I have two kids at the East Rutherford TLE center. My oldest , who is three going onto four in august started when she was one. Not only has she excel in her vocabulary, she's social and and knows her colors, alphabet, numbers and articulate. Merizta the director has been a God send to the center. She and and her team hold the place together. My child can be a piece of work, a typical three years old, but her teachers know how to handle her tantrums and is discipline accordingly. The curriculum is well rounded and the staffs are polite, knowledgeable and keep me posted on everything concerning my child. My 6 months just started there and I can't be more please with the ladies in the infant rooms. Miss Artie and Miss Anna are a gem to the babies. My little girl loves miss Anna and cries when we go pick her at the end of the day. I love the pictures and updates I get during the day. The center do so much to engage the children and I am grateful for all they do. I really appreciate them. Miss Meritza, Johnise, Diana, Cassandra, Anna, Artie, Miss T and Gabby, I truly appreciate you all and if any one reading this post have reservation about taking their kids there, trust me, you need not worry, because your kids will be in great hands.

TLE is an amazing school. All of thr teachers are extremely caring. My son has learned so much. I feel that TLE will prepare him for kindergarten.

As a first time mom, I was nervous about so much. The biggest piece was putting my son into daycare when I had to return back to work. TLE East Rutherford has made this transition seamless for us. From the my tour of the facility to the call I made to confirm the date my son was starting, I have always felt appreciated by the staff. My son has really grown in the 4+ months that he has been going there. His teacher, Miss Sharon, is absolutely wonderful. My son smiles every morning when he sees her and is excited to be there. Seeing how my son reacts, makes me know that I made the right decision by choosing TLE East Rutherford. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe and happy environment for their child.

We were one of the first ones to sign up at TLE East Rutherford . We absolutely LOVE this school. My daughter has learned a lot. She did not know English but she picked up in a month. The school is clean and new.All the teachers (Darlene, Jill, Claudia, Lucia, Tina) we have worked with are amazing and the director (Maritza) and business manager(Amy) always has an open door and are available to answer questions or address concerns. I have recommended TLE to everyone I know.

The Learning Experience in East Rutherford is a wonderful daycare center. The facility is new and very clean. The teachers and staff members are very professional, enthusiastic, and caring! My daughter has developed so much since attending TLE. She is engaged constantly and comes home every week with drawings, paintings of various themes, letters, and numbers. My daughter loves attending TLE because every morning she brings me her shoes and says "school"! When we pull up to the school, she claps her hands and when we go inside she smiles at the staff and hugs her teacher! We are extremely happy that our daughter loves her school, friends, and teachers and is developing her skills everyday and that we made the right choice!

The Learning Experience at East Rutherford has been wonderful for my son's development. Prior to attending TLE at 3 1/2 months old, my husband and I used to refer to him as a hermit. He didn't like being outdoors or around people other than his parents. Soon after starting TLE, he became very sociable, smiling and laughing at anyone who stops to talk to him, interested and engaged with anything new in the world around him. In the infant room, the teachers are constantly exposing the babies to sensory stimulation activities: finger/hand/foot painting and other art projects; walks outdoors; music accompanied by singing, clapping, and dancing; reading books; sign language. In addition to daily reports about our son (feedings, naps, diaper changes, mood, activities), we sometimes receive pictures of funny, cute, or milestone moments. The teachers also get to know each baby on a personal level. They can describe each baby's personality and habits, their daily schedule, what developmental changes they are currently facing (teething, rolling over, starting solids, etc.), and notice when they are not acting like themselves. TLE at East Rutherford has a warm, friendly, and vibrant environment. Occasionally, when my husband picks up our son, he's behind the front desk with the General Manager or Director, where he interacts with the classes of children and visitors walking through the lobby area. Teachers, who work in classrooms other than my son's classroom, know him by name and greet him. We are very happy and comfortable knowing that our baby is spending his days in such an upbeat, attentive, and engaging daycare facility.
