If you are looking for a daycare to call your second home with great programs, safe and clean environment then look no further. Watching my two sons progress here at TLE Chelmsford has been such a great experience for me, one of my lil one turns 5 in October and I know he will be sad to leave come Sept 2023, it always gives me peace of mind knowing my little ones are in great, safe hands. All the teachers and directors are so amazing, professional, friendly, caring and pay special attention to each child's needs. Special shoutout to Miss Lena, who has supernatural talent in teaching, her love for each child is flawless. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for placemat for your lil one.

My daughter has been in public school for three yrs and since then attended other after school programs, and summer camps. I have yet to find teachers that care the way these teachers do. The directors/owner really do a great job when hiring their staff to be a part of their big family.

My daughter attended TLE from 6 months to 5 years old and we were so happy with her care. The teachers at TLE Chelmsford are amazing! They not only looked after my daughter, but they genuinely loved her. From potty training, to social emotional learning, to spelling and math, TLE did it all. My daughter left there beyond ready for kindergarten and has continued to thrive because of her years at TLE.

We decided it was best for our middle child to skip her entrance to elementary school during the pandemic. It was a strong easy and unquestionable decision to leave her at TLE Chelmsford. It has been a second home built in trust. The staff and administrators are respectful and experienced. We know our kids are well beyond school ready with the curriculum and social skills they've set. Well be sad to go but excited to have 4 years left there with our toddler waving the older two off each day.

Rating this daycare center a 5/5 for many reasons. I am a mom to one amazing little child. With being a new mom, all this was unfamiliar. TLE staff have experience and the directors are so supportive of understanding each family and explaining their regulations and policies. They go that extra mile . Facts! I was very selective of where my son would go and did two other tours in nearby locations. This one was it for my son. My infant son at the time and I did the tour here together. The teachers were so attentive and caring. This didn’t change after the tour that then led to our enrollment. So here are my most significant experiences thus far ; 1. Tuition rates are reasonable and there are various ways to pay (work with my part time schedule or more days as needed ) 2. I dropped in whenever I wanted to see my child or peek to see how he interacted w/ his teachers & peers 3. Received daily updates on my app, emails as needed, and I called frequently to check in 4. They gave my child my home cooked Cultural / nutritious foods , My breastmilk bottles , or I was able to drop in to breastfeed on my lunch break 5. Safe and security protocols in place 6. I actually learned parenting skills from the teachers 7. My son learned material and I noticed how he advanced in milestones 8. Teachers understood my son being biracial and speaking two languages and the importance to understand what he needed or wanted (teachers took time to learn words in a different language ) 8. communicated concerns or accidents promptly to parent 9. They have well planned out events where I got to meet other parents , teachers and his friends while my son and I bonded this way and did the activities and lastly 10. They celebrated important events of my son’s life as well as his peers especial events . Such a great sense of friendship and family . I don’t need to say more :)!! I hope every mommy , father, or those in a caregiver position are reading this and finds this helpful .

I would have not predicted these mixed emotions felt on Jack's last day at TLE when we enrolled him 5 years ago. I had my heart set on a home day care run by a sweet grandmother who would cuddle Jack all day :) Greg has always been the bigger picture thinker. he was on the lookout for a daycare where Jack could interact with many peers, learn sharing, celebrating, explore curiosities, and feel supported by thoughtful teachers. I did not get the grandmother I was looking for but the rest of our list really more than worked out. Thank you for how safe, fun and truly loved we all felt each day dropping Jack in the early morning and joyfully racing to pick him up each evening. We have all grown here at TLE thanks to your truly loving, compassionate staff. Thank goodness we have Owen so we wont have to say goodbye! Cheers to you all!

Thank you for all that you do everyday for all of the babies, children and families of TLE. So many go above and beyond to comfort, teach and nurture our children. You have created such a nurturing second home and family. In many ways, you are so much more than teachers. You kiss the boo-boos, you hug and cuddle, you explain, teach and help all of the children in your care grow in so many ways during the most important and formative years in their development. Because all of your really care and put so much of yourselves into your work, we can know that our child is happy, cared for and loved when we cannot be with him. Knowing this give us such peace of mind. Thank you for what you do and how you do it - with such energy, care and devotion. We truly appreciate you!

My little guy is at TLE in Chelmsford, MA and he has learned so much. We are shocked and excited when he comes home and signs or shows us a new skill (like wiping his nose with a tissue at one!). His teachers are amazing and the administrators are outstanding. I'm constantly asking questions and talking to them because they care for the most important person in my life. Everyone at TLE takes the time to talk to me and tell me about his day. They show their concern and affection everyday. It means so much!!!

Ms. Courtney is a household name to T.L.E. families both past and present. Starting at T.L.E Chelmsford in August of 2009, Courtney has a keen balance of her multiple roles as a director, an educator, and a role model., Ms. Courtney uses her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education to improve the lives of her families and staff, creating a unique family dynamic at the Chelmsford location. Her favorite part of the day is greeting each child with a matching smile, a high five, or a hug. Ms. Courtney makes a personal connection with every child and can most often recall anyone's birthday from memory.

Ms. Maribel holds an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a psychology minor from Middlesex Community College and continues to further her education to benefit her T.L.E. family. If Maribel isn't easing a parent's day or getting her hands into a sticky sensory activity, she can certainly be found planning an engaging event for families. Studying Child Growth and Development at NECC was just the start to Ms. Amberley's three year growth in the Early Ed field. Her creativity shines in any room she is in. Ms. Shanice in her spare time loves to spend time with her beautiful five children, family, and friends. Currently, Vi is a lead member of our toddler team. Her 1 and a half year old's love sitting and singing during her circle times, where she highlights shapes and colors. Miss Vi strives for each of her toddlers to be the most successful versions of themselves and certainly develops a strong foundation for them to do so.

Ms. Callie loves getting to know her students and their families and creating bonds with all of them. Do you ever wonder who that morning teacher is who greets your child full of energy with a big smile! Well that is Ms. Aaliyah. Ms. Aaliyah started with us in August of 2021 as an assistant teacher gaining experience in infants through preschool while taking classes to become EEC teacher certified. As Ms. Aaliyah spent more time with the Toddlers and Twaddlers she realized how much happiness they brought to her each day and that she wanted to do the same for them. In the classroom Ms. Aaliyah shows excitement for the curriculum which engages her children creating them to be excited for the fun and learning as well. Ms. Aaliyah cares deeply for each child not only in her classroom but in the center as a whole and is committed to creating a lasting impression on their lives by creating and maintaining close relationships with them and their families.

Ms. Maria loves to teach and feels an over amount of joy when her children learn something new! Being a part of that is something special! Maria started with Chelmsford spring of 2021, hoping to gain insight into childhood development to apply to Pediatric Nursing degree. Jocelyn has been with the Chelmsford family since the spring of 2016. She is lead teacher certified through the state of Massachusetts in Infant/Toddler and Preschool and holds her Director certificate as well. She is currently a member of our Preschool team. Her background in Early Education at Fischer College helps her prepare her children for skills to be successful in public school. Ms. Jocelyn’s favorite part of the day is any part that involves laughing out loud with her children. It is hard to walk by Ms. Jocelyn’s room and not want to be part of her classroom. Jocelyn provides a strong curriculum challenging the individual minds in her care.

If you're driving by the playground you may find Ada playing games or coordinating a fun physical activity for her children - outside is her favorite place to be. Ms. Ada is working towards her bachelor's degree and hopes to be lead certified soon. While we help her reach her goals, Ada is applying all of the knowledge she gained working with children during high school to help your kiddos reach their goals.
