to have TLE!

Hello, my name is Carmen and I am honored to be a part of the TLE Franklin Team! I’ve worked in childcare for 12 years. I have a degree in Human Services and Early Childhood Education. Outside of work I spend most of my time at home with my 2 cats, Nala and Lucy, and my daughter. I fell in love with this field when I was a parent volunteer at her daycare. Since then, I've worked my way up to Center Director. Working with children and their families has always been a passion of mine. I believe children learn best through play and consistency. I strive to be a great resource for my teachers and support them as they provide the highest quality care for children.
