We love hearing from our happy parents
Parents are such an important part of The Learning Experience family. We love hearing from them–especially when they share with us the growth and learning they see in their children!
We recently moved across the country for our jobs. The very first checkpoint on our arrival list was to find a daycare for our then 1-year-old son, Rogue. It was not an easy task. The daycare availability was limited as we were registering mid-year. We finally found an adequate daycare about 10 miles from our home in Chapel Hill. The next 6 months were grueling; long drives for pick up and drop off and constant struggles with administration. Thankfully, there was a Learning Experience being built ACROSS THE STREET from our house! We were counting down the days to the grand opening. Without hesitation, we enrolled our son and have never looked back. Several of our neighbors also have children at the school and we are able to walk them to and from the facility. The kids are happy and so are the parents. We love The Learning Experience-Chapel Hill. 🙂

I was accepted a job promotion and had to move from Raleigh, North Carolina to Chapel Hill, North Carolina within two weeks. I loved my daughters school in Raleigh and would have never switched her if I wasn't moving. As I began my search in Chapel Hill I found that the prices were so much more expensive than Raleigh. I decided to go for the center that fit my price point in Durham. The commute was only 10 minutes, however Kameryn was not learning. I found The Learning Experience and fell in love with the teacher on the phone setting up the appointment for the tour. I went the next day to visit the school. It was clean, everyone was nice, and the room my daughter was going to be in was learning! I was so impressed that I signed her up that day and paid all of my fees. I still needed to give a 4 week notice where she attended but they held her spot. TLC is more expensive than I wanted to pay, however the ciriclulam, and the excitement of my child is worth it. She has learned so much! I receive pictures, emails, and personal text messages about my daughter daily. I'm so happy we found this school.

I have been at TLE since May 2014 - we started when my son was 14 weeks. I came every day to breast feed so dropping in daily made it easy for me to see how the center was throughout the day. I love the infant rooms and teachers. They are bright and happy and ratios are good. Teachers are consistent- low turnover in the 6 months we have been there. I think my son has thrived in an environment with peers vs. staying home. They all seem to copy one another- it really is cute. I am lucky I get to stop in frequently and check on him. But it also gives me a chance to see how the whole place operates daily. I am very comfortable leaving my son there and he really enjoys it. I only go in about twice a week now ... He is older and I do not want to disrupt his day. I definitely recommend the center. It is hard at first when they are so young (mine did have a runny nose for a long time) but that is any where you go. I looked at other places and I did not get warm fuzzy feelings . Bright, happy, friendly is the feeling I got at TLE. I have been very happy there.

We have been a TLE family for six months and couldn't be happier with the school. Not only are our daughter's teachers, Ms. Quinn and Ms. Chavella, excellent, but we are so appreciative of how Ms. Stacey and Mr. Charlie manage the school. Knowing that our Twaddler is happy to go to school every day and is in a safe and stimulating environment gives us such peace of mind.
